Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Htl - אוראיאסו

We had a great stay - the kids loved the themed rooms and hallway etc. The service of taking you to and from the monorial station was a bonus even though it was only a short walk. The staff were extremely helpful in all aspects and were able to help us with internet access, extra pillows and storing our luggage while we went sightseeing on our last day there. The buffet was delicious yet quite expensive.

Room was old though but all things else are above expectations

Very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect. Spacious, convenient, friendly.

Our decision to choose Sheraton during our last visit to Disneyland Tokyo was its location and value for money. It's also very close to the Bayside station, one of the resort line stations, so it's very easy to reach both Disney resorts anytime. Bedroom was quite spacious but not the bathroom. Also there's no free wifi in the room. Apart from the drawbacks, this hotel is okay if you don't want to spend too much time in the room. The service was excellent despite of some staff were having difficulties speaking English.

Get a breakfast included if possible. The breakfast price is outrageous. Other than that it was awesome.

Good location which near to disneyland and disneysea, room was big if compare with others hotel at tokyo, hotel also provided self coin laundry which cost 400 yen for washer 100 yen every 15 mins for dryer.

good location,staff is friendly but speak little english. overall is cheaper to stay here than disneyland hotel.

My kid impressed by this Hotel when she step into the room ,after 6 night stay at Tokyo city Hotel . The size , facilities , scenery from the room balcony , etc made her a unforgettable night .

Wireless LAN poor! The public access did not work at all and the Guest Room access (for Yen 1,000 per day) was extremely slow and unstable.

great hotel but expensive to eat at hotel and had to get on monorail to other areas to find shops

An excellent hotel but keep in mind that this is in Disney resort area and there is nothing else except other hotels. You can take a monorail (2.50$ each way) to Maihama station and JR train will connect you to tokyo city. Food at hotel is rather expensive so I would advise to take a monorail to Disney resort station where you will find plenty of reasonable options. Although,the price for evening buffet at hotel after 9pm goes down to 25$per person. Our flight was late in the evening so they gave us 2hrs extra to check out and our luggage was stored and delivered to the coach pick up point. Internet is not free in the room but free in the lobby and business centre had computers and free Wi Fi too. The only drawback is the location if you are not there for disney.

We were upgraded to 11th floor with the view of Disneyland. The service was excellent. I had sore throat and requested a dozen bottles of mouth washer and the room service delivered them quickly. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is just opposite Bayside station and to save us from walking, the Mickey shuttle bus is commuting from the hotel to the Bayside station regularly. From there, you can catch the monorail to go to DisneyLand, DisneySea and JR Maihama Station. We really enjoyed staying at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay. Will definitely be back.

This is an excellent hotel, the staff were very helpful

Hotel is comfy and value for money with the English speaking hotel staff. My 2 kids are very happy with the room decoration and the provided kids amenities. Even though is near the monorail station, the hotel still arrange for shuttle bus pick up which is good after a long day in disney. We will come back again.

Excellent hotel. Good price for the stay. Friendly staff. Hotel located just right in front of the monorail that takes you to the Disney theme park. If you are too lazy to walk, there are complimentary shuttle bus taking you to the station.

Fantastic. Couldn't fault it, so close to Disneyland and Disneysea, watch the fireworks from your balcony, just ask for a Disneyland view. Clean and easy access to the rail line, plenty of shopping at Maihama station, shuttle bus on the weekends and resort line during the week. Hotel facilities are great for kids and I recommend this hotel for your Disney stay.

I recommend this hotel to stay for visiting Tokyo disney land and sea until late night. The room for 2 adults and 2 children is clean and big enough.But is is not so new.

The family room is cosy and spacious. Overall stay is nice except that the meals there are very expensive. And there are no other dinning option nearby to choose from. The sandwich or cup noodles from "The Shop" at Oasis will be the cheapest option there. Their shuttle service is from the hotel to the monorail station. So you still need to pay monorail service to Disneyland or Disneysea.

Excellent Hotel to stay at if you want to visit Tokyo Disney. However be aware that you should try to catch the Bus from the airport as going by the train involves a long journey and many transfers. Eg Train > Train > Mono Rail > Bus instead of just one Bus. Also hotel eating options are expensive but it is easy to get food in Disney or at Maihama Station.

It is luxury resort yet very children friendly. They even decorate the hotel with chdren theme. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Very close to Disney land and Disney sea. Highly recommended for couple with children

After arriving I noticed that I left a bag on the Airport Limousine bus, which conatined gifts for our friends in Japan. The staff were quick to call the bus company and arranged for the bag to be delivered the very next morning. the staff were always willing to help even if we had to struggle a bit with the language barrier.

I will come back again because the hotel has a great team ready for guest at all time, slime is on the faces, food were wonderfull, etc, etc, etc....! Just too bad I could not stay longer for this trip.

This was the second time we've stayed here while visiting Disney. It's close and cheaper than the other hotels and has enough bed space for a family with small kids. There is a pullout bed underneath one of the 2 double beds and you can request a crib. Parking wasn't cheap--3,000 yen for 1 night. The biggest downside was the internet--not free and only available in the lobby. The pool looked nice from the balcony, and the restaurants looked OK but expensive. We spend most of the day at Disney so the hotel is mainly a close place to sleep. This hotel fits that bill for us.

It is an ideal Hotel for those who wish to visit Tokyo DisneyLand and Tokyo DisneySea. To travel Tokyo city, the Hotel has a shuttle bus to take you to Train/ Subway Maihama Station from 8:20 am to 9:30 pm i.e. every 20 minutes a trip. You can go to most of the areas in Tokyo from Maihama Station by using Tokyo's Train/Subway/Bus networks The said shuttle bus service is free of charge. There is another shuttle bus to take you to the Disney Train Station. The Station is about 5 minutes walk from the main entrance of the Hotel. It is a very convenient Hotel, especially for those who travel with kids.

We booked this hotel as we were traveling with our young child and would be visiting Disney for two days. The hotel is conveniently located about 5mins from Disney and fully accesible via bus and the rail system. Very spacious room with two double beds, could accomodate a crib, and also came with a bath tub. Food tasted good from both room service and the main cafe - they even have a "kids corner" during breakfast for mini sized pastries... Within the hotel, there are a few play areas for kids. Excellent choice for anyone traveling with kids.

The hotel is near Disneyland and Disney Sea but not close to any restaurants except inside the hotel. Restaurants inside the hotel were nice but expensive. Had to travel 30 minutes to reach a convenience store or reasonable restaurant. The Wi-Fi was hard to use because of the Japanese settings or not available at all. Wi-Fi only in the lobby and not in the room. The hotel and the people were overall nice and friendly as is most Japanese people. Downtown Tokyo was very interesting.

Excellent hotel for Tokyo Disneyland/Sea travellers. Rooms are big n facilities new. Services excellent n patient. Definitely will go back to Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for my next visit to Tokyo

AWESOME.

This hotel is just outside DisneyLand/Sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, to get to Disney, you will have to take the Disney train. We were impressed that we could check in at the Resort Centre (Maihama station) and hence could leave our lugguages with them and go straight to DisneyLand. Tickets can also be bought at the check-in counter!

直前にホテルズコムで予約しました。部屋は広くシンデレラ城が見えパレードの倉庫なども見えてなかなか面白い眺めでした。ホテルのプールが空いていて楽しめました（区民プールみたいな感じです）夜中１時まで入れる大浴場もよかったです（こちらは有料でした）　不満な点はホテル内のチケット販売ブースに誰もひとがいなかったので買えなかったことと、近くにレストランがないのにホテルのレストランがいっぱいで食べるところに困ったことです。

縂的來説不錯，但小心酒店去車站的交通，並不是每天都有去車站的巴士。
