the hotel was ok but there were a few things that bugged me, first of all i have an f250 and couldnt find parking anywhere because there parking lot is tiny and my pickup wouldnt fit in the parking garage across the street, so i had to park 4 blocks away. when i got to the room it was clean but there were no garbage bags in the garbage's, the bed was very hard, and the hotel venting system was very loud right outside my window. then when i took a shower the shower drain was plugged full of something so it wouldn't drain until 2 hours later. then after a late night of getting my work done so i could enjoy the weekend the hotel house keeping service woke me up at 8:05 am EVEN WITH THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR. not happy about my stay wont stay again

The staff is outstanding. The hotels in need of some minor maintenance especially in the bathrooms. The bathtub in the room we stayed was stained with black. Last time we stayed there we asked for three separate room changes, this time I simply felt defeated and decided I'd simply take a shower this stay rather than a bath. :(

Attractive and well appointed room with very comfortable bed. My main complaint was a stale musty odor like old cigar smoke which was really off-putting. Proximity to rail tracks and frequent train noise also interfered with good sleep.

Excellent hotel, restaurant and view were great. Close to my customer site and airport. Will definitely stay there again!

Really classy hotel at an affordable price. Great view of the city from the room. We picked up some cool stuff at the gift shop and a coffee from the Starbucks in the morning when we checked out. Great service.

The hotel didn't seem very clean The shower drain was plugged as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, for the price. Seemed more like an expensive super 8. Location is nice for the airport. The 20th floor restruant view is nice.

The windows had not been cleaned in recent history. The room was very small with an especially small bathroom. The room was nicely decorated. I had a difficult time getting my billing straightened out. The restaurant had great service and good food.

Nice hotel overall the parking and traffic was a hassel.

Nice, hotel. Sign up for their rewards program and you will get free drinks at the lounge! Comfortable rooms with nice views. The breakfast buffet is good, a little over priced, but not bad. Close to nightlife and great food, and a short drive to the airport.

Although not real new, this hotel was very clean, service was good, and it was convenient to the airport and to I-90. However, I left my hairdryer there and called the next day and they said they would contact houskeeping and get back to me in 2 days. 2 days later I called them back, left the same information, got told that someone would get back to me in 2 days and I never heard from them. I'm still waiting and will try again, but I am beginning to think that someone on the staff did not return my hairdryer to last and found like they should have which makes me think I will not stay here again.

Everything about this hotel room was worth the money. Private access was also a plus. Food(breakfast) could use some improvement, over hard eggs benedict and just plain weird oily hash browns. They brought us a crib when asked for. I guess the only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom had an older and smaller than normal shower, and the toilet paper holder was on the wall to the left RIGHT next to the toilet bowl, does any else see a problem with that. One more thing $20 for PPV seems pricy. All of this jibber-jabber aside I would pay what I paid to stay at this hotel room many times over, my wife and I were very comfortable.

The hotel room was very nice looking upon arrival. The bed was plenty comfy, and the sheets/pillows were what is expected for a three-star hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is older so there is little sound proofing, so the next morning people slamming their doors and talking in their rooms kept me awake. We ordered a turn-around room cleaning service after breakfast as breakfast was served somewhat sloppily, and the service was never done. We alerted the front desk that night, but obviously nothing was done about it. Staff was very friendly, and room was comfy enough for a couple nights stay, but I probably won't stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Comfort is provided in the room with outstanding bedding! Good service, staff will respond to your needs, i.e. a quite area away from the elevator. Nice downtown with excellent restaurants. I highly recommend Jakes across the street from the hotel for dinner & Stella's for breakfast, just a short walk east of hotel (get there early to avoid a crowd).

I loved the hotel. I was totally satisfied with everything. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel was very clean and all services that were rendered there were very prompt and professional. With all that the hotel provides you with other than just the room is well worth a one night or extended stay. The next time i have to stay over night in billings i will stay at the crown wether its for business or pleasure.

We stay here at least once a year and have never been disappointed. Great staff.

The hotel resturant was one of the best, food, friendly service. Conventent location and good rooms. Will stay and eat there again and again.

Hotel was fantastic. Our only disappointment was that they did not have a shuttle to the areana. Cabs are very hard to come by in Billings. We will not stay at this hotel next year simply because of the transportation challenges.

The gentleman that checked us in definitely wasn't friendly. All the other staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. The bathroom has been remodeled but it wasn't the best job. Our fan didn't work and the wall coverings didn't completely cover the old coverings. It was an ok hotel.

As good as it is, there were certain very annoying things - such as finding a place to park. There is no fridge in the rooms, so for us this was a big problem as we had a little one. The machines in the fitness room needs updating. they make so much noise, you wonder whether the other guests are having a good sleep. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff superb. The view from the restaurant is cool

Hotels.com said we would get 2 bed we only got one. The carpet we dirty. The walls were cement blocks painted brown. The closet was nook in the wall with a shower curtain as the door.

I have been to this hotel a number of times and i have been very happy every time. Great stay!!!!

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza the nights of 2/12-2/13. Monday night went well, Tuesday, the room was not cleaned. The bed was made and the towels restocked. I didnt get clean glasses, they were taken with my room service tray. I didnt get a clean ice bag. Tuesday night I had no glasses in the room and no bag for the ice bucket. Tuesday night there was a fight in the hallway that lasted from 230 am until 3:45am with loud profane language and slamming doors. Management never intervened in this meley and allowed it to go on out in the hallway for more than an hour. I stay at this hotel about 4 times a year when I'm in Billings on Business, most trips involve a two night stay. The quality of my stay this week was more akin to a night at a low cost night at a budget hotel.

One of the most comfortable beds other than home I've slept in in a long time.
