MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites - דאלאס

Overall it was great. Our room was clean, but smelled when we arrived, and the neighborhood is rather shady. We were disappointed to find that the only restaurant we could access when we arrived was an IHOP (but it worked out ok).

Loved the comfortable beds and the clean rooms. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This was not the first stay at this hotel and will definatly not be my last. The hotel is very nice and the free breakfast is the best. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I love my stay every time. The location is close to anything you might want to do. Great Place

the front desk people are not very good, but the restaurant staff is awesome.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The staff was fantastic and the room was overwhelming. My in-laws upgraded our room to the king pool side cabana and the romance package and the staff did an excellent job. Even though there was a lot going on that weekend at the hotel it was still peaceful and we totally enjoyed our stay. I will defiantly book this hotel in the future. Oh and the breakfast was the best I have ever had.

Shuttle service was amazing. They didn't just pick me up and take me to the airport. They also took me to the train station picked me up and I was able to get a ride to wal mart for some personal items. All the co-workers there from the front desk clerks to the wait staff and were friendly and helpful with all of my requests and questions. I will definetly stay there the next time I am in Dallas!!!

Great place: clean and affordable. Complimentary breakfast and parking were great too. As someone else remarked, my only complaint would be with the poor Internet connection (sloooooooow). Leaving that aside, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

Stayed here overnight with my wife, 15 year old, 11 year old and 4 year old. We had a pool side suite with two queens and a fold out couch bed. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. Had a couple of drinks at the hotel bar and Jackie is an awesome bartender. Very informative and super nice. Real close to Dallas Love Field and several restaurants and the hotel has two parking lot roaming security guards at night. We will definitely be going back.

the staff is great and very nice. the hotel itself is rather dated though. the beds and tv's are newer but the place could definitely use some freshening up. paint was old, and our room had a clear patch job done on a wall (looked like a while ago based on the dinginess of the drywall that was never painted to match the rest of the wall). also, i found it very odd that there were no exhaust fan in the restroom in the room. we'd stay there again, but definitely not at full price...

It was fine. Good place with a quality breakfast.

This hotel was near several great places to eat likes Joe's Crab Shack. And IHOP was right next door. Just overall nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. I don't noramlly get a good night's rest when staying at a hotel but this was the exception. Room service was great. I asked for addtional wash towels during my stay and was pleasantly surprised when I returned to my room to find and abundance of them for my use. I didn't get a chance to dine at the restaurant but the bar had a cozy feel to it. It kind of reminded me of the set of "Cheers". The location of the hotel might be a little questionable but all in all I had a great stay.

Clean and easy to get to locations that are within a few miles. Air conditioning unit in the room was noisy and ran often. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were VERY good.

Hotel is not bad, been here before, area seems like a not so good place, however never any issues. Surrounding area not what kids need as there are many Asian massages businesses

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. There was courtesy shuttle to both airports and everything we needed was centrally located. The full breakfast each morning was wonderful. I booked several rooms over 6 days for our needs and each guest reported that their stay was great and the facility was nice. It was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I'll look forward to stay #3!

Breakfast is great. They request that you dont take food out of the dining area so kepp that in mind if you are used to taking it back up to your room. Very nice and comfortable room!

Our stay at MCM Elegante was great! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the food was Yummy, free parking and shuttles to both airports... I loved it!!! I am not sure the neighborhood was great (lots of strip clubs close) but I felt fairly safe in the parking lot with my 5 year old daughter. I will stay here every time I come:)

Very nice older hotel. Rooms are updated with great mattress and bedding. We decided to go ahead and just eat at the hotel. Both dinner and breakfast were awesome! Say hi to Jackie the bartender-she is awesome! Even the drinks in the bar were cheaper that a normal bar on the street. Very nice stay!

We complained about the fact that the water pressure was so low. The maintenance guy told me it was because of the type of shower head ....which is total bunk! When you have to run the water for several minutes just to get hot water - even in the sink.....THAT is a low pressure issue. In short, taking a shower in that hotel requires a lot more time especially if you want to wash your hair. The door which connects the neighboring room is an amazing conductor of sound. I could literally hear every word our neighbor was saying during her 1/2 hour phone conversation. It was literally as though she was in our room.

I LEFT THE HOTEL AND REALIZED I FORGOT MY CAMERA THERE. I CALLED THE HOTEL AND FOUND MY ROOM WAS ALREADY CLEANED AND NO SIGN OF MY CAMERA FROM HOTEL STAFF. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED AND UPSET THAT THE HOTEL'S STAFF WOULD NOT HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO RETURN A FORGOTTEN ITEM TO LOST AND FOUND AND MY CONFIDENCE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TOTALLY GONE AND WILL NEVER PUT TRUST IN THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I CHECKED OUT N PROCEEDED HOME N REALIZED I LEFT MY CAMERA. AS I CALLED THE HOTEL I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOT FIND IT AS I KNOW IT WAS LEFT IN THE ROOM N FEEL DISSATISFIED WITH THE HONESTY OF THE HOTEL STAFF.

The room was clean & comfortable, especially the bed. A great night's rest. The breakfast was great & was included in the cost of the room. The hotel's location was most convenient for my needs. I have stayed at this location several times & will stay there again!

The stay was fine with the exception of I did not get the room type I paid for. I reserved a cabana pool side suite and got a regular king room. The room was nice but it is not what I paid. I was not notified about this until check-in. I understand the rooms being under construction but it would have been nice to be notified prior to check in. I wanted a room with a balcony but did not receive it and honestly had I know I would have gone to another hotel.

My boyfriend came to visit me while I was on training. The hotel is close to the airport with free shuttle. Hot breakfast is also served. The room was clean and spacious. The American Airline Arena is only 20 minutes and the Cowboys Stadium is like an hour away by streets. Nice hotel for a short stay.
