Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers - קאולון

Everything is as you expect. Good services, good room, comfort and clean. Price is high, but no more so than any other hotel in Hong Kong - It's just an expensive place... Only small issue is that there is NO bar. If you want a drink in a public place you have to use room service. They will delivery anywhere, but it takes 20-30 minutes. Needs fixing does this small point.

I stayed here for three nights on my way to Shanhai and found its location excellent and the staff very helpful. They were happy to ring shop I wanted to visit and ask them what time it closed and helped post parcels and letters back to the UK. Food in the restraunt is expensive but you expect that. There are plenty of places to eat around. The room was large and comfortable with a work desk in the corner. The only down side was the extra charge for the Internet, an essential nowadays, not a lot but given the price of the rooms this should be included. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights before traveling into China. The room was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses are extremely firm, but that seems to be the norm for that area. Hotel staff is very courteous and communication in english was never a problem. WiFi was a daily fee in the room, but there is a free WiFi area in the lobby. Mini bar, fridge and safe in the room.

Great room and service.

A wonderful place to stay right in the heart of the action! The Sheraton was really well placed and they were extremely helpful with all our requests: making dinner reservations, giving advice on what was open and what to avoid ( we were there during Chinese New Year) . We ate in several of the restaurants where attention to detail was fantastic! The room was great with a terrific harbour view. I would saty again.

Great room, excellent breakfast for Towers guests. The location is extremely convenient. Friendly staff with top-notch service.

Overall the stay was good. It is obvious the hotel is used by a lot of expatriates visitng on business so expect the coffee shop to be especially busy for breakfast. However the staff for breakfast are very hard working and everything works efficiently. You may find frustration with the hotel internet (It is free down in the hotel lobby but you pay in your room) As a tip, bring your own laptop and sit in the lobby (because the hotel desk tops don't seem to connect easily)

Excellent service and hospitality.

The hotel and staff are nice and friendly and the rooks clean and comfortable. The location on the MTR is ideal for traveling to HK island. However, to get to the hotel from the MTR stop can be tricky. Also the front of the hotel is not on the main road so it can confusing and tiresome lugging your luggage up stairs before having to take the escalator to the lobby for check in.

A little long to check in as are all hotels in that area. Everything else fine.

The service was great, but lower levels, like 6th flr Harbour View is actually obstructed. But they were willing to give me another room at a higher floor and gave me a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was also quite decent. I'd definitely come back

The hotel staff was not that friendly or useful. The staff at the reception/check-in desk was very full of themselves and completely unwilling to accommodate to any customer's requests.

We really liked this hotel. We were on our way back home to NZ. The location was perfect for what we did, which was not very much actually since we were quite jet-lagged having spent six weeks in the UK, France and Spain. I read various TripAdvisor reviews which recommended that we upgrade to a Towers room on the 17th floor. This is v.good advice since the view is stunning, plus it gave us access to the top floor which has amazing views and is a wondeful place to eat breakfast. Not only did the price include breakfast, it also included drinks and nibbles from 5.30 - 8pm each evening, and afternoon tea from 2.00 - 4.00 which we didn't actually do since we were out and about in the afternoon. Definitely recommend this hotel - the staff couldn't do enough for us.

Staff have typical big hotel efficiency, but not personal and no warmth. Check-in is exceptionally slow and is in fact the worst of any hotel I've stayed at. I've stayed their twice in the last 6 months and both times it's taken over 45 minutes to check in, and that's when you get to the front of the queue. Good facilities in rooms, comfortable bed and good working area. Great pool area with good service and ameneties, although slow service during the week. Although reception area/public space is very extensive, over two floors, there is no service on the second floor and there is no area conducive for pre-dinner drinks or a quiet unwind. (There is no formal or separate bar or lounge area).

The service on the Tower level was excellent, very friendly, efficient and executive lounge snacks and breakfast are very well served.

the king size mattress was uncomfortable and very hard as if you are sleeping on the floor. the room was very small for its price. free wifi only in the lobby area. the only good thing is the location and staff friendly.

We are a family of 4 and loved our stay in the Sheraton. The location is absolutely perfect. You can easily access the subway or star ferry. Plenty to eat near by, try the restaurant on the 1st floor of the Hong Kong Cultural Center for Dim Sum. McDonald is only a few blocks away. Shopping is at your fingertips and the Kowloon park is only blocks away with a playground for kids. We paid extra for harbor view deluxe room and was well worth the spend. Go for it, you will not be sorry. We loved our stay in HK. We had a great time even with two small kids (age 2 and 5).

Spectacular view, great location with proximity to ferry terminal, and shopping centers. Perfect for holiday and business.

My first visit to this Hotel and probably worth a return. The good points are the Location, the Lobby Area which is spacious and comfortable and staying in a Towers room allowed complimentary Breakfast in the Oyster Bar which was good. Also every evening Drinks and Light Bites in the Towers Lounge which were also nice. On a more negative side I found the Room and particularly the Bathroom to be rather small and would pay more for a larger one next time. The Wifi in the Room was also patchy with regards to a good connection. To finish on a positive note I would say that the Fish and Chips I had in the Lobby Lounge was possibly the best I have had in a long time and coming from the UK that indeed is praise.

This hotel is in a great location. If you can, I would recommend upgrading to the Towers rooms with a harbour view - the extra cost is well worth it and is partially offset by the great evening cocktails and food in the 16th Floor Lounge. At Hong Kong prices you can drink the extra cost in a couple of glasses of (very good) wine each night. The staff are excellent.

make sure to get harbor view room and for a few HK dollars, join the Sheraton club --- a great value.

Wonderful hotel with best location, great view and very good service. Large rooms, good apples everyday and very good restaurant. Great heated pool and nice fitness facilities. Unfortunately no free internet service in rooms, only in the lobby (That has been the only negative point). We can really recommend this hotel.

When we checked in the hotel takes a copy of your passport. They saw that my daughter's birthday was occurring during ourstay and they sent her a birthday cake to her room on her birthday. Very classy.

The hotel provides free bottles of drinking water every day which is really nice. It also has free internet in the lobby with very comfortable chairs and desk. There are free apples in the hall. The room is modern and quite spacious in Hongkong standard. For nightly laser show, you can go up to the pool deck to watch it. I would definitely stay there again.

Sheraton Hotel was very nice. We had 2 rooms. Breakfast buffet was great, although a little expensive, but everything is expensive in Hong Kong. My daughter's birthday happened when we were there and without asking or notifying the hotel the sheraton sent a b irthday cake to her room. Very nice.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's in a good location close to public transport and easy to get cabs. Also staff were great.

Lovely hotel. The view of the harbour was superb. The location fantastic. My wife is looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit Hong Kong. Strongly recommended. :)

Great property in the heart of Kowloon. Service is great and the rooms are clean

We splurged and booked a harbour view room - definetely worth the extra $$$. The view was amazing, as was the room. Very modern and the king bed was extremely comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great - close to Star Ferry, harbourside and Nathan Rd. Glad we stayed on the Kowloon side as it didn't seem as 'business like' as Hong Kong Island. If you want to experience a great yum cha (dim sum), go to Maxim's Palace in City Hall on Hong Kong Island - yum!

The subway was next to the hotel for easy access to the city. The ferry was also very close. You could walk on Nathan Street and see all the shops. The hotel had free internet on computers provided by the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

This hotel is hard to fault with the outstanding views of Hong Kong Island and harbour matched only by the service level of Sharaton staff. Highlight of the stay were the front row seats for the nightly light show - harbour view room definitely well worth the upgrade cost. Staff service and courtesy could not be faulted - this includede early check in; room service; house keeping etc. Would highly recommend this hotel to intending HK vistors and would not hesitate to stay there again.

really great location and good service at the hotel.

We stayed one week in Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Hongkong. The stay in Sheraton was very confortable and they pepared all our needs. We traveled with our baby (6 months) and with a pre call to Sheraton they prepared all needed baby things, such like stroller, bottle sterilizer, etc. The view from the hotel to the harbour is amazing. Even it is possible to see the light show from the hotel room. There is not much negative to say, besides the neigbourhood does not looks that friendly, even sometimes little bit scary. Also for people with strollers or wheel chairs it is very difficult to enter the hotel, ... but i saw this is a common situation in whole hongkong. The location is quite good, the access to MTR is very close(2min), as well as to the ferry to go to hongkong island (only 7min by walk). In front of the ferry termnal is also the big shopping mall "ocean terminal". If you take the ferry you will be able to be on hongkong island within 20min and for only 2 HKD, ... I highly recommend this hotel, for the price and the service really good deal.
