Had a wonderful time Nice personnel and good service Location was excellent and quite close Epcot

This truly is the "happiest place on earth". Hotel was very family friendly. Location couldn't be better. Staff was friendly and willing to accomodate. Nicely decorated without being too fusy with regard to small children. If I were going with adults only, I would stay next door at the Yacht Club but with small children Beach Club was perfect.

Our visit to Disney Beach Resort did not go as well as I had hoped. We reserved three rooms - one of the rooms experienced maintenance issues and was not ready as promised. We were given an up-grade for the unavailable room, but that separated my family. The staff was apologetic but held firm not being able to keep us together.

The beach club goes above and beyond and makes your stay truly magical!!!

The staff is very friendly, the room was extremely clean, the maid actually folded my clothes in addition to leaving cute towel animals, the pool is gigantic and beautiful (but only open until 10PM, that was my only complaint about my whole stay), several hot tubs, ice cream parlor, ridiculously delicious room service, comfortable and very clean beds, free internet, they let us into the room early, along a beautiful boardwalk, so close to Epcott that we came home for a post drinking nap, all in all really nice. I have also stayed at the Grand Floridian, which was equal in every way except the Floridian leaves their pool open all night, which was the only way it excelled the Beach Club. In the future, I will definitely stay at the Beach Club again.

This is a first class hotel, so close to Epcot, Hollywood and animal kingdom. Everything is done to the highest standard.

Hotel was a two minute walk to Epcot and a convient rear entrance to enter the park. Having the boardwalk right there also made finding something to eat very easy. Hotel was well staffed and everyone was pleasant.

We went for the weekend to EPCOT for the Xmas festivities. The hotel was nice but the main attraction is the fact it is right next to the back entrance of EPCOT. It was a very short walk which meant we avoided the hassle of the Disney parking lot and worse those Disney transportation buses.

Our stay was excellant. We had chosen this hotel as we wanted something special as we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We were noit disappointed even the maid left our bath towels folded in a heart shape. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we would certainly recommend The Beach Club to anyone.

Everything was great. Location is especially convenient, 3 min to Epcot back entrance. The staff is what makes this place wonderful...great job keep it up. Love the water slide, but you had to go across an outside sidewalk (where people walk with normal shoes so can have hurt your feet). The prices at the marketplace is not bad and either is the room service rates (pretty nominal). Our room was good but the air conditioning was a bit cold (no matter how we turned it) so in the end just turned it off. The windows are a bit thin at keeping out noise, could hear the carts on the walks and the fireworks for illumination from Epcot, but not too bad if you are not in the room at those times trying to sleep.

Hotel was in a great location easy to get to parks. The only thing that was an issue is the busing from downtown Disney to hotel was a long wait and to many stops. Other buses came and went and only were going to one hotel our bus went to 3 other hotels. It was packed.

It was wonderful!!!!!!!!

Over all very good. We are a family of four (two adults and two nearly teen age kids) and a twin room would have been more convenient. We were accommodated in one room with two twin beds. One toilet and shower only meant queing up in the mornings. Otherwise no major problems

Just spent a week in this hotel.after staying for a week at Disney all star movie resort..huge difference in quality of service..which is because u get what u pay for...hotel is very conveniently located..u can walk to epcot and Broadway...and the hotel swimming pool is amazing after a hot day out in the parks..will definitely stay here again..

I took a short trip to Disney with my college-aged daughters just after New Years. I have stayed at many of the other Disney properties. The Disney Beach Club is exceptional, second only to The Grand Floridian. The Disney Beach Club is a 5 minute walk to Epcot and The Disney Boardwalk and a 5 minute boat ride of MGM. The greeters at the hotel are very friendly. The staff at the Concierge is also helpful but I was surprised by one staff member who was rather rude to me but as a whole the staff was wonderful. We were given a room with an awesome view of the pool, beach and Disney Boardwalk. The downside to this hotel are the restaurants. It has more upscale dining then moderate dining. Once we returned from the parks, it was very difficult to get a sit down meal for under $35 a person. The Marketplace does have food you can bring back to your room but we wanted to just sit and relax and eat. We tried to get room service and after holding for 15 minutes, we gave up. I would return to The Disney Beach Club on my next trip to Disney.

I stayed here with my wife for a 2nd honeymoon. They upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite on the concierge level. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous and everything was perfect!

I have stayed at the Yacht Club before and thought I'd try the beach club with the rest of my family. Still a terrific Disney Hotel in a great location but they were doing some repairs on the siding which began daily at around 8:00 am. Not condusive to my grandbaby's sleep nor mine or my husband's but overall a good time.

Disney's Beach Club Resort has a great location, 5 minunte walk to Epcot and Boardwalk. 8 minute boat ride to Hollywood studios. Steak house in Yacht Club next door was very good as was the bar. But, in general the food is vastly overpriced and worth the money in high end restraunts in Epcot.

The Beach Club is our favorite Disney resort. The transportation to the parks is buy bus or via a walk through the World Showcase and EPCOT to the monorail. We really enjoy walking to EPCOT. Hollywood Studios park is a short boat ride from the resort dock. The pool is amazing, but was closed for an hour for a unspecified problem. The food at the hotel is expensive and the ice cream parlor is fun, but very very crowded. The Cape May Cafe is the perfect character breakfast and the food is very good (make a reservation several months in advance for all Disney dining). The resort is always clean and the staff is Disney perfect. The property is neat, clean, and the landscaping is spectacular.

I am not one to rate Hotels high...but I never stayed at the Beach Club Resort before now. I would rate this resort HIGH in comparison to most resorts that I have stayed at. Excellent customer service, value, and ammenities. Superb Pool area. The Marketplace has snacks and beverages, and great sandwiches...The hotel Seafood Buffet was excellent (although a bit pricey..a Disney norm) The rooms were Large, and well appointed. Layout of the hotel is expansive, so be prepared to walk a bit to locate your room. I was quite pleased and surprised to be given an UPGRADE to the Club Level..where snacks, drinks, and continental breakfast are just a few of the perks. Epcot was a very easy 3-4 minute walk from the property, and the other Parks are within an easy BUS ride away. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!

We went to the Disney Beach Club Resort and also to the Not So Scary Halloween at the Magic Kingdom for my daughter's ninth birthday. Upon check-in we were greeted by a nice lady, but her english speaking skills were limited. It took a long time to go through the process due to the language barrier. The next morning we were unable to find any means of obtaining breakfast without a 45 minute wait, except for a "continental style" area that was total chaos. The pool area was a real treat, but make sure that all people in your party carry their room keys everywhere. We had a hard time entering the area because my six year old god son didn't have his key. The restaurant in the hotel had a nice buffet with an excellent dessert bar. As always the Disney transportation system is nice to have to gain access to the parks so that you don't have to drive anywhere. I can't say that the staff at this resort was very well trained, but all in all it was a nice visit, just not the service that I would expect from a Disney resort.

As I had never stayed as a Disney hotel, we opted to try this one for 2 nights. My dream vacation would be to stay here for my entire stay! Hotel staff was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived (in particular, an employee named Avs who escorted me to the front desk and didn't leave my side until all my questions were answered!) The rooms were really nice. Hotel was beautiful. We loved the character buffet breakfast! They had the biggest, most interesting pool my family and I have ever been to. I loved the ship with the slide! There's one pool with a whirlpool that I didn't even see was there until I sensed myself being moved around in a circle! Kids loved it! The pool area has sand! Like being at the beach! They even had other activities going on like tie-dye shirt making. If that's not enough, you can rent bicycles and boats nearby. The lagoon is really nice. Disney boardwalk is across the lagoon. You can walk or take a boat ride to see it. We opted to rent a "covered bicycle car" where everyone pedals. The entire place was nice. While kind of expensive, I would highly recommend staying here!

Ficamos impressionados com o estilo do hotel e sua localização ! A poucos passos do Epcot e Boardwalk e alguns minutos do Hollywood. Sem falar da vista maravilhosa em torno do hotel!!! É como se você estivesse na beira da praia!! Simplesmente maravilhoso, com opções de restaurantes diversos próximos.

Está muy bien ubicado, el transporte desde que llegas al aeropuerto funciona bastante bien y a los parques cada 3 a 5 min., una linda piscina y sala de juegos para niños, tiene de todo aunque caro!!!! Pero es un muy lindo lugar, lo recomiendo.

Vale muito a pena pagar mais para ficar nesse hotel de luxo dentro da disney!! Sua localização é perfeita para quem vai curtir a disney, tem acesso a pé para Epcot (200m), Hollywood Studios (a pé +- 1300m) e (barco 10 min). Como o Epcot esta praticamente no meio do coplexo disney, todos os transfers (magic Kingdom, Downtown Disney) não demoram mais que 20 min!!!! A quantidade de bons restaurantes que se pode acessar a pé é imensa!! o café-da-manhã não esta incluso!! vc tem duas boas opções de bufett!! uma 20Us outra 30Us!! perfeitos!! lembre-se, os hoteis de luxo disney não são baratos, mas quem tem um pouco a mais para gastar o Beach Club é o melhor custo-beneficio. Ahh, a piscina para mim é disparada a melhor dos hoteis da disney!!!! Quem gosta de correr tem um circuito de 1300 m (em volta do lago) ou 3500mm (em volda do lago, até o Hollywood Studios e voltando pelo swan)!! muito bom!!

ファシリティは多少古い感じもありましたが、さずがディズニーオフィシャルホテルでした。サービスが行き届いており、パークめぐりをするには最適なロケーションとホスピタリティでした。お部屋のキーがすべてのパークの入場、パーク内での利用すべての清算に利用でき、各パークの優先入場もあり、その優位性を十分に利用して快適な滞在をさせていただきました。　唯一のマイナス点はバスタブが浅く利用に不便を感じましたが、バスタブが浅いのはディズニーのオフィシャルホテル全般に共通した点だったかもしれませんので、この点は仕方なしと理解しています。

В целом все в отеле хорошо, но как мне показалось очень ограничен выбор мест где можно поесть. Ресторан в т.ч. Предлагающий завтрак на территории отеля достаточно дорогой и не соответствует критерию цена качество. Очень удобен доступ до парков Диснея особенно до Epcot, до которого. 3 минуты пешком.

どのパークへも、いきやすい便利な場所のホテルです。英語が話せない私たちにとって、パークのチケット、食事などのお得なパックなどの案内が、わかりづらく、何かまとまったリーフレットなどがあると、利用しやすくなると思います。

ホテルの外装も内装も白とブルーでデザインされていてとっても可愛くて綺麗なホテルでした。お部屋も広くてとっても綺麗！シンクはダブルシンクで広いのでファミリー利用しても狭さはまったく感じないと思います。プールも広くて何種類もあり、温かいジャグジーも３～４個ありました。またホテル１階にあるブッフェが超お勧めです！夕食で利用したのですが、カニ・エビ・貝・ローストビーフ・クラムチャウダー・パエリア等食べ放題！デザートの種類も豊富！料理もデザートもアメリカっぽい味じゃなく、日本のような繊細な味で大満足でした☆本当にお勧めのホテルです！

ホテルのすぐ隣にはエプコットがあり、エプコット内には日本食レストランがあります。子供たちがアメリカ食に馴染めなかったので日本食レストランがあって助かりました。

新婚旅行で4日間滞在。 場所はすべてのパークのほぼ中心にあり非常によいです。 エプコットへは徒歩で、ハリウッドスタジオへも船で10分程で行けます。他のパークへのバスで20分程、待ち時間もあまりなく快適です。 ホテルのスタッフは皆明るくとても親切でした。 リゾート気分を満喫できるホテルだと思います。 お値段が少し高いのでホテルは寝るだけ！！ という方には別のホテルがお勧めかもしれませんが 泊まってみる価値のあるホテルだと思います。 ホテルにあるキャラクターダイニングもおすすめです。
