Sheraton Music City - נאשוויל

Great hotel and great staff. The only downside was that it was about 5-6 miles from the downtown area so we had to drive everytime we wanted to go somewhere. Our own fault though. No other complaints.

Oh my goodness....this was much more than I expected. We didn't make it to the pool, and the food was a little pricey, but over all a good stay. Please send up dates, and I wish to stay here in the future.

Great property, nice hotel. It isn't near downtown, so be aware if you came to honky tonk. It is however and easy $20 cab ride downtown. Overall, great stay.

Clean, comfortable beds, close to grand ol opry, nice looking.

very comfortable. However, the tennis courts(my main reason for choosing this establishment) were not useable and looked like they have not been kept up for a long while. Otherwise , we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

The hotel was nice and clean. Downside was cost for wifi and local calls. This needs to be updated.

The staff was very friendly and the room was really nice!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed this hotel. The staff was extremely sweet and we have no complaints.

Great hotel with perfect location. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Rooms are always clean and welcoming. Only negative comment is the rooms do not have refridgerators.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very kind and the hotel and room were extremely clean.

Was comfortable and good service. I did not like that I have to pay $10 for wireless internet in the room.

We came to Nashville for a wedding. The room was clean, the staff friendly. But for a Sheraton, I have to say it was disappointing. There was a leak from a room out into our hall and a large fan was blowing on it to dry it out- no problem there, accidents happen- but by the second night it smelled like a old basement left wet. Our room's shower head was spraying water back onto the wall- we got the floor soaked before we knew it. A very nice maintenance man who was working on the hall problem came and replaced it for us. This hotel is much older than it seems and is beginning to show it's age. The wedding was in the ballroom which was nice and the staff was excellent. Being late winter, we could see large, unsightly trash piles in the bushes around the edges of the property as the area seems to be used as an informal dump by the hotel itself; used office equipment , wooden skids and landscaping waste were clearly visible from our room. Our room overlooked- the interstate and the airport. It was impossible to take advantage of the nice little balcony and chairs outside, as the noise level beyond irritating. As for the reason for the title of the review- no free wi-fi ($10/day) and no continental breakfast made a room that seemed a reasonable price, more expensive than it should have been. We would have been MUCH better off staying in a less expensive hotel, and getting those things free. The supposedly ritzy room and location definitely weren't worth it.

We had a great time. I wish the weather would have been better. Hotel staff was friendly and available to handle all our needs. I'd go back.

Good location to get around are attractions. All rooms have balconies, but our view was of roof heating and air and cooking vents. Some rooms were worse. Ask before you book. We could not get free wifi on our smart phones, I think it was 9$ a day as a guest. Room was average, staff was friendly. Lobby and bar was nice.

It was comfortable. Breakfast was great, waiter was very accommodating

We were surprised to find a hotel for the price so close to the airport/interstate. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, and the facilities were emaculant. If I had any negatives it would only be that the hotel staff, while professional, lacked a personal touch. Paying for wi-fi is an outdated practice and is only a nuisance, and a lack of a continental breakfast was a minus, but the restaurant is reasonably priced. The negatives were minor and I will stay again my next time passing through Nashville.

We are very satisfied with this hotel. We cannot say enough about all of the staff we come in contact with. As soon as we checked it the front desk immediately upgraded our room because ours was not ready yet. We would not have minded waiting a short time but they did not even give us the choice. Our room was very clean and attractive. We wished we had more time to hang around but we were just there for one night. We will always go back to this hotel to stay.

this was our second stay at this Hotel, our first experience was much more enjoyable but this time was not disappointing. The Hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. I like how it is back off the road and not right in the middle of big city "hustle and bustle." Another stay in Nashville and we will be right back here!

Room door wasn't sealed very well. We heard everything from the hallway, especially other doors closing. Non-smoking was ok until you have leave, all smokers @ entrance. Room wasn't as clean as it should be.

The hotel in all was nice. We did not have power much of the first day but it was not the hotels fault. Otherwise the service at the front desk was good and overall everyone was pretty nice. I would stay again.

The hotel and staff were very friendly and the availability of free parking was great. The indoor pool and the exercise room were very nice. However, the location was not that convenient to downtown, Music Row or west end attractions. It is, however, close to the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills and the Hermitage. Overall, nice hotel with good amenities, but if you want to enjoy Nashville without having to drive a lot, stay closer to town.

The hotel was top of the line, classic business hotel.room service was excellent at 10:30pm

Check in took a while since there was a power outage in the area and could not check in with Credit Card. Took about 45 minutes but overall nice stay.

We stayed here for a football game. We didn't want to be downtown (too loud) and although this hotel is right off the interstate, the noise was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Beds were great. Room temp was perfect, very clean facilities. My kids enjoyed the water feature in the lobby when we came in. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again in an instant!!

It was a good stay,last minute change, and a nice surprise. Beautiful area, nice to walk around in, more business park areas, but still I didn't feel unsafe walking. Restaurant was good, service in bar was a little slow but only one person working and a lot of people (felt bad for bartender). Had an issues with the bathroom, but maint fixed it.

This hotel is absolutely worth every penny!! The staff were phenomenal! Everyone was very friendly and catering to us, our kids, and our dog!! The hotel and rooms are very clean and well kept. I will always go back here!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel was well kept and the staff was very courteous. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Especially impressed of the ambiance as most other pet-friendly hotels are not as well kept. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area and will stay again if we return to the city.
