Holiday Inn Sacramento - Capitol Plaza - סקרמנטו

Great location. We had an event at the Delta King and it was a very short walk from it (5 mins). Rooms were nice and were clean. Cons: -$16-18 charge for parking per day -no fridges in room -no hot tub -no free breakfast

Parki g for disabled was not convienienent.

Overall, the stay was alright. It would have been better is Parking were not so expensive as well as breakfast in the hotel cafe. Their food prices are outrageous. This weekend also had a fraternity party booked at the hotel. College kids were up until all hours, some overly intoxicated, making too much noise. I believe that the police were finally called. But it did not quiet down until after 3AM.

was impressed with the hotel close to old sac we saw a concert at the crest it was in walking distance. The bar was great great bartender drinks a hair pricey but good.

Parking cost was ridiculous . Should not be charged to park at a hotel parking lot in Sacramento.

A generous sized, clean room, ideal location and reasonably priced for king w/ breakfast. Walking distance to RR station, Old Town and Capitol building. What else to ask for?

Perfect location for hanging out at Old Town Sacramento. Everything we could hope for in comfort. The downtown plaza was next door for added convenience and entertainment. We will stay here again for sure.

Accommodations were phenomenal!!! I brought my girlfriend for Valentines weekend and scored a10 what more could a guy ask for... Thank you for the unforgettable stay and experience we will be back for many more occasions

We were only in Sac for a night to see a concert and go out. The hotel is located right downtown, was super convenient, and was above our expectations. The only issue was a very loud yelling match in the neighboring room, but the hotel staff seemed to solve the problem quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

In years past we've enjoyed our stay here. But this time we found the facility is not what it used to be. Overall condition of building and rooms is also not up to the normal price. Try not to get a room near the freeway. If you do you may find it noisy. Otherwise the place is most convenient to Old Town and the mall.

This was the third stay for an annual event. Hotel is dated, but well maintained. Long-term, efficient staff. Great location for mall and walking access to Old Sac. Dining menu limited and food is unremarkable. Parking fee for self-park or valet.

Loved how easy it was to find the hotel. Quick walk to Old Sac and just a few minutes to drive to the State Capitol.

MmHotel location was perfect. Out the door and turn left to the plaza shopping... Right to downtown... Hotel was very clean. Staff was professional and pleasant. Room service was prompt and food was amazing... Room was clean and very comfortable... Slept great! Only negative.... Hotels.com advertised free parking when i booked... Hotel said that was a mistake... Was going to make me pay for parking... But they took care of us and didn't charge us for parking... Will stay here again!

The only complaint that we had was that we were surprised that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom and the mirrors, etc. got foggy.

Used to stay here when I came into Sac for meetings when I worked for the State. I have to say, this was my best experience ever. Had a great room with a comfy bed and a wonderful view of the river; walked to the mall and a terrific restaurant for dinner; and had a wonderful breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely be back in the future!

great access to Old Town Sacramento...friendly staff..would defiantely stay here again!

I had a one night visit. Good area right next to mall and close to old town Sac. Movie theater within 2 minutes walking. Will stay again.

Very nice rooms, sweet stuff. Make sure you buy the extra for the breakfast, well wroth it.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The rooms were large, the beds very comfortable and it was very convenient for both business and pleasure. The SHOCK we had was paying for parking! NO WHERE in any of the hotel descriptions did it say that there was a charge for parking - a fee that rivals that of San Francisco. That one fact alone will ensure that we do not stay there again. There are other hotels in the same area with just the same quality that have plenty of free and easy parking.

Hotel location on the Mall was great.

We had 3 workers that just needed a place to sleep that was close to the job site. I booked with hotels.com and asked for 2 doubles and a roll-away. This was even on the booking confirmation sheet that I received and printed off to send with my guys. They arrived late (because of air delays) after midnight, which I had also specified with hotels.com. When they arrived, they were told that that Holiday Inn did NOT use roll-a-ways (their rooms are too small)., One of our workers slept on the floor. NOT satisfied with this hotel at all!

Close to a number of museums and local historical sights. Room was clean, wireless Internet was easy to access and fast. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed the convenience and comfort of this hotel. Was within easy walking distance to fine dining and great entertainment. Only hitch was the tub/shower. It was dirty, like the drain had backed up and left bits of dirt and debris in the tub. We didn't really care, because the drain seemed to flow properly, but a more discriminating customer would hit the roof.

I really enjoyed the stay. Beds were very nice hotel staff is friendly my only complaint is how expensive parking is, but it's not that bad. Overall great hotel and great location

We have stayed here many times and love it. Not only is the location incredible as you can walk into Old Town Sac and back but the people there are really incredibly nice. Has a lounge for a cocktail upon arriving, very clean comfortable rooms. Recommend this hotel VERY MUCH !
