Could be great, but is run down and needs to be updated .

The service was terrible. i asked for king bed but put in 2 doubles. no microwave or fridge. when I asked front rep for coffee she said go to your room. The room wasnt all that clean either. could of used some sweeping or vacuum. They offer 24 hour snack area however it was empty and the public microwave was nasty and dirty(please clean it once in a while). my overall experience was horrible. I Will Not use this hotel in the near future. I hear good thing from the New York and Massachusetts Cocokeys

Had to change room as it was smoked in, even though they say they don't have smoking rooms. Rooms are rundown. Both sunk and shower drains backed up with water. Had meeting at hotel, if not for that would have moved to another hotel.

I was ready to spend 2 days there but I was done the same night. Not enough to do for the kids All five in 2 hours top Hot s room second floor near hotel pool and chlorine smell was there constant and in room was difficult to sleep because of that . The "24" snack store closed early and the vending machines did not work No water fountains or any free water I don't think I'll recommend it

The swimming exit is freezing, both my children and i came home sick, the water park is great for the kids, but again but exting to goto ur room the AC is unbearable!! The overnight acomadations are reasonable but the behaviors of the other guest were a bit scary the police were called to our floor twice

I like the hotel, but the rooms need updating...the sofa bed was barely useable (dirty, old). The toilet clogged immediatly, they came to "fix" it, left the bathroom dirty w/wet toilet towels on floor...and the toilet continually ran water the rest of our visit. Outside our door was a mjor leak, with trash can to catch water, stained carpets, etc. Love the pool, sauna & hot tub...love layout of the hotel. Restaurant was decent, slow service though. Water park got way over crowded w/Groupon deal. Ughh...sons birthday getaway was a bit ghetto :(

The bathroom had a hanging faucet. We could see the pipes behind the wall. You could see the build up of dust in the vents. The coffee maker in the room was gross!! Once again I'm glad I booked with this site online because the hotel didn't have anything.

After the huge snow blizzard, that left us trapped in our apartment 4 days straight we decided to take our children to coco keys for the weekend. It was awesome. The children and the adults both had a blast.

I've been to this hotel a few times. Its a very nice hotel. It looks great. Just keep the noise down and no smoking in any of the rooms at all and you'll have no problem. Don't choose the chicken and brocoli pasta if you eat at their diner. It doesn't taste well at all. The place is beautiful and it has a very nice diner. The food is another story. It took us forever to be seated. The rooms look great.

Need microwaves

Staff wasn't very friendly but not rude just OK. Kids liked the water park but it was much smaller than we expected. Hours of operation very limited. Been to many other larger ones.

Decent hotel for a decent price. Didn't try the water park.

The rooms we were given were horrible. They stunk-literally. The first must have been a smoking room at one time, Smoking on the property is now forbidden, but it still stunk like cigarettes. The blankets on the two double beds were old and mismatched. The door to the room was covered with marks and ruts that looked like there were attempted break-ins. The folding door to the closet had been ripped off the hinge and never replaced. The sink was slow to drain in both rooms. No soap in one room. The carpet smelled so bad in the second room, I had to cover my nose with my well-worn sheets. My toes kept getting stuck in the hole in the top sheet. The only nice thing was the Starbucks cafe in the lobby. Supposedly they are in the process of renovating the rooms but the front desk did not know(?!!) what rooms were renovated so I guess we got stuck with old rooms and nobody cared!

With 4 kids, we waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes to get seated and 20 more to get a menu. Guest service on the phone trying to book (that's why I booked they Hotel.con! Saved $ by them being rude and putting me on hold for 15 mins!) rude to other guests on phone and in line once we got there on several different occasions, pool bathrooms atrocious, no luggaged check or bellboy service (we had seniors and 4 kids and had to lug our luggage ourselves,) had an issue with a locker and the watermark attendants rolled their eyes and made us go back and forth to the front desk to first aid several times, and the list goes on.

The hotel room was cold and the heat wasn't working. The thermostat didn't even turn on. We informed the front desk and they sent someone right away. However, the gentleman who came to fix the problem stated that the heat would take about five minutes to work, but lukewarm air was blowing out of the vent the entire time. Other than that, the hotel is decent for the price. Not a bad stay with the exception of having the heat problem.

kids running up and down hall until 11:45 pm! ice machines need to be in a room, rather than in the hall - extremely noisy

I stayed here recently because it was close to my work destination. Hotel was pretty empty since it is a water park resort and kids started school in the area this week. Price was not bad considering. Easy to find, quick access to highways. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. The furniture appeared to be newish, but the carpets in the room were old and the carpets in the hallways were trashed. Did not have a chance to see the restaurant or water park. Would only stay here again if I needed to find a place quick and they had availability. The staff was really welcoming and nice from what I could gather with my limited interaction. The manager was training someone up front when I was checking in. I didn't catch their names, but he was very professional and friendly.

Overall it is an acceptable stay. The rooms could be more insulated for resident wanting to rest. There were forced entrance marks on our door 442. That did not give a secure feeling. The phone in our room was not operational for calling the reception . Other than those few remarks everything with the resort went fine.

the a/c did not work, pool was very cold, thier was still urine on the toilet floor from prior guest. this was like a roach motel

IF I KNEW THAT HOTEL.COM GOT ME IN TO THIS HOTEL AND DID NOT INFORM ME ENOUGH ABOUT THIS HOTEL I WOULDNT HAVE MADE ALL THE WAY UP THERE WASTING MY FAMILY TIME AND MONEY

The hotel was average. We had an issue with the toilet overflowing but it was minor and was resolved. It seemed a little dated but that was OK since we stayed to go to the water park the next day. We have a two year-old who had a blast at the water park.

The hotel is a great location for me because it is easy toget to from I84 and it is very close to my friends house. There should be a discount rate for guests that stay over night for the Coco Key Water Park though. The breakfast buffet on the weekend was a very nice touch and we enjoyed it very much. The list af amenities available was vely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was brief and comfortable. The only inconvenience was the absence of a refrigerator in our room.

Rate was good. Hotel was very clean in a good local. Would recommend this hotel.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. I WOULD NOT EVEN STAY THE NIGHT AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY

This hotel was horrible. The restaurant was equally bad. We chose the hotel due to location and the water park. The water park WAS a HUGE hit with the kids. Other than the waterpark, this hotel has no redeaming qualities. Next time I would stay somewhere else, and pay to go to the waterpark separately.

The room was dirty, Couch had stains, hair on towels, carpet dirty, odor in the room.

cool place to relax and fun

My stay was just okay. Before you book through hotels.com you should know that the water park is NOT included with a nights stay. If you book through hotels.com you will have to pay extra per person to use the water park. The park itself was okay, but definitely geared towards small kids. The room was okay, tub didn't drain, AC didn't work, and TV was terrible. Front desk staff was pleasant. Location of the hotel is easy to find, just a few minutes from the highway. The hotel pool was nice, we spent more time there than we did in the waterpark. Save your money!

We went to CocoKey Water Resort to celebrate my son's birthday. The kids had a blast the adults were able to relax. The service was great and the price was affordable.

Everything was perfect. No complaints. Hotel & room very clean. Flat panel TV. Room service went out of their way to accomodate out tight dinner schedule.

This hotel is not bad. We only stayed one night. But we weren't there for the water park and I think most other people who stayed there came for the attraction. We came back to our hotel late at night and had an issue with out neighbors. The lady who worked the front desk was fantastic! She is the only reason I would recommend this hotel. She apologized even though we knew it was not the hotels fault and she swiftly got us a new room. She even gave us breakfast vouchers for the trouble. The room was nice and clean. The beds comfortable. The ladies at the front desk when we checked in and out were not as friendly as the wonderful woman we talked to at night. The breakfast was also pretty good.

They will see us there again

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and won't be returning any time soon. The room looked worn. The towels had stains. There was a wrapper on the bathroom floor at check-in which led me to believe the room had not been properly cleaned. The hair dryer was broken. Customer service wasn't too hot here either. The coffee shop didn't open until 7:30am and the girl behind the counter, while pleasant, wasn't well trained. The food that was provided at the event was cheap and tasteless. Not a great stay for the value - I don't recommend this facility unless some major updates happen. Coco Keyes water park looked nice though.
