Riverside Marriott - ריברסייד

There for four nights but had to pay for parking and internet connection. I wont go there again.

I stayed at the Riverside Marriott while visiting family. The accommodations were comfortable and the service was great. Rates were very reasonable.

The starbucks coffee shop should have the real dea. The barista that served us didn't have skinny milk and made the latte with full mild, didn't take the drink. The Mocca had caramel on top...??? not at starbucks.

Don't let the outside fool you. The inside of the hotel is very nice and the service was exceptional.

Hotel is right in the heart of downtown Riverside. Convenient to where we needed to be, but not the nicest neighborhood. Police sirens constantly, and a lengthy visit from the police helicopter at midnight one night. Not the hotels fault, but I barely slept during my stay. Bring earplugs just in case.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They all went out of their way to make our visit very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. We ate breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and food was very good and presentation was very nice. We will definitely come again!

Very nice, updated and clean...and just 2 blocks from Mission Inn for a fantastic meal.

The stay started out bumpy when my room ended up being occupied...but the front desk took great care of us. They upgraded us to a suite and took off the paid parking. I would like to complain about the cost of parking at a hotel...but when the service was excellent... The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend an upgrade to a suite if you can afford it.

Wonderful

Next time I stay here I will have to request a room on a higher floor. They put me on the 2nd floor in between the elevators and vending machine and the exercise room. The floor had nothing but a railing separating me from the lobby and bar area. The bar was supposed to close at 11pm, however at 11:45 I was still hearing patrons in the bar as if they were right outside my room. Called the front desk and they said they were still trying to get patrons to pay their tab and leave the bar. So basically they allowed a couple of bar patrons disturb an entire floor of guests, or at least this one guest. Seems someone could have approached the bar patrons, there were only a few of them being extremely loud, and ask them to quite down so their guests could sleep. Just came off a long flight from the East coast and I was not looking to stay up half the night listening to patrons in the bar.

We were familiar with the area and were visiting friends. Good location for seeing Riverside downtown. We have stayed here many times.

Only complaint (minor) was the pillows were a bit hard. I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Hard to go wrong with Marriotts beds

We really liked this hotel. I looked for hotels that had complete services which include an on site restaurant that served breakfast. This hotel had nice, clean rooms and provided a morning paper and the restaurant had a very good breakfast menu and service.

We thought that the hotel was nice, and the staff friendly. We felt that the charges for wireless internet and parking were a little high.

Overall, this experience made me not really excited to stay at the Marriott again. Compared with other hotel chains, the staff seemed to not genuinely care about customer service. The hotel bar kept weird hours and they didn't even offer coffee to guests. Beds were uncomfortable.

In the downtown area,great party area

great service and staff. nice, cleanly rooms and comfy beds. i stayed in the deluxe room with five people and we were all very satisfied with what we had. thanks riverside marriott!

I was in Riverside for just one night. The front desk is very friendly and it was a good deal for the money.

The room was nice, fairly modern. Flat Screen Television, nice setup for ice/drinks, clean bathroom. I didn't like the showerhead, but that is a personal preference. The bed was too firm, again, personal preference. It was clean and overall a nice room. The only complaint I had was the noise from the air conditioner compressor. It woke me up every time it kicked on. A bit annoying, but what can you do? No fridge as advertised, we had our ice chest so didn't care. At the price we got it for through Hotels.com, I felt it was a good value as far as hotels go.

The hotel was really nice. The bar was small but pleasant. Only problem I have is the amenities the hotel says it has. Example: a small store...doesn't exist. Movies on Demand in your room: doesn't exist. No mini fridges in the rooms either. It advertises that it is right next to the Saturday Farmers Market....OMG it was a joke!!! About 12 tables that was it!!!!!! We were there on a Friday night and went out walking to look for a place to eat. The sidewalks were rolled up at 8 pm!

Staff was the friendliest I have come across. Breakfast was great and again, EVERYONE on staff was always so nice.

Standard Marriott business location. Clean, comfortable room with helpful staff. Great for a quick business layover. Awakened by noise of passing train but only once. Booked the Stay for Breakfast room and while there was no buffet that morning we were able to order off the menu, and it was very good.

The beds were very comfortable. There were a couple hairs in the shower. Gross. We only stayed one night and didn't shower!

I was very happy with the hotel and room. The only negative thing I have to say is that I don't think they should charge for parking if you are a guest at the hotel.

We stayed here while attending a wedding at the Mission Inn. Convenient location, nice remodel on the hotel. Bed was comfortable. I guess the only thing I would say is if you eat the breakfast, know that you have the option to order real eggs from the kitchen, not the powder-type scrambled eggs they serve on the buffet line.

Beautiful hotel... excellent room service and great food. However, I still don't like the fact that we need to pay for parking and internet...

I loved the stay, however when I opened the window I could here the air conditioner going. I love fresh air. 2) would like to know if their is a cost for parking in advance and know exactly all the cost of room service. I ordered and one item cost $10 and the other $9. However when I cost the bill it was $34 and some change. I never cost a receipt from room service, which I would like. I gave you high marks because I was very satisfied with the overall atmosphere. And the above mentioned Items did not deter my overall attitude

Construction currently (Aug 2011 through Oct) is horrific with really REALLY loud construction during business hours and the hotel restaurant is closed intermittently as well.... Construction woes aside, standard Marriott (very clean rooms), beds nice and comfy. overally well maintained property and right in the heart of the action of riverside's downtown hub and main pedestrian area (main st), Would definitely recommend but hopefully like me, you won't be at the hotel itself from 9-5 but away doing business or you won't be happy at all...
