Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel - יוסטון

Hotel nice. I was there for OTC. It is about a 30 minute drive from just about anywhere. Cab service outside of the hotel was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of construction going on in the area now so traffic was terrible.

Room was not properly cleaned (ice bucket had left overs from previous guest). Hair dryer and alarm clock did not work. Front desk staff was dressed in jeans. Not very professional. I have never seen that in a $300 per night hotel.

Great for business travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided free transportation within the 2-3 miles from the hotel. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and had various types of food. I'm a vegetarian/vegan, and the menu had foods that addressed my need. Buffet breakfast and lunch had a good selection. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy but if you turned it off, it was fine.

Decent old Hotel. Stay away from the Restaurant. The food is not appealing and flavor Hotel is in a not so bad area close to in a construction expressway. I wont stay here again, for sure.

Stayed here twice now. Have not been disappointed. Front desk is always accommodating. Spacious rooms. Downside to the surrounding area is the construction going on. Otherwise its a good location.

I like the hotel but we pay for breakfast and they affer only cafe, some pieces of fruit, bread and juice. Other hotels offer best continental breakfast.

Love this hotel! It has the best location with easy access to everything. Covered parking is readily available, and especially nice if it rains. Good restaurant & nice lounge. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at this Sheraton 4 times and each time had great experiences. Always clean, nice view, free parking.

I have stayed at this hotel many many times because it's very close to my work location. However, the constant road construction in the area can affect my commute and travel. It's beyond the control of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable (love the bed and pillow) and everything is upscale. The gym was revamped not too long ago with nice equipment.

Stayed at Club level for 2 nights and found the club lounge very spacious and convenient for meeting a client or two. Cocktail hour had only 1 food choice.

enjoyed it, friendly staff , club lounge was nice but only for a place to sit snack. easy to check in and out, asked for extra pillows+blankets , got it in no time and they gave us a bunch ! However the photos seem to be misleading with the surrounding area and what was including inside the room. Would help to have more information updated with the room choice.

Was very happy with the entire stay.

My stay at this hotel was a night mare . I was very tired and had no choice but to stay the night in a chair the bed pillows were nasty they had blood spots on them the complimentary water had been drunk out of I've stayed at a many of hotels this was indeed the worst experince i've ever had if I ever have to visit Houston agan it will not be with the Sheraton Hotel I guranteed you that & I will tell all my friends where not to stay.

We four sisters came for our brother's birthday celebration and was very happy with the accommodations except for requesting two beds in each room, we ended up with two roll-aways, but they were comfy so all okay. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant two evenings and the service was great and food yummy. Our stay was great but can't imagine how we ever survived the freeway system?? We spent hours totally lost!!

Very poor custumer service.

The overall interior of the hotel was nicely done and was really great on the eye. The rooms were older but thoughtfully done. There were signs of wear and tear, such as tiles cracking, areas needed to be grouted..etc. The biggest complaint was the lack of sound control from the room to the corridors. The doors may as well have been non existent. A drunk young man and his friends stood outside in the hallway cussing and talking loudly, it was as though they were in our room at 1 am! Needless to say we didn't get much sleep and they continued running up and down the halls slamming doors and yelling to girls. There also happened to be 5 weddings I was told going on that weekend. My advice is to go on a weeknight or deal with the sounds of the hallways.

The hotel looks great and probably would be a higher rating if not for the access. The best way to get here is only Southbound. Otherwise, one has to go drive for about another 1 mile or two in a loop to get to the entrance. The room also had weak water pressure. But, the appearance is clean, the room is very comfortable. The hallways are quiet. I also enjoyed the fitness center, more of an upgrade than your standard one. The price adjustment may have factored in these minor discomforts.

Nice hotel with a good clean feel as well as modern day appearance. Room was comfortable and very nice. TV was huge, bed comfortable, large bar downstairs, Gym, FREE wi-fi and parking! Anytime I'm in Houston I will be staying at this hotel. Construction was a bit tough so may take an extra minute to figure out how to get there.

Always good visit here. Easy process.

Fine but need to sort out wifi connection - which was very disappointing.

Good deal for the price range. We stayed on the 9th floor, which geve is access to the hotel lounge, which had fresh starbucks coffee, afternoon snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The overall experience was good.

Noise from highway very loud - stayed in room 749, but signs to guide you only went up to 748. I felt the pillows were low quality, and so were the bathroom fixtures. Television was an LG, which I feel is an inferior product. Picture quality was not what I have experience in other hotels.

The hotel was very nice, road work on 610 Hwy was another deal, but since we were there on a weekend it did not bother us. Will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The garage needs a bit of cleaning up. Otherwise, beautiful property.

This Sheraton is more of a business class hotel than a leisure class one. We enjoyed our stay there and found it clean, and polished, with a high quality build. The staff was friendly and polite and respectful. It included free wifi, free parking which is hard to get in Houston, and offered a continental breakfast for just a little more. The two downsides we found were no safe in the rooms and no refrig in the rooms either. They do need to fix those things anc can easily do so. If you'd like a great business class hotel at leisure motel pricing, this one will do you well.

Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly and accommodating, fitness center has been recently renovated and is convenient, and room service meals were tasty, reasonably priced, and quickly delivered! Although there is some highway/frontage road construction which makes driving in the area a bit frustrating, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The place was nice enough. However, if I'd known there would be construction right under my window might have stayed elsewhere. The only complaint I really have is I couldn't leave my dog in the room. I had an interview but had to take him with me.
