It was nice but a little far away from everything

The hotel is located by so much, and the rooms are nice. The hotel was quiet and calm, which was great.

Excellent stay. I stay at many hotels and this one was quiet and very clean. Staff courteous.

Like a suite that is actually two rooms.

Overall very good hotel! The bed looked more comfortable than it was. It was a little hard for me but maybe perfect for someone else.

Geat location and great hotel. Room very large and comfortable. Oneof the best Sheraton US locations I have stayed at. The only negative was no coffee available in lobby in the morning, had to go into rturant and wait for service.

Very nice property, located near O'Hare. You can see the planes take off and land, but you can't hear them. 24 hr service to/from ORD is great. Staff very helpful. Have stayed here before and will again.

My client had a flight out at 5:00 a.m. so I booked two rooms here. Very convenient shuttle service to the airport and the valet on duty directed my to a nearby garage where I parked overnight for free (and avoided the onsite fee of $12). The rooms are nice and very convenient for business travelers.

Had a nice stay at the Sheraton O'hare. The receptionists were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The decor was modern and had a cozy, contemporary feel. We stayed on the 6th floor and watched airplanes prepare for landing. Also watched a hug melee of teenagers gathered across the street at McDonalds. Was this a typical Saturday nite for kids in the area? Only cons were 1) we were stuck in the elevator nearest to the check-in lobby for appx. 2 minutes, door would not open, but the maintenance guy was johnny on the spot! and 2) housekeeping "overlooked" our bathroom. The towels were replaced but the sink, counter and tub had not been touched. Luckily another housekeeper was a few doors down and came back to clean it. Overall, I had a nice stay and would consider this hotel for my next trip to the Chicago area.

Staff was welcoming and friendly rooms were very nice!! I'll definitely be back in the very near future.

Clean, friendly & overall good experience

Loved this hotel! A couple of friends and I stayed here before flying out of O'Hare to Costa Rica. Our flight was at 5:30a and we were able to take the 4am shuttle and had plenty of time. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and there were two flat-screen tv's in the room. We enjoyed a drink (or two!) at the hotel bar before calling it a night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I thought my stay was fantastic. Lovely hotel.Right down the street from Allstate Arena!! So close which is where I was going so I loved that. Beds were comfy!! It was a spacious suite with two flat screen TVs. The staff was great too. My only problem was when I asked about the parking - the lady didn't tell me to VALIDATE my ticket because I was staying 2 nights. So I had to pay leaving and I thought to myself like I have to pay every time to leave, but that wasn't the case and the guy on duty at night was great and helpful and only charged me one night. So I was pleased with that.

I wish the description would have included that they did have shuttle service from the airport, we arrived past midnight and assume they didn't have it, so we ended up paying for taxi. If you get there when there, call the hotel and they will send the shuttle for you. Good experience and friendly service on our super short stay.

I travel for business alot so dont spend time on reviews, but this was such a pleasant surprise it merited a heads-up for all you who consider this facility. It was completely remodeled last year so it really is brand new. The rooms and amenities are in great shape, decor good, quiet (no airport or road noise) and very nice gym. didnt eat there. Shuttle to and from Ohare was fast and stayed on schedule. Staff very pleasant. Take advantage while it lasts as with the remodel they wont hold their prices down forever.

Everything was typical Sheraton. It is an older facility. Food prices were a bit higher than I would have liked.

Louder than most Sheratons I've been to. If suffering from jetlag or if I had a stressful schedule I would have been upset. The layout is better than most and the shuttle drivers were nice.

Just an overnight stay waiting for next connecting plane...convienient!!!

The hotel was clean and I really enjoyed the front desk service. The hydraulic elevators however were slow, the doors did not function or open properly and there was a couple of large bumps on the center elevator. I found though that my stay was one of the better ones I've had.

The hotel is close to the airport and easy to access. I was unhappy with their expensive parking rates, and internet charges.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff quickly accommodated our need to check in early after a a long day of air travel due to a layover.I only wish the overseas rep at hotels.com was as easy to understand(India);So much for offshoring!

This is a very nice property. It appears to have been renovated within recent years, but does show a few signs of wear. Due to overall age, that isn't a surprise. The restaurant/bar is really nice and their service is excellent. The front desk staff is exceptional. The problem is the shuttle service. Had to wait 45 minutes at the airport and call twice to get picked up. This was around 11:30 pm. Very frustrating. Also, the A/C in the room did not function properly. It was very warm when I arrived and the temperature never came down to a comfortable level. It was only 30 degrees outside so can't blame it on the weather. Overall, I would recommend the property due to value, but expect to use a cab service for reliability. Factor that into the price. And if you don't like a warm room, you may be disappointed.

Great hotel, Great rooms, beds, pillows, accomidations. I couldn't add anything more to this we had no problems, they even gave us access to the club on the 11th floor because our son was so cute looking at the elevator bay. They didn't have to do that at all.

We needed to find a hotel near the airport for an unexpected layover. The Sheraton was great. Staff was courteous and the hotel very clean and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant in the lobby which had good food but expensive. Overall chose the best hotel for the night we needed.

Rooms real dated but clean , had to put my own shower curtain on shower but no big deal , staff friendly , free airport shuttle took cab from airport to hotel cost $12 . All in all ok .

Our flight was cancelled due to an ice storm and the staff was so understanding. They even brought us up a complimentary tray of snacks! They were awesome. We ate at the restaurant two nights and thought the food was great.

Everything was very well done. The shuttle was timed perfectly at the airport to pick us up. Very nice!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Recently renovated, it is a beautiful property with rooms facing a center atrium. Rooms, which are suites, were well equipped and immaculate, Front desk and restaurant staff provided friendly service and went beyond to help us with our many questions, directions and anything we needed. Restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. Has a fitness room and room service which we did not use. Parking is additional fee, but reasonable. Near Mannheim and Higgins, easy to get to expressways. Will definitely come back!

I make several of these trips to the O'hare area each year and I've found my home there. The staff was amazing the food is great! For a fella that's extremely tired of being on the road its places like this that spark new hope......

We were sad we only got to stay 6 hours before a flight! So upscale, large, and comfy beds! Park and fly program was so cheap! We will be back for sure....longer in the next trip!
