Holiday Inn Downtown - Missoula - מיסולה

The staff was very nice, the location is perfect, and the beds very comfortable. No complaints at all!

Very noisy. The rooms need more sound proofing.

The set up is horrible! My first room overlooked the inside courtyard and there was no outdoor lighting nor window nor air. I had a baby panic attack. They arranged another room on the other side of the hallway with no problems. I left my wallet down at the desk which she immediately brought to my room, instead of calling me and having me go down and get it. It's right by the river to have a good run or walk. It's an active river front. I will book here again as it was central to my business associates and very close to one of my very favorite main streets in America. I will just ask for a room with a view to the outdoors.

Our stay was fine. However, the Hospice Ball was going on during on time of stay. We were not informed of this by the front desk, only by process of elimination. It got quite loud later in the day and it was very hard to take a rest. We weren't ready for room service one day so they slipped a note under the door saying we could call when we were ready. So we did, left a message, but no one ever came. Minor details, but I think they could amp up the customer service a bit.

The hotel was pretty nice, and the pool was also pretty nice. The hotel was curiously dog-friendly: we saw several in the lobby and around the hotel more generally - but then it was not overrun by dogs - I was worried when we first saw the dogs in the lobby (we're do not have a dog), but then steadily reassured that the dogs didn't, so to speak, own the place.

We paid extra for a park/river view. but after we put up with children running through the halls and playing basket ball in the hallway to the elevator our only option was to change rooms, and you know what a hassle that is! Of course our second room was not a river view and the games continued. We were unable to use the pool because at any given time there were 30-40 7-10 year old boys using it! This was our anniversary celebration and the only good feeling we came away with was that our children were GROWN! The elevator and the hallways were strewn with room service debri, like smashed chips all through the hallway and elevator

This hotel was a no-brainer. It had great reviews and was right downtown. Everything is walkable from it, which made it easy to have a nice night out. Rooms were clean and a good size. Hotel looked nice. The elevator was a bit creaky and the outside window of the room was dirty, but really, not a bit a deal.

We got stuck with one of the rooms on the inside of the hotel. This meaning the window/balcony is facing an internal courtyard. Not ideal with a noisey conference taking place. Also, there were TWO adjoining rooms to ours with thin hollow doors. Again, very loud! Opt for a room on the outter section.

Very comfortable, clean hotel located just a few blocks from restaurants and bars.

What a great hotel! Lovely property on the river with large grassy play area for kiddos and dogs. They even provide lawn toys for the kids. The outdoor deck/bar was the best. They were showcasing local musicians the night we were there. The weather was cool, drinks were good and the food was delicious! Our room was beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff was more than accommodating and even offered our dog a cookie.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book there again. Your employees were so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the lounge/restaurant, to the cleaning staff. The location couldn't be beat, located right downtown, yet sitting in the outside lounge enjoying the park and river going by Wow!

I've stayed here 12 times over the past years. The rooms could need an update but it's still the best bet for visiting downtown Missoula.

The hotel staff was very friendly&helpful; however the room wasn't very clean& the walls are exceptionally thin. We could hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms and hallway.It was difficult to get a good night's rest.The atmosphere was nice but generally disorganized.We chose this hotel because we wanted to take a mini spa/relaxing/romantic getaway The locks for the pool/spa were malfunctioning, so we had to repeatedly get staff to key us in.Once in, we learned the electric sauna was not left running and had to warm up for quite a long time before we could use it. It just would have been nice to actually use one of the services that we chose this hotel for.Breakfast was the most difficult problem - the hotel offers packages that "include breakfast", we actually received a $10.00 off (per person) voucher. At first this wasn't communicated, so trying to understand what was included and what wasn't was annoying.The breakfast was delicious but the complications around payment were frustrating enough that would not recommend that package to anyone.Just get the bill upfront instead of what we did.We had to make clarifications each morning because our credit card was being charged again for the breakfasts.I would not stay here again - but in saying that, the staff were extremely friendly&willing to sort out problems - it just seemed like there were perpetual problems.

Nice hotel downtown. Walking distance to many shops, bars, farmers market right next door. Plenty of parking. Very nice grassy area between hotel and the river. Hotel had musician playing on back patio...made for an excellent afternoon in the shade. Really good breakfast in restaurant. Will be staying here again next time I want to be downtown Missoula...

The room was very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. However, the noise insulation was terrible. My room was close to the lobby and I could hear all the chatter from the other guests. Tried putting a towel under the door to muffle some of the sound but it didn't help much. I ended up sleeping with ear plugs to block the noise. Other than that, all was well!

In general was a pretty good place to stay. Definitely an older renovated hotel. Hot water in the shower was luke warm at best.

Within walking distance of the campus. Nice bar patio, close to the walking path, good live music, good rates Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Hotel is conveniently located next to the Farmers Market under the bridge. Friendly staff and safe neighborhood. Hotel Sauna did not work, but the pool and hot tub was decent and clean.

Location was super, but staff could have been friendlier. Pretty much discouraged extending stay. Raker shuttle driver at Holiday Inn was kind and extremely helpful.Found better rate at Hilton, plusher and superub customer service.

Very good.

We've stayed there before and have always enjoyed it, but the staff during this visit were even more friendly than before. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and they were always smiling!

Close to the wave on the river and lots of restaurants within walking distance

NIce staff at check in and upgraded our room to a river view for no extra charge

This is a nice location and it was great not to have to drive after dinner and drinks. Easy walking distance to just about anything downtown.

The room was too warm at night. I turned the thermostat down and it still was way too warm in the room. Other than that, the hotel was okay. I would stay there again, if I had to.

We where there for a girls weekend to celebrate my birthday and had a blast. We especially enjoyed Antoine in the restaurant! He was very personable and took great care of us. Check in and out was very efficient and I enjoyed that they offered us a bottle of water. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but other than that it was perfect for our purposes and I will be staying there again!

Overall the Holiday Inn Parkside is a decent place to stay, but it's beginning to slip a bit. Our room had a missing light bulb, a dirty vent and grout in the bathroom, but for the most part was clean. There was a New Year's Eve party in the ballroom but we couldn't hear it from our 4th floor room. But the walls were thin enough that the party goers returning to their next door room were extremely loud; sounded like they were in our room! The pool and fitness room were well maintained and the breakfast buffet was good, though overpriced.

After all these years,I still LOVE the warm and sincere greeting of a Hotelier,and we got IT in Missoula! Even the local P.D. were COOL!!! But,this hotel worked w/ our fuzzy arrival times,and was happy to see us finally show up at 100am,after the show,all sweaty and happy!! And when I inquired "How late a check out can you offer us",was promptly told,"2pm,sir!",Well,how 'bout that!! So ,we slept in till Noon,and all was well in GD land!! Thanks Holiday Inn.You folks were the Best! See you next year,we all hope! :-D

hotel staff was very accomodating; location can't be beat but the bathroom was a bit tired and the a/c did not work; other than that, everything was great and I would stay here again

Walking distance to the university, downtown, and the river. Large room, very comfortable - pleasant staff.

Great location, great service, great comfort. We could not figure out how to rotate the very nice TV so that my wife and I could watch while our daughter slept, and some guests had trashed the pool the night before our daughter swam, but a staff member came and cleaned it soon. I would stay there again.

Excellent service. Perfect location if you want to leave the car behind after driving to attractions outside of town. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding blocks.
