The hotel staff is very friendly The rooms have signs of deterioration. The room was leaking and when it rained the towel rack in the bathroom was completely wet. Also the water came through the window area wetting the carpet. The restaurant menu are mostly burgers and pizzas.

OK, I got the Queen room.. .It was SMALL. The room had a window to a hallway. Who designed THAT? They did the best they could with the design of the room, layed out pretty well. Bed was hard, tough to sleep if you are used to a soft bed.

Rooms were very nice and up to date. Pool area was clean. Staff was helpful with all of my needs.

We mainly stayed for the pool which is great fun for all ages! Otherwise, hotel is showing its age. very noisy. Convenient location to S.Falls Arena.

the hotel was awesome...giant waterslide...only complaint is that the chloriene smell was OVER POWERING

I would recommend this hotel to any family who is looking for a relaxing get away. The pool/waterpark was great for the kids as well as the adults. We will definitly be going back!!!

While I had an issue with the toilet in the first room I was given the hotel and its staff were more than accomodating. They quickly attempted to remedy the problem and when unable they gave me a great new room. Great price and the restaurant was EXCELLENT.

The room was fine a little out dated, questionable service at the bar & hotel. 10 & 13 year old boys loved the "water park" no breakfast is a pain.

i would stay again! the only thing was the hot pool area to get to the elevators. the kids runnning through the hall ways!!! where r the parents!!!!

Excellent proximity to airport. Good price and value. Nice pool for kids. Service average.

I have several comments to make about the stay in early July. First, there was mold in the bathroom (above the door) but not a big problem or us. Next, your staff is top drawer - Eric helped us on a couple of occassions which relieved us. The waterpark is wonderful for kids but I would like to see older ones kept out of the area where little ones play. The older ones were constantly running through and splashing toddlers. It was very comfortable in the pool area, kids had a wonderful time and it's set up so it's easy to watch kids. It was great having the restaurant, pool and everything we needed all at one place. Thank Eric for his help and all the rest of the staff.

Very Good Hotel. Staff was outstanding. Very close to airport and civic center but miles from shopping and restaurants and pubs..

My grandson, and I had a great time. We were staying whilst grandad had business to attend to in Sioux Falls. In fact we spent a whole day in the pool area. My grandson thought it was fantastic that we could get refreshments without ever leaving our 'spot'. The staff were friendly, and welcoming, which is something that is important to me when travelling.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very helpful. The food is a little on the high price, but your on vacation. The location is ok, close to the airport but far from the mall and downtown. The pool was very fun for my 5 and 3 year old. During the day it was nice to have the pool to ourselfelf. The families seemed to come out at night so it was perfect. The room was very nice, very clean. This is not a 5 star hotel but the staff made me feel like it was. The host while eating was was very helpful and nice, the bar tender was nice. The staff at the hotel was very helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport and we had to leave at 3am and they drove us. If you are going to Sioux Falls with your family I would recomend this hotel #1. But if you dont want to take the bus which has a stop about 500 feet from the hotel, or take a taxi to stuff this may not be for you. But if you spend a lot of time at your hotel this has everything.

had no refrig. as advertised. cost was out of proportion to other hotels in area. will not use again. It should be stated that there is several indoor pools here. the motel needs updating. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water park was great! My grandkids really loved it. Couldn't hardly get them out of it!

The room was dark. Not nearly enough lighting.The bed was uncomfortable. When I sat in the chairs, I almost sank to the floor...very uncomfortable.

The hotel overall was nice however the overview of the room stated there would be a fridge and microwave it the room, there was not. I asked the front dest about the issue and I was told that they do not come in these rooms. I was offered a fridge at no charge as I needed one for medical reasons. I am not sure if this is a hotels.com issue or hotel issue.

This place was GREAT! the restaurant had really good food, with great service. My kids loved the pool area. If I'm ever out that way again, I will probably make it a point to stay here again. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Very disappointed in this hotel. Would not recommend staying here. It has a very large water park so the smell of chlorine is very strong, pungent, and unbearable throughout the entire hotel, even in your hotel room (and our room was quite a distance from the water park down the hall). To the point of making your eyes burn and making you feel ill. In addition, our toilet upon flushing ran continously and despite our telling the front desk, it was not fixed during our entire stay there. There also were no glasses in the room for beverages despite an ice container. No glasses were provided during our entire stay. We had to go shopping to buy some drinkin glasses to use for our hotel room. We will not stay there again.

The rooms and decor at this hotel where a bit dated but the pool area was great for the whole family. The staff was excellent and extremely polite. Everything was clean is a little worn down. We stopped here for an overnight rest on the way to the Black Hills and I will be stopping here from now on. It was a great break from the roads and the perfect place for the kids to let off steam.

The indoor pool made the whole place smell like chlorine.

Our kids really loved the water park! The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again and recommend it to a friend.

comfortable, clean and very kid-friendly. Restaurant good. Maid service could be a bit better, but overall very satisfied.

It was 14 degrees outside and there were barely any blankets on the bed (and no spares in the closet). There was a 3/4 inch gap below the door and my room was right next to an outside door which people started exiting at 6AM (I arrived at 2AM so this was a significant inconvenience for me). It was loud and cold. The hotel itself looked nice, with a tiki bar and pool in the center. There was no complimentary breakfast but the restaurant had reasonable prices. The airport shuttle was convenient and the driver helped me with my bags.

Wireless Internet in first room I was given didn't work, spent an hour on the phone with their internet provider to determine they had a bad access point. Moved rooms. Second room internet worked, but was really, REALLY slow, ended up getting a faster connection via the wireless from the hotel next door, and it was MUCH Faster! This was disappointing, as the main reason I chose this Hotel was because of the Free Internet access. Also, the Heater in my second room was broken, as in, it didn't turn off when it reached the temperature, like a bad thermostat. I had set. It would just keep blowing hot air until I manually switched it off. I gave up at this point, because I had already changed rooms once, and just opened the window a bit, and it balanced out the temperature (as it was 5 degrees outside). The Tiki bar was also closed for renovation/construction when I was there. The food at the restaurant was excellent, however. 5 Stars for them. Will not stay here again. Maybe I'll just stop in the restaurant next time I'm in town, and stay next door at the Sheridan instead.
