Always very satisfied with our stay here in Crown Plaza.

A pleasant hotel. It is located very close to the King of Prussia Mall. If we had been there during the week, I am sure that the shopping would have made up for our savings from using hotels.com! We will stay there again.

It was a very wonderful experience.

We came in late one evening and stayed until the next morning. But we stayed long enough to be impressed with our room and the staff. My daughter felt quite elegant. Most of all, we got a great rate on our room through hotels.com thank you!

The heating unit was loud making it difficult to sleep. Room was also near the ice machine adding to the noise level.

I enjoyed the stay, the hotel and room were very nice. Neighboring rooms were a bit noisy, possibly because of an adjoining room/door. Breaksfast buffet was comp'd and worth the free price, but not worth the advertised price. Pool, fitness center was not easily accessible, and is actuall an LA Fitness next door to the hotel. The hotel was a very good value I would stay there again.

I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza before and was not surprised by the quality. The hotel is always very clean with friendly staff. My room was confortable and quiet. If you like shopping the mall is right across the street.

This hotel is a distance from the airport and downtown ... but...is adjacent to a large mall. From the hotel, you can book tours etc. and do all the historical sightseeing. Close to Valley Forge. The hotel restaurant is excellent and should be considered.

Nice hotel but located in the middle of a mall complex is inconvenient

the hotel was close to everything we wanted to be near. Just a short drive outside of Philadelphia. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous. The service was good. Nothing could be faulted.

Great service. Very accomodating. Even though the gym, pool were in an adjacent building, it wasn't a problem getting there.

i was not happy with our stay for several reasons...first off the pool was not at the hotel it is at the gym with is thru another hotel...then we asked about a shuttle bus and was told there wasnt one but while watching the visitors channel in the room there apparently was one...lastly the buffet was not set up for breakfast we had to order off the menu...oh and the room only comes with two vouchers for breakfast.....very misleading

We got a great deal on this site and it was a nice hotel.

We were miss lead about the in door POOL, it was not on site, had to go outside and then there was so much chorine in the water we would not go in the pool. The pictures on the WEB site thru Hotel .Com did not give us the real deal. When I want a pool I want it on site. Thanks

Room was great with big screen TV. Very comfortable. Staff was very courtepus. Had room service for breakfast that arrived on time, hot and delicious.

Hotel was fine but dissatisfied with the restaurant. Received breakfast bill, gave credit card, and signature paper was $10 more than bill. Server said she didn't know why. She redid bill but used the same tip that was on the original bill--she should have left it blank for me to put my own tip on it and NOT assume I would give the same amount. She processed the receipt with the higher tip and without my signature. Leaves one to think that if it was done to me how many other patrons had the same problem and perhaps did not pick up on it.

Our room was excellent, service very good. We were here for a seminar and facilities were great. King of Prussia Mall extremely close and great eating establishments very close by. Rated 5 out of 5 for us.

Stayed at the hotel for a friend getaway weekend and the staff is so friendly and nice and the room are very clean!

This hotel was absolutely the best. It's a smoke free hotel. With no smoking in the building at all. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had plenty of towels and toiletries. The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet with a made to order omelette bar. We included the breakfast in our hotel package. You save more that way. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants outside of the hotel.We will be definitely be going back!

this was great a littel hard to find better to put the mall as ur location i think.

It was very good. I went for thanksgiving shopping, and it was right across from macy's (3 minute walk). The showers were actually nice and pretty modern looking room. For the price, I was satisfied.

Wonderful...one of the best hotel experiences ever.

I was very pleased with my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza and highly reccommend it to anyone staying in King of Prussia.

It was extremely amazing stay.

Everything was to my expectation. Will be returning again.

Beautiful Hotel. Great location, only 20 minutes from Philly!
