Very clean, and quiet. Cheerful, helpful employees. Will definitely be staying here next year.

I would stay here again. My dog enjoyed it also.

A clean, modern Hotel offering fine amenties and a central location. I will return again next time i am in the area.

The only complaints I have is that you have to go outside to get to the in-door pool and it was cold. Also, free breakfast would have been nice.

Rooms and facility are clean and well kept. Staff very accomodating. Good location to ice rink and restuarants. only drawback would be exterior rooms, no hallways to walk from various rooms to main lobby, pool and meeting rooms.

One drawback to this hotel is that there are a number of seprate buildings, and you have to walk outside to get to the exercise room, swimming pool, lobby, etc. When the temperature outside is 23 degrees, this is an inconvenience. Otherwise, this hotel was quite satisfactory.

I've stayed here several times and few complaints - usually. The 2 issues I faced during this stay were the room location - the property spans over a long distance and they put me at the back... which was a 'maze' to get to; and the second was that the fridge in my room was on the fritz, made noise all night until I finally found the plug (which if you are used to staying in hotels - you know is never an easy task) and pulled it out! Other than that, a decent stay.

I was woken up at 6am to someone trying to get into my room because the rooms had been overbooked. The rooms are outdated and the bed was horrible. I do not typically complain, but I definately will not be staying at a Radisson again. And FYI, complimentary breakfasts would be an added bonus; people spend too much on a hotel room as is and not being offered breakfast is ridiculous!!!

Overall we were pretty happy with the stay. Our room was near the housekeeping station. Housekeeping staff would hang out and chat outside. This turne out to be pretty loud. One request of the front desk for some quiet and we were good to go.

We booked a room for a wedding reception that was held at this Hotel. I asked for an early check-in and was told we could check in at 1:30 PM, We were driving to this venue for 4 hrs and wanted to change before going to church. We arrived shortly after 1 PM and were rudely informed by the front desk that it was a "request" not a "guarantee" and we couldn't get our room until 2:30 PM. The ceremony was at 3 PM and about 15 minutes away. I told him that would not work for us. He then told us he could give us a double bed or queen (we had reserved a king). I told him that was fine. Why wouldn't he have told us that in the beginning instead of being rude and arrogant??? This hotel was only about have full so his attitude about not being able to accommodate all the wedding guests was ridiculous. The room was fine, pillows were terrible. The reception was lovely but the customer service defintely needs attention.

This hotel was quite expansive with multiple buildings. However, I did not consider it a hotel but it was very much a motel. All rooms entered from the outside. The rooms were very well worn and looked like a low budget stay place. We had no maid service and stayed 2 nights. The hot water was good. I am not impressed and cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are much nicer places to stay.

We read that there may be noise so I asked for a room away from the hotel club/bar. But it was still noisy with music thumping from a wedding (they had 3 that weekend!) and a kid skateboarding all night. Paper thin walls.... the room could have been vacuumed better. It was chilly so we turned on the heater... well the smoke from it being the first time on sent the smoke alarm blaring and we had to get service to come over. Coffee pot was dirty and they were out of regular coffee at the hotel (I know) and I had to go to apparently the only Dunkin Donuts in the whole world (packed). It was a 3 and we would try another place next time.

A no frills motel. Upon check-in, I requested to stay in a quiet spot away from the bar, and we were luckily accommodated since there was a rodeo band playing that night. Though as a motel, there is inherent noise from outdoors/upstairs/etc. The room was clean, just very basic. Beds were comfortable enough, but nothing special. All in all, it was a decent stay. For what it was, the price was high but with a car show in town, all hotel prices were inflated for the weekend. Tough to deal with when traveling for youth sports...they are getting us where it hurts...

Came to this paticular place because of nice services..food was really good at breakfast and dinner...rooms were nice and clean.plan on returning when we go to spring carlisle.

We stayed for 2 nights. After the 1st night my Wife ended up asking 4 times for our room to be made-up with new towels etc. Four times , "NO PROBLEM" ---NO ONE EVER CAME ! The front desk was less than helpful upon our arrival. We were never told where the pool , restaurant & amenities were.Other than that the room was clean & spacious. The kids loved the pool.

Positives: Great location for our family vacation to Hershey Park (easy 25 minute ride)! Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Negatives: This is a MOTEL, not a hotel; NO MATTRESS PADS on the beds -- OMG -- really??? - NO sanitizer spray at the fitness center and one of the two treadmills was not in service; MUCH BLACK MILDEW under the soap holder in the shower -- YUK!; empty water bottle and trash from previous guest behind the TV credenza; total party motel > 3 bars on site. Would NOT stay here again.

enjoyed it very much, would do it again

My family was in a rather dingy building far from the pool and other amenities. The carpet was so dirty that turned our toddlers' feet and socks brown, so we bought flip-flops and Lysol at the (conveniently close) shopping area the first night. The housekeeping staff was very polite, but the property is not well maintained. I was shocked when looking again at the photos. It would be easy to find a much nicer hotel in the area for a lower price - lesson learned.

While the location was good, the hotel was overpriced for what we excpected. The rooms were on the small side for the price. I feel it was understaffed for the needs of the guests. Also, the WiFi did not work most of the time. The in-door pool actually had a very weird smell. What was a good experience was the maid who helped me quite a bit. She was very nice, helpful and courteous.

Stay was okay, didn't spend to much time in the room but I was not comfortable with the joining room doors, they had two in this room, and I could the people in the other rooms clearly.

Should have been informed that the smoking room reservation would have to be located directly above the hotel night club. Probably would not have made a difference, but the choice was not explained at the time of the reservation. We did observe other options that could have been considered. For example, balcony outside some rooms.

hotel was old, was up graded fair.Price for weekend at this hotel was too much for condition of room. Had a issue with added charges,for what I did not no why. Had to call Hotels.com to get cleared up

It's a very large hotel. We were in a building that was as far from the main building as you could get and you would have to take your car to utilize the pools.

We had a wonderful time and the whole staff was great. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for the money.

Lovely hotel, great service. The room is OK, not particularly luxurious, a bit dated in terms of bathrooms and accessories. Super location. My family enjoyed in the pool every single day and the food was so delicious...

I will not stay here even if it's free. This is a rundown Motel that seriously needs updates. Non-smoking rooms smelled like a hookah lounge with no vent system. The smell of smoke was so strong that it was hard to breath, and when asked for a different room, the hotel manager said they don't have any empty rooms when I know the room next to ours was FREE throughout our stay. Location is the only good thing about this Motel.

there is a saying you get what you paid for, well we got more then what we paid for. I didnt know whta to expect but it was a great place to stay!
