We checked out the following Day- They gave us smoking rooms and the ceiling were the worst we've seen

I ENJOYED MY STAY. WHEN I COME AGAIN; I PLAN ON STAYING THERE AGAIN.

I enjoyed the stay. One thing that I wish was better would be the places to eat close by. The hotel does provide free shuttle to the mall, so that's not to bad.

This hotel offered everything we were looking for plus more! A lot of amenities at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend it to others!

We stayed 2 nights for a small group meeting. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with our hotel.com reservation. It would have been another twelve bucks each for that! We had stayed at a Wingate the night before in Cordova (Memphis) and had almost the same breakfast included in the price and the hotel was a lot nicer. The room was ok. The staff is wonderful. If it wasn't for them, I would have scored this hotel much lower. Also, no microwave or fridge in the room. I think this is overpriced for what you get, but maybe it's the location to the airport.

Very friendly staff. Location great for getting to airport in the early morning. Indoor pool was great for the kid. Room service was excellent. They were busy so was not able to leave do to fear of loosing my parking spot.

The bed pillows were horrible - no internet service the entire second day and night - no apology from hotel management. We have stayed here several times, but we will try another place next visit.

Pool area very dirty Not enough luggage carts

The hotel was nothing special. The only issue I had was when I was checking in, the clerk at they front desk tried to tell me that the room I booked (1 king bed room) was sold out. She tried to put me n a room with a sofa pull out bed and when I told her no, she attempted to bribe me with complimentary breakfast for picking that room. When I told her no I would like my money back, she gave me the room that I asked for and told me that she hoped that I would pick the sofa bed room, but since I didn't they would put me in the room I asked for. I say all this to say beware of what they tell you because it may not be the truth.

Very reasonably priced hotel located within a short driving distance of the airport, downtown Nashville, LP Field, and Bridgestone Arena (all approx. 10 mins). Staff was friendly and we were greeted promptly upon walking through the front doors. Room was clean and met our expectations. The only two down sides were the lack of restaurants in walking distance and the very thin room doors. We could clearly hear conversations of those walking down the hall. All being said, we'd stay here again

Dirty building, service was horrible, amenities sucked, but location wasn't too bad. It's a shame that spot wasn't taken over by a more competent hotel. Worst time of my life. I wish they would treat their paying customers with some more respect because there was *none.* One penny was too much for this room.

We were given a room facing east with no drapes.. The sun shined intensely into our room @ 6:00 am !!! We were here for a fun night in Nashville, so the 8 hour drive home was not fun with hardly any sleep. I can't be the only person to mention that simple sheers on the windows do not work. Will not be back...

We booked for a concert event held in Nashville. For the location and the price, it fit our needs perfectly. Older facility but it's been updated and check in and out was a breeze with no delay.

I was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. It was very easy to find. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. Would definately recommend this hotel to everyone!

Customer Service was GREAT! Super friendly people! The room was really clean and comfortable! Definitely a place I will stay again! Not too far from downtown, either. We took a taxi (which didn't cost very much) everywhere we needed to go! Great location, service, and a great time! Will definitely stay there again!

Their was two things about this hotel. One house keeping did come and clean are room. The second is the hot tube was nasty.

Overall I was not very satisfied with my stay. The room we were in to get hot water for the shower you had to flush the toilet while turning on the sink faucet. To me that is not a very good indication on the maintenance and not a good showing for the hotel and Holiday Inn as A company.

was very nice, except for the 2nd night. there was a lot of rowdy partying from 2:30 am to 5:30 am in the hallways.

Very good hotel and great location.

Central heat was nice, but it was noisy and disruptive. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED WITH ROOM PRICE!

Cold water no king size bed and the front desk were rude also the breakfast the next morning was subpar I will not stay there again

The room was okay, the couch was nasty looking, the pillows were very small, hot water took a long time. I got ice on my floor and it had black & red debris frozen in it. I reported it to the front desk, but it was the same the next day.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the food. Tuesday evening we tried to eat in the lobby restaurant. The server/bartender had THE WORST attitude and was not helpful AT ALL. The food was very disappointing.

Perfect location, perfect hotel for a relaxing girlfriend gab-a-thon. Front desk and restaurant staff were personable and efficient. The clean, comfortable room was roomy enough for three ladies and all their stuff.

We were very happy with our room & stay. Very quick check in. Friendly staff. We went to concert after checking in (not Beiber, in town that night too). Slept late & missed breakfast. Room was clean, great pillows ( I have neck issues). Very quiet & comfortable. Will definitely return.

Area was really quiet and I felt as if I was in a normal neighborhood because of the peace and quiet.

Pool was closed and we were not told at the time of booking. We would have booked elsewhere since this was a trip for a cheer leading competition.

Dirty carpet in room, hard pillows, bath drain not working, bathroom not clean, pool, hottub /pool not open :( Have stayed here before, will probably not stay again.

i chose this hotel for my children. we traveled from indiana to tennessee and i turned down other hotel offers because you had a pool, i get there and the pool was closed for renovation. that was the whole reason we came to tennesse so we could relax and stay in a hotel that had a pool. was very dissatisfied with the whole trip. it should have said something about the pool being down on website and it should have said it at the counter when we checked in, then we couldnt use the lobby area around the pool cause they had it booked for a wedding and wedding rehearsal all weekend. was not happy at all we had to stay in our room the entire trip and then we did have a balcony that overlooked the wedding area and the carpet and banister rail was all sticky. and couldnt stand to step on it cause it felt like walking on flypaper. very disappointed, the room was nice, but for our intentions was the pool and relaxation for our family and it didn't get done and our children were very upset cause of the pool.

Crew was great! Room was on the 13th floor and it smelled like it hasn't been used in a while. We found a bug on the ceiling and it looked like a stink bug. The beds were really hard and made it difficult to sleep. Also, they took a $30 withdrawl on my Visa debit card for incidental on Dec, 20 and it has not been returned yet. Today is Dec 26th.

You can tell this hotel is way overdue for a makeover. Rust in the airducts, slow water flow, etc. Way-overpriced for what you get.
