Location was great - free parking, and receptionist very knowledgable, but hotel very tired looking and our room was very dusty. Was bit in room a few times, no AC so at night was very warm had to open window which meant we got bit even more...Which spoilt our time there.

We stayed 4 nights as our friends were getting married in nearby Fiesole Castle just outside Florence. The service at reception was particularly good. The two ladies who seem to cover the early and late shifts between themselves are fantastic. They speak good English and really go the extra mile for you and make you feel welcome. We had only booked B&B so can only talk of the service and food at breakfast. The waiters and waitresses did their job but did not go out of their way to be great. On two mornings I had to chase them up as the coffee machine had run out of clean cups and another day I had to chase them up as the coffee machine had run out of coffee. Breakfast was ok. The only other comment I could make on the service was that the bar service was slow – My wife and I waited for about 20 min even though a bar man had been through the bar whilst taking drinks to evening diners and acknowledging us before a fellow guest advised us that service was poor at the bar and he’d recommend going out of the hotel for a drink. This is what we did. The room was clean and adequate for our stay but nothing special to shout about. The bed was comfortable, there was a 19 inch flat screen tv with BBC World Service, Mini Bar, safe and Tea and Coffee facilities. The towels were clean and a good selection of bathroom freebies available. I guess the Hotel is located about 2 miles from the centre of Florence.

Very good location for someone who is traveling by car. Rooms are large enough, very clean and breakfast was perfect.

City was easy bus access but coming back at night was a long bus wait. Make sure you check the bus times (not punctual) if returning late at night. Otherwise hotel is nice. Read the mini bar policy or end up paying for just even putting something in the fridge. So if travelling with kids, take care with the minibar. Nothing is open on Sundays in that area.

Positive: reception very gentle. Negative: no a/c working; no wi-fi internet, and you have to pay for it; €15 a breakfast which is not worth more than €5; noisy rooms. To compensate for two of the negatives above, they give you a voucher for 1 hour internet on their computers as they allege apple hardwares/softwares are incompatible with their servers, and they give you a €5 discount on the breakfast if you ask for a voucher. Honestly, stay somewhere else as it seems this hotel is "falling apart", sadly.

Rooms are clean and good breakfast. Also its well connected with bus to city center. hotel reception is rude.

Good location 2,5km from Florence center, free parking

Very clean hotel, large room, courteous, English speaking hotel staff. Free car park. One down side was the pool closed at 7pm. Great take out Pizza place across the street.

The internet is very expensive and if you are using an Apple device good luck ours never would connect to the internet. And to use it on their computers you pay 8 euro for 8 hours and when you think you logged off the internet it did not and runs down your time. And the front desk could careless. The breakfast was supposed to be included and we were just to sign saying we had eaten, but when we checked out their was a 30 euro bill for one breakfast for three people. Complete bull crap.

We booked our stay here because there was a pool. The pool hours were terrible 10am to7pm....if you plan to see the sights and get a dip in befor or after your day FORGET IT! My daughter was disapionted and so were we it was hot out but we could not sit around and waste our day waiting for the pool. The AC was all but nonexistante.....and it felt like the whole system slowed down at night and you woke up sweating. If the weather was cooler then this would be fine. The area I liked we had some great local entertainment away from the touristy stufff.....watched the world cup games witht he locals in a neighborhood square having pizza and beer was great.

Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda nieciekawie, ale w środku zaskakuje. Obsługa świetna Pani z recepcji na nasza prośbę dała nam pokoje od strony parku i zarezerwowała nam bilety do Galerii Uffizi dzięki czemu nie musieliśmy stać w kolejce. Pokoje bardzo ładne, czysto, schludnie, śniadania może bez rewelacji, ale kawa z prawdziwego ekspresu. Do centrum bez problemu można się dostać autobusem, który ma przystanek pod samym hotelem (dosłanie dwa kroki). Dodatkowy atut to darmowy parking pod hotelem, świetna pizza włoska na wynos tuż pod hotelem. Cena bez porównania do tych w Centrum, możemy spokojnie polecić ten hotel.

Udemærket hotel med god morgenbuffet efter italiensk standard. Valgte hotellet på grund af der var pool, men den var under renovering så den fik vi ikke glade af. Der er for langt at gå ind til centrum, men bussen holder lige udenfor.

Vi tyckte att vistelsen var bra, bara det att vi blev lite förvånade över att trots att det stod att det skulle vara öppen pol så höll dom på att renovera den när vi kom... det kunde informerats om det. sen blev vi lite förvånade över avståndet till stan, för det verkade som det låg i närheten av citykärnan på beskrivningen.... men det gjorde det inte...... ca 15 min med taxi

E' stato un soggiorno soddisfacente in tutti i senzi...non mi sento di dichiarare nulla di negativo. Ritengo di aver fatto un'ottima scelta e di essere stata ampiamente soddisfatta. Peccato che il tempo non è stato clemente gli ultimi giorni.

Hotel molto bello, stanza molto accogliente. Colazione a buffet molto buona e cortesia da parte dello STAFF dell'hotel, avendo a disposzione anche una fermata a due passi, si può prendere tranquillamente l'autobus per arrivare in pochi minuti in centro. Anche la cena è stata molto buona e i prezzi accessibilissimi; inoltre ottimo anche l'ampio parcheggio scoperto e coperto.

L'hôtel en lui même est correct. Ce que je ne comprends pas du tout c'est le wifi payant et l'eau payante au restaurant de l'hôtel!

très bien, mais c'était dommage d'avoir une baignoire et pas le bouchon.

chambre très spacieuse (deluxe room), petit déjeuner copieux à volonté, personnel très disponible et agréable, à 15 min en bus (ligne directe) du centre historique, idéal!

C'est acceptable malgré qu'il falait faire attention aux petits détaits pour augmenter la valeur de l'hôtel (traitement de bâtiment, décoration, sans duvet dans la chambre exécutive). Le service de réception a besoin d'améliorer (les réceptionists sont un peu rude et sèche!).

Hotelli on entinen Holiday inn. Kunto ihan ok, ei ole ihan keskustassa (n. 18 € taksilla) tai bussi nro 24 (n. 20 minuuttia, noin 2 €). Sopii automatkailijoille, on pysäköintialue. Lähellä hyvä kiinalainen buffet päivällinen (20 €/henkilö) on hintansa väärti (näkyy hotellilta hieman oikealla Esson takana). Vaihdettiin itse lähemmäs keskustaa toiseksi yöksi.

Hotel un po vecchiotto ma funzionale. Buona colazione e ottima camera. Personale gentile.

Vàrt Deluxe-rum var perfekt, rent rum, fräscht och fint. Nyàrsmaten var inte bra för det höga priset vi fick betala. City-tax för hotellet var 4eur vilket var mycket per natt och person. Om man har bil med sig är omràdet bra dà man enkelt kan ta sig runt. Det är nära till Piazzale Michelangelo.

Tutto bene,anche se distante dal centro molto comodo per visitare la città, la fermata del autobus è vicinissima,e dopo solo 10 min. si è in centro.

bonne impression, eu égard au prix très compétitif, et au fait d'avoir pu accueillir sans supplément mon enfant de 11 ans.

Escolhi esse hotel pelo preço e por ter estacionamento, mas fica uns bons minutos de ônibus do Centro, e se voltar depois das 21h para o hotel, vai ter que esperar o ônibus que demora a passar. Ele fica no meio do nada, em uma rua movimentada, pois tem acesso a auto estrada.

El hotel esta a las afueras de la zona monumental al lado de donde se coge la autoestrafa. A 10 minutos en autobus del centro. Hay 3 paradas al lado del hotel. Al lado hay una cafeteria en la que se dedayuna por 2 euros , una pasteleria,pizzeria que solo abre por las noches,farmacia, gasolinera,... La piscina del hotel esta muy bien y cuando la cierran te dan todas las noches un aperitivo. En fin el hotel esta bastante biem y en una zona tranquila.

Bon hôtel pour visiter Florence. Le bus 23 se prend devant l'hôtel et permet de rejoindre le centre en 10 mn. Chambre familiale correcte et petit déjeuner également. Parking gratuit et fermé. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui fermée à 18h.

Eu nao costumo dar atencao para os comentarios postados sobre hoteis quando faço reservas, mas a partir de agora vou comecar a ler antes de fazer as reservas. Foi o pior hotel que ja fiquei na minha vida. A localizacao é péssima. Nao tinha trem proximo, os onibus pra chegar ate la tem que passar pelo centro da cidade pra depois ir pro bairro do hotel. O ar condicionado do hotel quebrou num dia que o calor era de 35 graus a noite, e as janelas do hotel nao se abrem . Quase morrremos de calor. As atendentes sao super mal educadas....disseram que o ar condicionado estava em manutencao , mas ficou 2 dias desligado. A piscina tambem estava em manutencao e num calor de 40 graus de dia, nao podiamos usar. NAO RECOMENDO. PESSIMO HOTEL. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, PESSIMA LIMPEZA, PESSIMA LOCALIZACAO.

Non è un hotel in cui tornerei. Ho prenotato una camera tripla per tre adulti in cui il terzo letto era un divano letto. Il materasso era così sottile che neanche un bambino leggerissimo avrebbe mai potuto dormirci. Ho chiesto alla reception di aggiungere almeno un materasso, ma le mie parole sono andate al vento. Così ho dovuto da solo prendere il materasso da un altra stanza dove soggiornava una coppia di amici.

O hotel está bem localizado para entrada e saída da cidade. A dificuldade que se tem é para o acesso ao centro, mas nada que não se supere. Não há restaurantes nele e nem nas proximidades que funcionem até mais tarde. Todos fecham as 22h. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom e os quartos são ótimos.

Aracınız var ise Milano'ya 25-30 dk mesafedeki bu otelde kalabilirsiniz. Hizmet kalitesi ve temizliği gerçekten tatmin edici. 3 ay önceden ayarladığımız için çok komik rakamalara kaldık. Tavsiye ediyorum.
