Ramada Lancaster Hotel - לנקסטר

We were very upset with the condition of the room. The light was blown out in the entry to the room. The room had a terrible stale odor. Then room was not really clean. Wouldn't stay there again.

First, the staff was nice and helpful. The building interior was old and not well maintained. The stairs, carpets, doors, walls, looked totally untouched for at least 30 years or more. The bed sheets had spots. The reason we went in was the indoor pool. The water was green and dirty. The outdoor pool looked abandoned. The hotel overall looked abandoned. A car was broken into when we got up in the morning. This was only a one night hotel stay and will never go back again.

Dont like breakfast, customer service. Bad physical conditions.

I was not satisfied . The maid did not leave clean towels. She did not take all the trash. The window leaked in the rain and was wet underneath both mornings. We has forgotten a toothbrush and when we ask at the desk were told they didn't have one even though a card in ithe room said they did. On the website and guest folder it said the fitness room was open 24 hours but a sign on the door said 9 to 9. I will not stay there again .

We were disappointed in our stay this time. First of all I found the lady at the desk when we checked rather snotty. Them lady at the desk on the weekend was very nice. Next there was no refrigerator in our room as had been in the past. When I asked at the desk I was told all refrigerators were taken out of the rrom and the ice machineon our floor was out of order.???? The indoor pool had no towels available and the washroom their was disgusting - the toilet was plugged for two days. We had four people in our room - three towels. The maid on the second day did leave us four towels after we asked for them. Also the hotels have concerts on Friday and Saturday night and good luck for the guests staying there to find a parking space. The Ramada there have wonderful grounds and good facilities but whoever is in charge of keeping up the facility is gradually letting it deteriorate. We will definitely think twice about staying there again which is unfortunate because we like its location and its potential.

Plaster falling from ceiling in dining room at bkfst, bkfst had few choices, rooms had water damage, my key card stopped working on day 2 and they blamed me for it, wall paper peeling off, I put a do not disturb sign on my door since I didn't require towel service and when I returned there was a not very nice note under my door letting me know that they will not be able to service me or my room at all since they are done at 2pm and if I need anything I'd have to ask desk... which is fine but, the tone of the note was not friendly. Won't stay again. Thinking since its a Ramada that it would have some standards to live up to but I guess not... not a great experience at all. Oh, and since when do hotel rooms not have hair dryers??

Hotel is very old- not update at all - only good thing was newer mattress which was pretty comfortable but sofa is worn out . Free breakfast wasn't good at all. Also pool wasn't open when I arrived that day.-Pool need excessive cleaning. Did went to the pool next morning but didn't provide towels which I had to ask for it. Would not refer this hotel to other.Thanks

The hotel was dirty, pool water was brown breakfast may have just as well not been included, unless of course you are happy with coffee that tastes like pond water and a plain bagel (no butter or cream cheese etc.)!!! The room was "rough" looking - bathroom was not clean!! The rooms apparently no longer have a microwave or fridge (you can get a fridge for an additional nightly charge). The only good things I can say are: rates were perfect, staff was excellent and location couldn't be better!!!

You get what you pay for! Hotel needs to be updated. I had coffee but 2 decafs and a leaky bathtub faucet I ended up hearing all night which would have made the caffeine helpful. Bed linens weren't bad and I didn't see any bugs, phew. TV had 1980's stations and was fuzzy. Best part was the friendly bartender at the restaurant but I was a little worried to eat the food. Luckily, no issues with a sandwich. Note: restaurant/bar isn't connected with the hotel which may be why it was the best part.

We were not at all happy with this hotel. The room was clean,but had torn blanket on bed and a tv that looked like it was from the 80's. The pool was so dirty that we couldn't see the bottom and the sitting area was like a dungeon and the roof was leaking in several places. We couldn't get any REAL coffee pods for our room only decaf. The lounge charges a fee to enter with no discount for hotel patrons. The bar was like a ghost town with tvs also from the 80's. The breakfast a joke other than the coffee. The only high point to our visit was that it was close to the outlets and the game room had pool tables and air hockey, even though it wasn't very clean.

The hotel lacked upkeep. The continental breakfast was disgusting. The tables in the breakfast area were not clean. There was water dripping out of the ceiling. I would never stay there again. The pool was out of service,until we told them we wanted our money back, then they had someone come take the cleaner out so we could use it.

Location was great, room was clean and quite big. Would stay again.

We wish that you had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also for the breakfast fuit and gluten free products.

Rooms was filthy, pool was green, free breakfast what a joke, I don't know how this place states open the building is falling apart.

The hotel is being renovated and really is very shabby looking . No refrig. or microwave in the rooms . shower was awful no water pressure . Most of the staff was friendly and tried to assist .

I've been staying in Lancaster since I was a little girl, this was the first time staying at the ramada with my boyfriend & almost 2 year old. Although a little outdated looking, the rooms were clean & i loved the balcony facing the golf course out back. The only complaints that I do have, was there was no refrigerator in the room & with a 19 month old, keeping the milk cold became a little bit of a hassle , but we put a bag in the garbage pail & filled it with ice & left it In the bathroom. The room was very spacious & it gave my daughter enough room to play with all her toys. The location was great, it's easy to get to everything. I would recommend it , if you are not to picky about it looking outdated or if you do not need a refrigerator & would be okay with just using ice.

My Team and I, had a great time on our stayed at Ramada inn in Lancaster over the week end.its so convenience to everything especislly to our pool tounament at the Host Center.it was amazing week end, and the Clerk are very nice at Ramada INN.i would like to take my family to DUTCH WONDERLAND soon and stay at Ramada Inn. just because of the conveniece of Hotel location. plus heated floor amazing!

We were disappointed. We have stayed in this hotel many times when it was Quality and once since Ramada took over. However, Ramada is in the process of remodeling and our room was very "empty". For example, the table and overstuffed chair in the room were gone and the only chair was a desk chair so there was no place for both of my wife and I to sit, for example, except on the bed. We called the front desk and someone came to the room and said this is the way it is going to be.....less furniture. They did volunteer to bring us a desk chair so we would have two. Also, there were no papers in the trays on the desk about surrounding attractions or information about the hotel (e.g., restaurants, breakfast, etc.). These amenities were always helpful and it was very disheartening considering the way it use to be.

liked the hotel, not very modern but very clean. No early check in.

the location of the hotel was great, it was very close to both outlets and resturants. The room sere very large and clean. The price was ok and the staff were helpful

I really enjoyed my stay here!! Everything from The Outlets & Restaurants, to Dutch Wonderland which is right across the street!! Just a pleasant experience!! Will be staying again!!

had a very good vacation and a great time with the family.

We enjoyed our stay...especially the heated floor in the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was good except for the equipment in the fitness room. There were 3 machines and none were working properly. I was extremely disappointed as I work out daily, and chose ramada because the fitness room was advertised as one of the amenities.

not great room dirty had to have shower fixed room service was after 3pm I should get my money back never stay again

I was not satisfied w/ my stay. The walls are paper thin. I heard my neighbors talking in the next room for hours.

front desk staff less than friendly, surprised that there was not a fan in the bathroom...everything was nice and would stay again. have to say that the breakfast staff person was very hospitable and helpful.

A friendly welcome, comfortable accommodation and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the Lancaster Ramada. The hotel is older and needs some repair but was kept clean and neat. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, large and comfortable. The heated pool was great and the water was warm.

The hotel was very overpriced for the condition it was in. The rates were inflated because of a convention and the following week the rates were lowered to less than half the price. There appeared to be structural water damage as there was rot around doors. The carpeting was way past need of replacment. The hotel had an inidcation of repair but nothing was worked on. The majority of the facility restaurant areas were used as storage.The front desk staff were accomodating and that about it. It was not the quality of facility expected for being a Ramada.

The hot breakfast was FRESH out of the COLD refrigator. The worst breakfast everrrrrrrrr. We didn't need our cards to get into the motel because the doors were not locked. The motel is out dated. It needs a new face lift. There was a bucket in the dinning room to catch water from the ceiling.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room was in great need of an update. There was no refrigerator, the digital clock was broken, the bureau was broken & bowed in the middle. The TV was old & some of the very limited channels didn't have sound. The room heater was a model where it was on or it was off. There was no way to set it at a comfortable temp & leave it on.
