If you have to stay in Northgate this is the place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are adequate, and the shuttle is very convenient for getting around and down to Seattle. It runs until 10 pm but does not go to the airport. The Indian restaurant next door is very good. Northgate mall and movie theater are a few blocks away. And of course star bucks is across the street! Overall the hotel is great for business or if you're just driving through, but not recommended as a romantic destination.

It was in the locations to where I was going, and shopping. It was a little to expensive for what I received.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts, clean rooms, and convenient shuttles to downtown.

It was very noisy. Don't attempt the breakfast because the room is very small for the large volume of customers and a long line. After three attempts we gave up. You can hear people in all the surrounding rooms, the toilets flushing and the showers. The noise from the freeway all night was disturbing. The beds were uncomfortable.

I would like to say first that the overall quality of this particular hotel was acceptable. The rooms were clean and the service accommodating. What I would say is this hotel doesn't offer anything that makes you say wow. I just for the price you can't expect much more but it would have been nice to get one or two extra little perks.

Very cool room. Good for a ONE night stay. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs!

The linens were not cleaned properly, there was hair on the comforter and sheets. When I asked 3 different times over 2 days to get a new comforter they finally changed it. I was very disappointed.

It's just about impossible to get a reasonable hotel deal in the Seattle area. That's why the Nexus (I believe it was formerly a Ramada Inn) is noteworthy. The dollar value is pretty good, it's right by I-5 and a large mall, and the inconveniences of the hotel itself (such as the old-fashioned outside corridor approach) are not deal-killers for having an enjoyable stay there.The staff was outstandingly helpful, and the breakfast buffet had all the basic American foods. If you can find a better deal in Seattle, take it - but I think this one's hard to beat.

Nothing eventful happened, which is always a plus. Everything was clean. No crazy noise. Closest I could get to my destination since the Ballard area appears to frown on hotels.

Our heater was extremely noisey and came on and off all night long. We should have complained immediately but thought it was fixed when we ran it on continuous fan. Desk was responsive on check-out and said they would inspect it immediately. Breakfast was good.

Not really impressed... a cheaply done makeover of the hotel room. Room was clean but the tv was extremely old and did not look like the pictures they post online. I would have paid the same amount going to a better hotel with more comfortable amenities. Staff was friendly and courteous but hotel needs work.

I always thought there was a distinction between "hotel" and "motel" based on room entry. If the doors open directly to the street it was a "motel". If they opened to a hallway it was a "hotel". I personally do not choose to stay in places where the door opens to the street. This hotel was on the freeway and very noisy. The room was drab and needed updating.

This was our last hotel out of 5 on a week long vacation. By far our best experience and definitely on the lower end of what we spent. The shuttle service was great, free. Rooms were clean, and quiet. This is the first hotel that claimed it had free, easy to access wifi that actually worked. It worked in the lobby, in the room, and it was a breeze to connect to. This will be at the top of my list for my next stay in Seattle.

The room was smaller then I thought it would be... Also we went to go swimming and the pool was not clean and u can hear the neighbors when they r running the tub. Not many channels to watch either.. Over all it was ok but for the price my husband and I could have stayed at a hotel closer for the same experience... They also wanted to charge 50 dollars extra till we left then refund but it's not like they didn't have my info I have never had a hotel do that before if I paid though hotels. Com

It was noisy, not too clean and there was a bit of a strange smell on the room. Over all a 1.5 star hotel. Not worth the price. For 25 dollars more the Marriott would have been a much better choice.

The room was clean, very comfortable and the location was good. The breakfast was over and above my expectations - very, very good for a complimentary breakfast! Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The stairwells, while accessed only with a keycard, could have been cleaner - that's the only, very minor complaint.

A nice Hotel, but a little spendy. Companion Restaurant good quality food

Overall better than I expected. The pool and breakfast were great. There was tonnes nearby.

Long way from the city but hotel runs a shuttle bus to ther city during the day

The room was pretty nice. The breakfast was fair at best. We would stay again.

I stayed here because of the location. It was nice to have the Saffron Restaurant in the same parking lot as I ordered dinner just before their 10 pm closing. Starbucks drive thru was across the street and with Aurora Ave close by there were plenty of food options during the day. Northgate shopping center is very close. The continental breakfast was sufficient with cold cereals, pastries or toast and a waffle maker. Coffee, tea and juice were also available.

We had an enjoyable stay. We actually stayed another night after our cruise. The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous and the rooms were clean, comfortable and had lots of space. The walk to a very nice mall is just 5 minutes.

We found the staff very professional and friendly. The Bolt bus that left us by the International bus station. The hotel runs a free shuttle around Seattle so that was no problem. We noticed that they were even delivering people to the cruise ships the next morning. The fitness centre was bigger than we expected. The free breakfast included hot food. The hotel is close to various restaurants and a five minute walk to North Gate Center. We found the room clean and .the bed comfortable.

For a last-minute trip to Seattle, there was nothing available but the Nexus - and now we know why.....we weren't able to sleep all 3 nights due to thin walls, creaky floor/ceilings, and clientele that were fighting, arguing, loitering in the area and in nearby rooms ALL NIGHT! It's hard to appreciate cleanliness or amenities when you can't sleep. When the staff was addressed, they just said that maybe that night would be quieter...well, it wasn't.

Our room was ok except for we had no working shower. will probably stay somewhere a bit nicer next time

Very Comfortable. Clean room. Easy access. Private party, in room on 4th floor of the hotel, ended as I exited the elevator to get to my room. Very difficult to weave through the crowd and small child (4-5 y/o) punched me as I was walking through! I know you cannot post this, but in the future it might be helpful to remind private parties to not block access to the halls.

I love staying here. Its always affordable and very comfertable. My favorite room is with the big soaking Hot Tubs and very roomy showers with shower heads that rain down on you. They even have comfy robes for you! ( just in those rooms though ) The prices are very resonable ( depending on the time of year ) for those rooms, comparing to other hotels that are over $200 or $300 a night for big soaking tubs, big showers and robes. My only gripe is that when the hotel is full, parking sucks!!!! ( they share the parking lot with a popular resturant )

Hotel Nexus was very convenient to all the sights in Seattle area. The highway was right down the road and you have all kind of shopping surrounding the hotel. You also have on sight parking at no extra charge which is a plus. The room was on the small side but very clean. Overall it was worth staying at this Hotel I would do it again.

Older motel, but price was right, The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual motel fare, waffles, biscuits, hard boiled eggs, etc.

We stayed there because of the price, not knowing how great the hotel or the location was. Wow! As Canadians, we appreciated that it was close to the mall for good shopping and it just off the I-5 to be able to be on the road almost immediately when it was time to head north. The breakfast buffet was great. To be able to come down and fill our tummies, was really appreciated. As I told my friend, it really does leave a great impression having left the hotel full. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Thanks for recommending it to me. Yet again, Hotel.ca did a great job!

Room was clean, good location to shopping. Room had a noisy refrigerator, and the heater fan ran all-night. But for the price and one or two nights its good.

In the pictures of the room I saw it had a kitchen the room didn't have it the tv remote was broking. The room smell.

Easy access to I-5. Try and get a room on the back side, away form the road otherwise you hear I-5.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful, very cheery and very helpful. Willing to answer any questions and advise me about sights I may be interested in seeing. I booked this hotel because I was scheduled to write an exam and it was the nearest one within walking distance. It ended up being much closer to test center than I expected. The hotel room was very nice and clean. It had a nice big desk that I was able to study at, and had fridge and microwave, which I find very convenient! The room was also very updated, kind of had a retro, funky feel. There was a continental breakfast that actually had reasonable hours, from 6 am to 10 am. In same parking lot as hotel there was a indian and mediteranean restaraunt which could be delivery or takeout.
