Need some upgrades....

Room was clean and neat although the furnishings were dated. A little hard to find. It is still branded as a Ramada Inn and it is off-street about a block.

Drove around it for 30 min because it's signs still say Ramada. Found it when we finally stopped to ask them where the Magnuson was. Hotel was beautiful once upon a time, but was let run down badly. Our room was wonderful, clean and fully supplied with everything you could need. Bed was great. But, pool was green, restaurant was long closed, and back doors to main entrance were locked so you had to walk or drive all the way around to get to the front desk. Landscape and exterior was in sad shape. Too bad, so sad. Still, would recommend. Quiet and good room is all that's needed for overnite, and that we got. :)

Old hotel that needs a complete remodel. I was only there for a 8 hours to sleep. It was quite, but there were very few other guest.

Not horrible. It was an inexpensive place to crash. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean albeit older and dated, but overall it's tolerable. It's not the Ritz but for about 1/2 of what the surrounding hotels were charging I consider it a good value.

did not have microwave or refrigerator as stated when I made reservations. Otherwise O.K.,

I would give it a 5 soon they change the TVs

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous.

This hotel was located in a nice quite spot. I had a very restful night of sleep.

This place is actually a Ramada Inn. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I had a reservation for a king bed and sleeper sofa, what I got (after a confrontation with hotel management) was a king bed and roll a way bed. The room smelled like mold and mildew, which is a big deal for someone with allergies. There were two towels for three people to shower. Bathroom door would not shut. This place should not even be on hotels.com list.

The rooms need to be up dated; but, everything was very clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. THANKS

Magnuson has recently become a Ramada. Promised frig, microwave, and wi fi were not available. Hair dryer did not work. Staff brought a frig, microwave and new hair dryer. After four nights, wifi never became functional. New owners are trying hard, but are not there yet.

Hotel is old... But cheap. I guess that makes it ok

This is a very old hotel that is in need of some serious repairs - there were very large cracks in walls and ceiling, towel racks were ripped out of the wall, had to plug in lamps and even the phone. There were not even any towels in the room, had to call to have them delivered. The only good thing was that it was next door to the restaurant we were attending for family dinner.

hotel was sighed as a ramada. tv was unplugged and remote did not work. at checkin clerk did not know i had paid thru hotels.com, she then quoted me the price hotels.com was paying which was significantly cheaper than what i paid.

Will not use this hotel again. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Customer Service NIGHTMARE! Upon checking in bugs in room, and outlook email would not send. Approached Manager to move rooms and fix email issue with ISP and he became extremely aggressive and offensive. Reservation was for 4 nights but checked out after a couple hours. I reserved this for a couple friends of mine who I was contracting some work in the area and I was completely embarrassed by the whole experience.

Our stay was for 4 days while my brother was hospitalized at Medical Center for heart problems. The room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. the furniture needs updating and we had to ask twice for a microwave and fridge which was finally delivered and worked well. The location was excellent in reference to the hospital. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This facility is a prime candidate for the wrecking crew.

Checked into the hotel and the aircondition unit was very loud sounds broken, went to the front desk to change room and the front desk person was not friendly at all, went to a different room and had a roach fly on my daughter while in the bathroom, same person at the desk was not too concern and did not offer a discount or refund to make it ease for us. Finally moved to holiday inn which is 100 times better.

YES THE RAMADA INN TYLER WAS A GREAT PLACE NICE PEOPLE AND CLOSE TO RESTARAUNTS AND STORES. WAS AN ENJOYABLE RELAXING PACE

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The hotel is a mold-covered. smelly mess. I switched rooms upon check in due to mold and was moved into another room with mold that had not been vacuumed, there was toilet paper inthe toilet and public hairs in the bed. And the neighborhood around it was horrid. I had to move to a new hotel. It was the WORST place in hundreds of stays that I've ever been.

We stayed at this hotel due to it's proximity to the Zoo.The hotel is an older hotel with very nice grounds, and an excellent swimming pool which my kids love. We will definitely stay here again! Fat Catz restaurant next-door is very good too!

It was difficult to keep the door latched closed without the deadbolt engaged. The A/C vibrated to the point that the door was shaking in the wall, but my choices seemed to consist of high fan or off, and the temperature control knob was missing. I was told there were no other rooms available, but the parking lot was less than half full. Although I had prepaid, and the desk clerk said she was aware that I had prepaid in full, I received an additional charge to my credit card for the room.
