Terrible mattresses, breakfest yuk! no security!

It was okay to stay if your never in the room but the hotel it's self has a moldy odor. Also house keeping came in our room at 8:30 to clean the room since we were still asleep she never came back to clean it.Plus you know its in a bad part of town when you find a crack pipe out side your. care

I've stayed at this particular Super 8 a few times now and I always have a wonderful stay, the staff is great and friendly and the site is clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and even though they have smoking rooms, at least at this visit it did not permeate my non smoking room. The motel is older and some of the wiring of the lights has been redone to make longer cords. They didn't look very professionaly done. The motel is not within walking distance of any fast food and there are no full service resturants in the area at all. The staff was courteous but not overtly friendly. The breakfast area was very small and understaffed.

I enjoyed the stay, however housekeeping was knocking on the door @ 8am. On the day of check out staff was rude and made me feel rushed to exit at 10:45am and check out was at 11am.

Even for the price, this hotel was NOT worth it!! The clerk was RUDE ( and we later discovered lived in the room next to us), there was no pool as advertised, the room had pieces of the wall falling down, the air did not work well, they messed up my reservation...and the worst part was we had to beg for more towels and the ones they gave us were smelly and STAINED! ALL of them! Worst hotel ever!!

hotel was old and not close to anything. It was clean and the room was big. Nothing at all special about it. Location was about 5 miles to stadium, six flags,etc. It was also about 3 miles to closest place to get any food.

This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I found blood on the pillow case. The neighborhood is scary and the people at the hotel all looked shady. The breakfast was two types of cereal and milk. The room smelled musty and the AC ran constantly. The furniture in the room was old and the fixtures were old. The hotel had nothing at it (pool, weight room).

was difficult to extend stay was charged for a non-smoking room but kept smoking room

We stayed here after attending Lone Star Park and a concert afterwards and thought we would avoid the 30-mile drive home in traffic on Saturday night, etc. Perfect for our needs, the location is very close to Lone Star Park and our room was very comfortable. Staff was nice too, even let us check in early. It's not a luxury hotel but the price is right and we got a good night's sleep. The hotel is "off the beaten path" too, not right on the interstate or any main roads.

Hotel is just a few minutes' drive from Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor. Continental Breakfast had fresh muffins, coffee, cereal and juice and it was still available after 8 a.m. Room had ants and did have a musty smell, but spraying some Lysol helped to get rid of it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was nice the only thing we didnt like was that there was no pool lol

found bugs in room and bees outside building, would have liked to see a swimming pool.

It would have been better if there had been hot water. Or compensation for the lack of hot water. Floors were a little dirty too.

Horrible place to stay.

I thought the place had a musty smell that got worse in our rooms. The place was old and that would be fine but it really needed some up keep. We booked for 2 nights. We did not even stay for the second night.

Was easy to get to attractions and easy to find the hotel, price was right. However there was a terrible smell that seemed as though it was only coming from one hallway. Smelled like mold or something damp.

housekeeping service is poor....room smelled bad

We received a threatening phone call that said it came from the front desk. When we tried to call the front desk - four times-there was no answer. We called the police. They said it was a prank. We left.

We brought our horse to race at track. Convenient location

This hotel was scuzzy. I didn't feel comfortable bathing my children in that bathroom. There were water stains half way up the walls in the bedroom. It was disgusting and had a terrible smell. Do not book a room here!

The first room we were in the television screen was purple, so they moved us to a smoking room where there were two lizards and the a/c did not work. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DO NOT STAY HERE, SOME OF THE STAFF IS RUDE and ITS NOT WORTH IT....GO AHEAD AND PAY EXTRA FOR A MORE COMFORTABLE STAY SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! THE PICTURES YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN IS NOT AT ALL WHAT YOU GET.

This hotel was really gross! In our room were big cockroaches. It had a weird smell. Also, the tv didn't work. The picture was just purple and red. Plus there was no swimming pool...we could have used it for the hot weather. We had 3 nights paid for, but we just stayed for 2. We couldn't stay another night there, it was too nasty. Plus we asked for extra towels and they barely gave them to us. So once again, NEVER AGAIN!

my stay at this hotel was only for one night..i would not have stayed more than that...there were roaches in he room.

My husband stayed here for 1 night & the minute he walked in there were roaches in the room & he went to take a shower & the tub drain was clogged . He woke up the next morning to make coffee & the pot that was provided was not the correct size, so he had to hold the coffee mug underneath where the coffee pot was supposed to be.

The only problem I had was that the toilet did not flush very well. The breakfast was sparse compared to other hotels that have a continental breakfast. There are no restaraunts close by but it was very close to the Verizon Theater. It is also close to the race horse track and a minor league baseball park. Also it is 2 blocks from Ripley's Believe it or not Museum. If I attend a concert again I will most likely stay here again.

This was a nice hotel for the price. We just needed as place over night and it was fine.

Staff were not friendly, tub would not hold water, toilet would not flush right. Just not a really good place to stay.

Very convenient from the Verizon Nokia theater, only 5 minutes away. Not to far from I-30 and close to main attractions. No elevator at the hotel so we made about 3 trips from our room to the second floor to the main lobby just to retrieve our bags. The stairs were real narrow going up and coming down. Staff was friendly and room was nice. Pillows were flat so you basically had to stack the pillows in order to get a nice sleep.

The super sweet price during Spring Break 2011 in/around Dallas caught my eye! And I got what I paid for - not necessarily a bad thing! While it did meet my immediate needs - bed and shower - the location was a bit disappointing but not a deal-breaker. Located just off I-30 but a maze to actually get to the motel. On the plus side, Verizon Theatre, Six Flags, Cowboy Stadium, Rangers Stadium, shopping, etc all within 10 minutes at most. Would've been great if public transit (trolley line) was available as it is for other hotels/motels closer to the main attractions in the area. The motel itself definitely shows its age but overall I was pleased with my stay. But if you're looking for something 5 star, this is not the place for you!

Only stayed one night. Had no problems or complaints. Iron and ironing board came in handy. Slept well and comfortably on the beds. Staff was friendly. I would go again.

While this is not a fancy hotel, it is cheap and clean. It's close to the major attractions and is perfect for "a place to sleep" after a busy day.
