there are many different hotels nearby--- this was clearly the cheapest--- we have stayed at the others--- there is no comparison--- staff was good

At check in the associate, took a phone call, that's rude. I stood waiting for my key while he talked with a co-worker who was calling in late. They gave me the key (4pm) but the beds were not finished being made, housekeeping finally came in to finish. I worked in hotels for years, this is basis procedure for good service. The hotel really needs to some renovation, obvious wear and tear throughout. Breakfast was great!

The rooms definitely need upgrading.

The room was basic, service was good.

The hotel was conveniently located to all the major highways. The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Definitely a good value.

This hotel had great service, and breakfast everyday. It just needs a facelift.

I booked the room for a work associate for business purposes. He stated the bathrooms were substandard and the room smelled bad, (granted he was a smoker in was staying in a smoking room). We originally booked the room for 5 nights but checked out after the first night and switched to another hotel locally.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was comfortable and clean and breakfast was unbelievably good.

Unfortunately the room itself did not fit the description specified. There were no granite tops in the bathroom & there was no 32" plasma as specified as well. The hotel & rooms could certainly use some remodeling. If your a contractor working in this area then it's suitable. The saying goes..... You get what you pay for. The free breakfast was same.

Enjoyed my stay this past weekend, but the only thing I didn't enjoy was the bathroom wished it was bigger and the tub was bigger..

the room was adequate, the food was adequate, the amenities were adequate. I wasn't looking for the taj Mahal so I was not surprised. It wasn't dirty, it was quiet, food was hot and ready. Not a lot of amenities but it is on a retail corridor where there were lots of shops and a Target adjacent to the hotel for last minute items. Convenient location for my needs but the major highways are several minutes away. Staff was courteous and respectful. Solid B rating

Cold water in the morning, broken bathroom door, but friendly staff

Threadbare carpets, worn walls and paint. General feeling of absentee landlord milking whatever revenue they can get from the property. Will not stay there again. Coffee was good, though and breakfast was better than expected

Enjoyedit. will stay there again,outstanding staff specially Jeremy he was nice enough to helps us change rooms,the back of hotel rooms are a little loud at night due to I-95corridor outside of that perfect.!!

The hotel was convenient to where I needed to be for work, but the room was dingy. For the first time in my life, I had to actually request to be switched into a new room, because my original one smelled terribly of smoke. I actually posed my question to the front desk like this: "So, I was wondering if you put me into a smoking room on accident?"... of course, they said it was a regular room, so I asked to be switched out. They put me in a room one floor down, and it was in better shape overall, and the only thing was the strong smell of citrus cleaner, which honestly, is better than smoke. Not the best hotel, but there weren't any other rooms available anywhere else, so this was sufficient.

Good clean basic hotel.

I was woken (after driving all day) at approximately 2 am by a large party that seemed to be bedding down for the night. The room walls were paper thin and I seemed to be surrounded by the multiple rooms of the people. I was moved after 5 calls downstairs to an area of the hotel that was quieter but honestly the damage had been done. I will say that the manager comped my room for Friday night and the room I was provided was an upgrade so in the end, I was happy but it was a long journey to get there.

Very good hotel, and nice breakfast in provided in the sports bar attached to the hotel. Locality is safe and good. Parking might be a constraint, and you might have to park in the back. But overall safe location. Rooms are a bit old, they dont seem to have upgraded to LCD TVs, still have the conventional TVs. But no major complaints about the stay. I will stay here again if required

Having lived in the area for years and now traveling back for business I'd been by this hotel many times. It's in a great Morris County location. Very convenient to Morris Town, Short Hills, I-80 etc. Next to a couple of decent chain restaurants and Target with a grocery store. Best price for the neighborhood as near as I can tell. Well lit parking lot felt safe to walk through at night. The staff was friendly. Room livable. Lobby is in OK shape, making your way into the hotel it goes downhill. Room was in need of a facelift with stains, scratches and broken trim here and there. That said it was comfortable enough. Wouldn't book a vacation here but it's fine for a business trip.

The key to get me in the room didn't work. There were stains galore on the rug in the hallway. the bed was uncomfortable. the room was noisy.

In need of updating.

Room was filthy; Q-tip on bathroom floor and sock hanging on lamp shade. Carpet was worn and stained. I didn't have the nerve to try their food.

The Ramada served its purpose - a place to sleep. My issue was when I walked in to the room, I was overwhelmed by the odor of the cleaning solution used in the room. Halls had a funky odor too. TV channels available were quite limited, not a flat screen TV in the room, and the remote didn't work (which they did take care of quickly). My big positive is the breakfast buffet in the morning was pretty good. Plenty of eggs, sausage/bacon which was a good start to a day.

that place is flithy!!!!

I would not stay there again. The carpeting was stained and dirty and the finish was peeling off of the bathroom door. The fixtures and chipped furniture should have been replaced years ago.The business center only has one computer

Hotel and furnishings are very dated. Booked non-smoking rooms but two travellers had to change rooms (one twice) in order to get a non-smoking room. Toilet plunger in one room did not work properly. Complimentary breakfast adequate.

My stay was OK except for excessive noise from the adjoining rooms. The alarm went off in the room next to me and although I notified the fron desk it took them a half hour to turn it off.

Didn't care for the breakfast but the room was updated and felt clean.

desk staff very helpful. For supposedly recently remodeled rooms- craftmanship in areas could have been better. Breakfast- needs better set-up, ok selection of food.

Our 3 night hotel stay was generally good. It was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to shopping and entertainment. There is a great sports bar attached to the hotel. The only downside to our stay was the fitness facility. My wife and I like to get an aerobic workout each day.On the first day of our 3 night stay, we discovered that the 2 workout machines that we like to use were broken. We reported it to the front desk, and they said that they would get the maintenance man on it. It never happened. Four days with no workout and no explanation.

Hotel was fine, with minor irritations.......Walls are very thin...next door neightbor's coughing was clearly audible in our room.....low level of room-to-room privacy...... staff was helpful and efficient. Major problem....... side door had key access BUT a brick was right next to the door and was propped open several times I went to use the door......hotel staff not only was aware of the 'brick' but used it themselves to prop door open..........a big no-no!
