Manager was awesome, place had an interesting vibe about it! Loved the indoor/outdoor pools!

We were put in a room had to go to desk 3 times before getting moved wifi phones didn't work something was splattered all in the lamp shades. The beds actually had dirt around the base of the beds. The room we were moved to wasn't as bad smelled like smoke and was supposed to be non smoking. The hallways were 90 degrees only 1 ice machine worked on 1 st floor not any of the other floors. The breakfast was so horrible and very poor quality...the exersice area was nasty and the air condioner didnt even work! No manager on duty the staff was wearing regular clothes you couldnt identify that they worked at the hotel very unprofessional. I would rather sleep in my car!!!!!

This was a horrible, run down hotel. The clientele were shady, the place either smelled like weed or must, the bar wasn't open, the restaurant wasn't open, the pool wasn't open and the hot tub wasn't open. Complete, complete waste of money and a total misrepresentation of amenities.

This place was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It was out dated and unclean.

The hotel location isnt the best interms of locating the hotel its hidden. Also the rooms are old and needs remodeling and has that old room smell to it.

The room was ok, however I was really grossed out when I went to lay down and noticed the box spring showing, and then laying on the mattress you felt the springs. I was so disgusted I slept in the little chair for the 2nights I was there. That mattress is really old and it's disgusting.

The location is good... hotel seems to be under renovations.... the jacuzzi is closed until renovations are complete...

I had a nice stay here. TV is outdated, but the room is a nice size and comfortable. Would stay here again. Great location. Near restaurants and stores.

Its like a Marriott from the early days that has never been updated. Just cleaned. You get almost everything you would expect from the Marriott except its older and dingier. Honestly. For the price its totally satisfying though. For the same price you'd be staying in a cheap motel instead. And for the area, its shocking its so cheap. Area is upscale, clean, safe, with target, publix and other hotels and shops.... I cant complain. I've revisited them several times this year. No issues yet. Keep those prices!!!

I believe that 15 years ago this hotel was amazing. The architecture and design were beautiful. It is still beautiful now, but dated. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had what we needed. There are not many extras you might find at larger hotel chains. However, for the cost per night, you can't beat it. If you are looking for a place to crash, this will do the trick.

Great stay, well kept hotel, not a bad location

Very dirty windows. Had restaurant in hotel but nerver open. No tv In lobby. Hotel is not a place for a family. Had our tv on to 1 am. Front dest called room and said it was to loud. Hotel look like it has no up keep. Very very old. Internet never end worked. Listen to the ratings. Pick another hotel.

Enjoyed the stay, the only complaint I have is that the Tv channels were not clear at all..

The hotel was wonderful I really was relax on my vacation time and if I ever come back I will pick garden plaza hotel of atlanta thank you so much!!!

The stay was nice but the pool area was under construction and our room's heater would not turn off.

It was okay except for television was old

All other reviews pretty much on spot but hard to have a good breakfast when the Hotel has poor heating on a cold morning.

first can't unlock the door, got another card, tv was'nt working, fan in the bathroom was'nt working

The hotel is extremely old and it has a smell. The elevator made me feel like we we're in a death trap. It looks like a ghost town and the people you see there look questionable. The room looked like I stepped into a time machine, and woke up in a real live horror movie! I wanted my money back but my wife was to tired. The shower head had a huge hole in the wall....which looked as though something may be living in there. The sheets smelled as though no one had stayed in that room for years, and the list goes on. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! I would never go back!

WE have to wait for 15 minutes out side of the hotel then some one open the front door and did not even say sorry.

Old property conveniently located to Atlanta Technology Park and cheaply priced. Let's just say that a packed pregnancy prevention device was found in the parking lot and an unpacked one found on the floor in my room! Nuff said.

Hot tub broken and dining room cold

We felt it was a very nice room for the price. We live in the area but had a pipe burst at our house so needed someplace for a night. We would have no problem recommending it to family or friends.

Everything was ok for the price I paid.

Overall we had a poor experience at this hotel. We were denied a roll-away, even though we offered to pay extra. We asked for extra sheets and pillows, and we were told we had to go down and get them. And, during breakfast, they posted a big negative sign saying NO FOOD can be brought back to the room. While the beds were comfortable, we stayed 3 nights but will never go back.

It could of been better, but need newer TV, better bed and a new door lock system.

The hotel was renovating so we didn't get to enjoy the restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast was OK. You get bagels, cereal, eggs sausage bacon. I had better breakfast at hotels but that was nice it wasn't terrible. The staff was very friendly every time I asked a question they were helpful. The pool was nice. The hot tub was broken because they were renovating.I wouldn't stay here again not because I didn't like it but because while I stayed there I feel I got every experience it had to offer

I was somewhat satisfied. The non smoking room did smell like someone had been smoking. But the clerk did offer to move me so I'll give him that. But the breakfast needs to improve. No variety and the waffles were cold.

The indoor/outdoor pool was clean and the staff was very pleasant. But, the only ice machine is on the 4th floor, and it didn't work. The person at the desk has to go to the kitchen to get the ice for you. There is only one trolley for your luggage. The maids use it daily, so I had to request the use of it and had to wait a few minutes for it to be brought to me. There is only one microwave oven on each floor that you have to share. When making my reservations, I asked for a microwave and refrigerator to be in my room and when I got there I found that there was only the refrigerator in the room, which was inconvienient for me. The wireless internet didn't work in my room. I had to go down stairs for it to have service. The whirlpool isn't working at all and is drained.

I was actually kind of hesitant about staying here, since it was so cheap, and I read some reviews about it being not-so-clean and noisy. We stayed here on a Monday night, so there weren't very many people.As soon as we entered, I could tell that it was an not-so-new place, and it was a little muggy in the lobby, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and very nice EXCELLENT customer service. We went up to the room, and WOW I was pleasantly surprised by the room! It was a lot cleaner than expected, it had a big comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and most importantly, NO BUGS. There were a few stains here and there, but it wasn't too bad. This hotel is in a good spot because there are many stores and restaurants and even a movie theater within walking distance. When we stayed here, though, I tried to use the business center, but they only had one computer and it was taken apart and completely useless, and when we went to explore the hotel, we found much of it under renovation. Otherwise, I am very happy with my stay, and I plan on staying here again.

I've stayed @ this hotel several times now. The rooms are clean & the desk clerks are always nice. The hot tub is broke, but theres always the pool. Breakfast is good also. The location is great because you can jump on the highway if you need to & theres a grocery store & other stores right across the street.

My room was clean; clean sheets, towels and bathroom. I didn't encounter any plumbing or electrical problems. The main drawback was lack of a diner on the same side of the street as the hotel. I had to cross on foot a very busy large intersection to a diner. There had been a restaurant at the hotel but it was closed. I was informed by the front desk that plans for renovation of the entire hotel were underway and the restaurant would be re-opened. Thankfully they served breakfast.

Called ahead of time and was told the WiFi worked but it didn't, the hot tub was not working, restaurant and bar was not open in the hotel and was just very unhappy. Thepictures on the hotel website is very misleading. Was there for training for my job but will not ever stay there again.

When I arrived the staff was friendly, I had been traveling all day however and did not want to go out on the road again, so I was going to dine in the hotel, the hotel restaurant had been closed for a few years the receptionist told me, after I stood there figuring out why it wasn't open and had to go ask. I read the breakfast was good, not so much, eggs and sometime potatoes, other then that it was thin one flavor bagels, white toast or an eggo, small muffins and pastry, plus activa yogurt, which I can't stand. The cups were the size of what you would use for mouth wash, and it wasn't real cranberry or orange juice. The worst was my last night there, my room became infested with lady bugs, I had a 2 Mon, 4 Tue, and a few Wed, as the weather got nicer, the lady bugs came, I spent all night killing them, rhey were flying over my head, falling on me, on my bed, when I thought I had finally gotten rid of them and went to sleep I woke up with the room full again, I was going to stay the next week because my conference was 2 weeks, but I had to cancel and book else where. The fridge hummed through the night, and there weren't enough electrical outlets, I would have let that slide, even dealt with the breakfast, but my room being overrun by lady bugs...... Just couldn't handle it!!

my room had lady bugs there was no hot tub working the breakfast was bad they had no variety the smell in the lobby was bad i would not recommend staying here until everything has been updated and fix
