Thought it was great and received good service.

First room I had was so damp and muggy I had to be moved. Next room was much better. Unfortunately a storm had knocked out hot water pump so no hot water. Staff at front desk and restaurant very accommodating.

I was totally grossed out the entire time. The hotel is simply unclean.

I was on business to the University of Miami. The hotel was 100 yards from the light rail stop and directly across the street from the university. Perfect location. the hotel was just fine. It was not Hilton, but it was no dive either. The restaurant was good and it was clean. I will stay there again.

This hotel was cozy and great.Unfortunately I thought breakfast was included but when I re-booked for a lower rate that was not the case.Still, the buffet was nice each morning. Very nice hotel and walking distance to UM.

Staff were very courteous and helpful; breakfast buffet had nice assortment of items; very convenient to the Univ of Miami (across the street)

The room I stayed in was pretty comfortable. It was right on the second floor. However, you stepped outside of your room and everything was sort of dingy. They were doing a lot of maintenance but not to the areas that truly did require maintenance (such as the elevator). The internet was beyond unreliable. For someone who was trying to get some work done at night, the hotel really was not a good pick. I'd even be willing to pay for my internet usage, instead of having free but horrible internet. Aside from that, the location was great and so was the free parking. The concierge was helpful and everything else was fine.

Right across the street from University of Miami. The Metro is right across the street making it easy (and inexpensive) to get to and from the airport. Staff is very helpful and informative. I definitely will use this hotel in the future now that my daughter has chosen U of Miami for school

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying there.

Just the Wi-fi connection was Very bad. For 3 days i stayed that i could get connection well. Always failed.

Yonne, the manager at this hotel, offered exceptional service ad that typified this hotel. They cannot do everything but they do all that they can and go beyond twheer they have to go.

Good location, clean big room, good service. A little old and could use an update. Carpets need to be changed. Overall good hotel, would stay again.

Front desk was friendly and pool side room was good. A lot of noise in am from cleaning staff, slamming doors, etc. Refrigerator and microwaves not in every room. Good location for sites south of Miami and the airport.

Room not a very good location never the ice machine, the bath tab was very dirty, the rest. of hotel very good

It was a ok hotel nothing to brag to neighbors about...I need to change my room from a double to a king and they only had handicap available so i book that and was really upset about how it was straight tile floor with no broader for the water to go in the clogged drain...water was everywhere in bathroom...Then the door bell was a disco light and was push while we were sleep @my 3am...smh...will tried not to book it again...my opinon,only...

phone in room did not work; remote was missing

Great location with access to US1. However hotel is old, very dirty, carpert is unclean in rooms as well as walk ways, lift didnt work during 3 days stay and maintenance is big question. Staff is friendly and very curtious!

Disappointed in this hotel. Not our normal Holiday Inn,...my white socks were black from the flooring. Elevator was too far from room. We had last room in corridor that was L shaped and it was a hike every time we came or went. Food was good in dining room, but a little pricey. Great location for university of Miami, but will probably choose another hotel in the future. Front desk clerks were personable and nice.

Room was dirty. Black scum/mold in sink. Dirt residue on countertop in bath room. Location was great for what we needed. Technology was good.

Great hotel! Very clean and quiet. Right across the street from University of Miami. Great for families as the hotel has good food, coin laundry, starbucks and McDonalds are also within walking distance. Metro rail to shops at Dadeland just across the street. Manuel at the front desk was very helpful. Not near the beach but great for university area, driving south to the Keys etc. We will stay here again for certain on our next trip to Miami.

Finding previous occupants' hair in the bathroom is totally unacceptable.

Hliday In is Holiday Inn and all was at least as expected

It was fine!

The room was nice and exactly what we needed. They did however misplace one of our bags when we put it in storage for the day as we toured the university. They issued a valet slip, but apparently did not check for it when they gave our bag away. The hotel was able to track down the person who had our bag and was able to have it delivered to our next hotel. The staff was very concerned and really worked to get our bag back. Overall, I was very please with how they handled it, however I wish we were never put in that position.

Generally, the hotel did not seem clean. The carpet in my room felt grimy- the bathroom needed tile repair, and overall seemed rundown-- The elevators were also not cleaned well, with debris on the floor. On the positive side, it was very conveniently located for my business trip.The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was coffee available all day. The breakfast was a good value, and well prepared.
