I travel for business several weeks a month and always look forward to any chance to stay at this hotel. The service is great, the beds just about guarantee a great night's sleep, if the weather cooperates easy access to a run along Penn's landing and the fitness center, pool and hot tub are lovely.

The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was super clean. However, the room itself seemed to be a lot smaller than it was represented as online. While the staff was helpful, a maid banged on my door early although I had stated I needed a late check out, and the gentleman at the desk checking me in was friendly but seemed a little robotic and not genuine. The hotel lobby is beautiful but the hallways to the rooms are very dated....the hallways to the rooms are a crazy labrinth. It was a bit overpriced for the tiny room, but I will say the comfy bed made it worth it. :)

Although the hotel was nice, not a great value. We selected this hotel in the city because of the pool for my youngest child. Unfortunately the pool was closed while we were there. This was very disappointing for a seven year old child. Hotel staff was not concerned or apologetic. Very disappointed in the service for the cost of the stay. Cost of parking is also very expensive! $42 per night!

This is the first time we've stayed in the Sheraton in Philadelphia, and I have to say I was impressed. The beds were super comfy and the location was perfect. We were in walking distance from many nice restaurants and bars on 2nd street. However, they don't provide free internet access, which was disappointing considering how perfect the rest of our stay was. All in all, great hotel, highly recommend it for short stays.

I had a great time at the hotel. It was very close to south street about a 5 minute walk and the room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room service was delicious. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a more conveniently placed ice machine and/or a fridge in the room.

The hotel was very nice, but our carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed, and the pool, especially the hot tub (which smelled so funky I wouldn't use it), was cloudy. But the location was good and the people were nice. The eating places in the hotel were priced RIDICULOUSLY. Room service had a bagel and coffee for $22. Please.

Lovely hotel. Pool is great and location can't be beat. But why doesn't every hotel offer free wi-fi? It seems outdated not to.

We had a great time. Hotel was very nice. Pool was perfect for our kids. Just wish the beds were queen size and not full. Otherwise we had a great time.

My stay was very nice. The hotel staff did an excellent job.

Amazing hotel! Breakfast and snack provided was wonderful and very, very high quality. Walked to lunch and dinner everyday and the walk was wonderful!

Everything was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for site seeing.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was really helpful and the design, appearance, and cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

From beginning to end the customer servie was above and beyond. All were friendly, willing and able to help. The hotel was as clean as a whistle. Can't think of a reason to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Philly. Thanks.

Stayed here for one night, to attend a going away party in the area. You can tell the rooms were recently updated. The beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean and modern. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning which was good, but like most hotel buffets, on the pricy side for eggs, and meats, but still good. I would stay here again....a pretty good location for what we needed.

We had a great experience staying here this past weekend. Everything was fantastic! We will definitely be back soon!

We live in the tri-state area. We got away for New Year's Eve to see fireworks at Penns landing for the first time and enjoy dinner. The staff was very accommodating. Example: asked for 2 champagne glasses as we checked in. As I closed the door to the room, there was a knock on the door to present the glasses. Great quick service. Valet a bit pricey. Overall great place to stay.

Excelent location for highway access to go to Army Navy game. Club level lounge excellent for food and snacks whenever.

We absolutely loved this hotel! So classy and modern. My only complaint - limited free wifi. Unlimited Free wifi should be a MUST in todays day in age. Also, i wish they offered free breakfast. Aside from that, this hotel was PERFECT! I have never had such a delicious Thanksgiving dinner in my whole life! Wow, absolutely delicious! I also loved its environmental incentives. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the location and close proximity to sights. Such a cute little neighborhood; a little difficult to find because it's tucked away, but once I spied it, it was great.

Terrible. Could have bee injured (or killed) when a fight broke out between 2 wedding parties at the hotel that made national news, and left 1 person dead, and seveal injured and arrested.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The bed was super comfortable!! We really enjoyed the location, as it was convenient to lots of bars and restaurants. The only negative was that the room service menu was absurdly overpriced.

Make sure you ask for a quiet room to avoid the noisy trashy guests.

This hotel internet was really choppy. They have a basic charge for $9.99, then a higher priced plan with more bandwidth for $19.95. I selected the latter. But it wasn't fast at all. I used speednet to test the download speed and it was only .93 mbps. I got back from Afghanistan for my R&R early and had to find a place for 3 days until check-in for the other hotel was going to stay in I wanted to catch up on some episodes of the series I missed while in Afghanistan. The internet in this hotel did not help me with that. With that said, the GYM was nice, and the have a lot of other amenities. I probably won't stay here again though.

This is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Excellent position with key sites in walking distance. Sheratons need to provide net access in rooms though. You can get free access in the lobby but that can become a bind. However the pool is great especially on a hot day. This was my second visit and I would highly recommend it.

Staff was helpful and curteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

A/C is a bit noisy but otherwise it's a great place and a really perfect location.

Fair location if you have a car, a bit noisy but there was a big convention, no free internet which is silly for the price of the room. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was a bit slow so make sure and call way ahead of when you need your car. Would I stay here again... maybe, but I would explore other options.

One young man working behind the front desk went above and beyond to help me out after a long day at work. I wish I got his name. Quite a gentleman. I paid for the continental breakfast and evening appetizer lounge but because of my work ours 6:45a-8:30p, I missed both and he microwaved me my dinner. It's those little things (& nice sheets and a clean shower) that make a hotel special.

We thought the food at the Hotel was way over priced.
