Overpriced and almost empty of customers! Everything was an add on to the basic room price!

Great room, very comfortable and affordable. Could have used a fridge thou.

Good night's sleep. Sheer curtain in the room had holes in it. Needs to be replaces. Sheets on the bed had stains. Someone needs to look at linens and discard such. Otherwise a good stay.

Although we have used Holiday Inns previously, we always enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast. Not the case with this hotel and the website. The continental would have cost us another 7.95 each. We felt blindsided by this additional add on.The room itself was spacious, yet not quite as clean as usual. The bed was very comfortable as were the linens, but the carpet could ave been vaccuumed better.ALL SMOKE FREE ROOMS!!!! GREAT!!!!

I was hoping for softer beds.

There was only one concern I had with our stay. The man who booked our room told me that breakfast was included. When my husband, my son, and I arrived at the restaurant, we were told that the voucher was only good for $20. Since the breakfast was almost $8 each, I did not eat breakfast. Perhaps your operators who reserve rooms need to share more specific information with the customers.

I thought the room had a refrigerator and microwave. I never would have booked the room if I had realized it did not.

I have stayed here back in the 1990's and it is still a class act.

Everything great! The front desk was very helpful! The room was cool I didn't have know troubl! Can't watie tobcome back again!

Excellent accommodations and service.

Was in the area for a church conference and was very pleased with how friendly and accomodating the staff was. We requested a later checkout our final day which was given without any hassle. Only downside was some youth sporting groups were staying there and we found it to be loud & distracting to have them playing soccer and bocce ball in the atrium area in the evening.

Everything was perfect. The atrium area from the 6th floor was beautiful. All the people were very nice and we were always greeted with a smile.I would highly recommend to anyone and would be glad to stay here again.

Room was clean, hotel was very nice, pool/hot tub were perfect and the hotel was very accomodating towards my 2 small kids. Would recommend to family.

I was passing through for business but also met up with a friend. This hotel made my stay wonderful and I enjoyed being able to have a cocktail. Great location, friendly service, and clean rooms.

This hotel was clean and comfortable with a very friendly and attentive staff. The property is starting to show its age a bit, though. Overall a very nice experience.

Our stay was very relaxing, the staff filled all our needs very quickly and were very nice to help us out. The food was wonderful.

Do not purchae the breakfast. We paid 25.00 for breakfast and received a 20.00 voucher.

We loved that the suites had the master bed down a small hallway away from our kids, who slept on the fold out couch! Much more relaxing this way!

I booked this reservation needing a stop over location while I moved to Dallas. I was very glad that this hotel was right off highway 44. The staff was MOST helpful and courteous when we checked in at 11:00 p.m. and then when we checked out at 8:30 a.m. I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were to me and my sister. The rooms were WONDERFUL!! The hotel was very quiet even in the morning while we were preparing to check out. THANK YOU so much for your hospitality and kindness!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at the Holiday Inn in Springfield. If you are going to be visiting this city, don't waste your time going anywhere else. Start here, stay here and come back here. I know my family sure will. It was a hit from beginning to end. Thanks again Holiday Inn!!!!!

Would have been even more satisfied if there were a complimentary breakfast. Usually only stay at hotels with a comp breakfast.

Very modern hotel with all the extra's you would expect and more. Very quiet atmosphere and lots of greats resturants around. Only negative is the cooling system in the rooms is a older system and it took a while for the room to cool down.

We stayed two nights. Wonderful corner room with two windows. No road noise. Comfortable, clean room. Indoor access doors. Would stay again!

My husband and I traveled late from Texas on a quick drive through trip. We called ahead and notified the staff that we would be arriving very late. They assured us that our room would be waiting and when we arrived they said they were expecting us. We checked in very quick and easily and were not disturbed until check out the next day. (which was nice because we were exhausted from the drive) Our room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Overall great experience!

The hotel pictures are misleading as to how large the room was. The first thing that hit me when I walked in the room was a deoderizer type of smell, like it was trying to cover up something bad. So, it just smelled bad, not horrible, just not pleasant. The lobby smelled like old cigarette smoke. Things looked a little run down, they need to rip up all the stinky old carpet and replace the upholstered furniture to fix the smell and the look. The TV was not a flat screen in the room. They did have nice pillows and the bed was fairly comfortable.

Always a nice place to stay, just wish they would increase their amenities (i.e mid-size refrig in each room, etc). Also, wish the two full size beds were two queens as the full size beds were a little tight for even two regular sized individuals.
