Very friendly and helpful people. The bathroom sink drain was broken and the freezer part of fridge was frozen over so it wasn't very cold in fridge. When I told the staff, they said they would fix them. I appreciated that.

Comfortable room, friendly staff. Hotel is located close to everywhere I wanted to go. Easy access to Hwy 395 and Hwy 2. Lots of shopping and eating places close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible customer service & horrible experience! They gave our room away; we had already paid for our reservation in advance, they gave us keys and we walked in on someone sleeping. The guy at the front desk was extremely unprofessional & rude. I'm very shocked at how I was treated and will definitely not be staying at Ramada again.

This hotel was close to Whitworth and the least expensive. I chose it because the reviews were positive. Location was great. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was not very clean. There were crumbs or something on the floor up against the pedestal the bed was on. When I went to use the bathroom, it was obvious the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast the next morning was very limited. Won't be staying here again.

Our room was clean although the carpet was showing its age; the breakfast choices were fair (no bananas or fat free stuff); the pool and hot tub were GREAT; there were towels in the pool area; the hot water worked all the time in the shower in our room; even the pillows were comfortable. I'd stay there again with no hesitations.

Air conditioning / heating unit is extremely loud and I had to unplug it to keep it from running in the middle of the night - even though it was turned off.

Could use an update but overall a nice place to stay for the price.

Clean room, comfortable beds, helpful staff, decent continental breakfast. Totally worth the money.

We checked in late at night and the evening manager was very friendly. The guy in charge of the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and friendly as well. The rooms were clean and about what I would expect for the age of the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay for the price.

Hotel was clean and quiet with plenty of services available within walking distance of Hotel. Room rate was also very good! Fitness equipment in exercise room was broken and not very good but other than that I would consider this hotel to be a very good for the price.

This is my second stay here for business. Four nights. The staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I lost a key in the room and realized it after leaving town. The desk clerk went up right away after I called, found it and put it in the mail for me. I felt safe and comfortable leaving some valuable electronic equipment with the front desk for safe keeping. Even thought this location is far from Airway Heights where my project is, I will certainly return here for my next trip. The room was clean and quiet. The arterial street nearby was practically un-noticeable due to good windows. A great place.

Fell ill and staff were very understanding about my late checkout. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

When arrived no rooms were available, at 4:00 PM; later as even progressed (9PM) all kinds of kids, noisy and splashy in pool area. Some parents, not many to over see.

The staff was nice and professional, the hotel is clean and it was REALLY quiet. I was only there for a night and did not take advantage of the pool or exercise facilities nor the free breakfast. But I did see some kids in the pool and they looked like they were having a good time. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is a good value for the dollar.

I have stayed at Ramadas in the past and found them to be reasonably priced and generally in good condition, however that wasn't the case here. The hotel advertises itself as having "mini suites" though these are in NO WAY suites -- there is a tiny love seat in place of a chair, but that's the ONLY difference...it's just a regular hotel room, and not a very nice one at that. The good things I can say about this hotel: it's in a decent location if you're staying in the North side of Spokane, it's close to a grocery store and a Target as well as a number of decent restaurants, and its pool and hot tub are in reasonable shape. The not so good things: the whole place smelled of smoke, especially the 3rd floor and the stairwells, the rooms were small and were not clean (hair in the tub, stains on the towels), there was a coffee maker but no coffee or tea, they only cleaned our room once during our 3 day stay and that only after having to call the front desk to ask for service, and the hotel was generally pretty noisy and just had a lower-end feel to virtually everything. For the price it was NOT a good value and I would recommend looking around for better accommodations.

Most of the other reviews were accurate. Older hotel, needs updating, walls were thin. But the overworked staff did everything they could and then some to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Also, breakfast was odd -- sausage gravy. And most of the main roads in Spokane have a median which made it difficult to come and go from hotel.

We always stay at this Ramada when we're in Spokane. It's really gone downhill over the past nine years and we were a bit shocked to find some changes this time around. It's still very clean, but needs a refresh. The waffle makers in the buffet are gone and the pillows aren't comfortable at all. We will stay there again, but will look elsewhere if it continues to slip.

This was a good hotel for the money we paid. It is a bit older and not quite as clean as I would have liked (the furniture upholstery was pretty dirty) but the service was fantastic and the price was right.

We were very pleased with the friendliness of all of the employees. And they were very accomidating. We needed to check into our room early because of an appointment in town, and they had our room ready for us when we needed. The breakfast was not the normal continental breakfast we are used to....but it was still very good.

There is nothing worse than a dirty tub in a hotel bathroom. I was shopping all day and needed a relaxing soak in the tub. When I turned the water off there were black hairs floating everywhere. Obviously the maid service is not cleaning the tubs like they should. As customers we expect those kinds if things to be clean.

I have never stayed anywehere that the hotel staff, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping was so personable and helpful and just upbeat. The rooms were semi outdated, but for the price I would stay there again. The neighborhood is kind of shaky, but plenty nearbye to do.

OK for one night. Bed was not comfortable. Room was large with one queen bed and a love seat not a couch as the picture showed. This made for and uncomfortable night for our son. Pool area was dirty. Breakfast was not great.

I enjoyed my stay. The motel was very clean and the staff extremely helpful.

The hotel was where we needed it to be. Service was friendly, room was clean and well equipped. We'd stay there again, which is not something we say very often.

The room was very comfortable for outside temperatures hovering in the low twenties. Spacious room in suite.

i was actually impressed at the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. it was a quiet stay and was really exactly where i needed it to be! if i had to stay in that area again, i would book it again.

Hotels.com had an excellent price on the hotel for three days. The rooms are dated.

The hotel itself is good. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. I did not like having to drive in Spokane traffic to this location. Highway 2 / Division is a string of unsequenced lights and heavy traffic. But, being along a commercial corridor made it easier to get to stores I needed for business related purchases.

The bathroom could really use some updating. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The price very affordable.

We have been staying here a couple times every year for the last 16 years and have never had a bad experience. How ever my last stay was a bit overpriced. Black Friday may have had something to do with it. Other than that the stay was very good. Good service, clean room. We liked the view from the room so much that the next time we stay we will request that same room.

Hotel staff was very friendly, though not much staff. Rates were too high for condition of hotel.

The employees were very courteous and helpful, would definitely stay there again!!!!!
