booked a concierge level room, very comfy bed. As it was a Friday evening arrival, there was no concierge club facility open. ordered room service breakfast, was quick and very good.

Clean, comfortable rooms but the service was not that flexible.

Overall, this is a nice hotel and is very close to the Orlando Airport (which is what we needed for just one night). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly for the most part and we enjoyed a great breakfast buffet in the morning. The drawbacks were two-fold: 1) the key card system was not working when we checked in so you needed to wait for a hotel employee to let you into your room and 2) we were awoken at 2am by a hotel maintenance employee asking to come in and fix our refrigerator (he had the wrong room!).

Staff made good of a bad situation no power due to storm all very helpful especially the valet guys in the rain!

Don't be fooled by the hotel pics. The rooms are old and tired. It's a solid 2 star hotel, not even close to being a 3 1/2 star as rated. Front desk staff very rude. The rest of the staff and service were great.

I think the hotel was overpriced for the value I received and I was disappointed in the hotel

Park and fly bundle was great!

I believe this was advertised as a 5 star hotel. Pool was nice. Room was on the small side. Was advertised as a pricey hotel. Was disappointing given that as is was pretty bare bones for such a built up advertisement.

we finally got there after a 40minute wait and 3 phone calls for a "complimentary" shuttle ride at midnite while watching the marriott shuttle bus driver drive by in the third lane without even looking,let alone stopping at the assigned pickup station fortunately we had a comfortable bed

I booked this hotel for the proximity to the airport and park and fly option. This hotel has frequent shuttles to the airport for early morning flights. The staff is friendly and helpful. Upon returning it was great to be picked up and delivered to our vehicle after a long day of travel. I would book this hotel again.

Great place to stay...very clean, great folks, good food. A must for anyone flying in or out of Orlando. Great rates!

It was great, our rooms were ready when we got there, we could print off our boarding passes for our flight the next morning and there was a free shuttle to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance for supper and lots to chose from for restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience. :)

Great room, location and price. My price included the park-n-fly and my car was easily accessible when I returned from my trip. Would absolutely do it again!

Very good stay just wanted we needed even if we did sneak into the pool at 5am because we couldn't sleep because of the time difference, Would recommend it for a starting point and there are good restaurants nearby and we ate at Tony Romas which was excellent even if we were served by a prince of darkness lookalike.

Very convenient location and staff was very friendly. It would have been nice to have a reading light next to the easy chair in the room. Indoor swimming pool was not heated and parking was very expensive. Hotel is definitely oriented for business travellers.

Very nice. Loved the bar downstairs and walked to Tony Roma's for dinner. Found a hair in the shower. Bedding is very nice. My boyfriend broke up with me after we checked out, so he must have been less impressed with the king bed room than I was.

1. altho I prepaid breakfast and parking, marriott tried to make me pay again. 2 . no nearby walking distance restaurants.

Great location, near airport. Airport shuttle service is fantastic! Room was clean, only problem was not enough condiments for coffee first morning. Drinking glasses used first night of three nights were never removed and replaced. Otherwise a great stay!

Great place to stay, restaurants within walking distance even though there was excellent 24 hr shuttles. Pillows were very uncomfortable but had a comfy bed. The pools and outdoor areas were unbelievably beautiful and serene. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay just for a get away.

Hotel front desk could not pull up my Marriott Rewards account on their computer and instead tried to sell me the concierge club access that already comes free with my gold status. They required me to log in at the business center and print out my account information before accepting it, which was the last thing I felt like doing. To add insult to injury, the concierge club was not even open for the duration of my stay. Therefore I ask why were they trying to sell me concierge club access?

We wanted to go to Seaworld and the hotel called a taxi service and it cost us $120.00 round trip to get there. The most upsetting thing was when we got into the taxi to return to the hotel, we were siting and all of a sudden there were roaches coming out of eveywhere. We told the driver and he said oh sorry and still charges us the $60.00 return trip fee.

I asked for 2 double beds --they gave me a small pull out couch and a king bed. The pull-out had dirty sheets so I had to call the front desk. I had 2 children with me 10 and 12 and we all slept in the king bed until 2:30 --the middle child bumped me awake several times during the night. I finally moved to the couch and got 3 hrs sleep.

This was a great start to our Vegas Vacation. We came over for the night from nearby to be close for our early flight out. We used their Park and Fly service. The staff at this hotel was superb. The room was top notch and the service to and from the airport was great. Tahnks again for everything

I loved the fact that it was very close to airport and shuttle to airport is free.

We were late getting into the airport at night. The room, convenience, and everything was superb and very nice.

Gorgeous view and great spacious rooms. Nice free secure parking and breakfast.

This hotel is well maintained and has friendly staff. I got a great deal from Hotels.com, so the wife and I stayed here 3/17. My only complaint is that this Marriott nickels and dimes you for every amenity : PAY for internet service: $15 PAY for parking: $12 ($14 for valet) PAY for breakfast. $30 Some of the other airport hotels include all of these services....I know its a Marriott and you're paying for a nicer room, but please just include these items in the room rate! It makes price comparisons difficult if you don't know the details up front (especially parking! where else could you park?). That beings said, I got a great nights sleep and it is 3 minutes from the airport....so its works the bucks.

Close to airport. Nice indoor / outdoor pool. Rooms were clean but building is older and dated. Halls need cosmetic care / repair. Disappointed in the per day fee to park my car (no free option). Daily fee is also charged for internet access. No refrigerators in room.
