Express Inn & Suites - גרינוויל

It needs lots of maintence since it appeared run down.it was convient to highway but was not what I expected for a. Quality hotel.

I needed a clean, inexpensive room for one night to attend granddaughter's high school graduation. This hotel fit the bill just fine.

This was a very dirty place. The room had a terrible odor. The carpet looked filthy and it looked like it had been wet from the air conditioner leaking. When we asked for towels to go swimming the lady at the desk said there were no towels. The breakfast was awful, the bread felt like it had been sitting out for a very long time,we asked for bacon and they were out of meat. We asked for syrup for a waffle and they had none. I asked if they had regular coffee and the lady working told me the decaf was really regular coffee, but she had no sugar or creamer for it. My sink did not drain. There were also family members staying at this hotel, the first room they got was trashed, paper on the floor and beds not made. The second room had no towels and the air conditioner was not working. I will never stay in this place again and never recomend it to anyone.

I tried not to.think of my stay. Were in three diffrent rooms before we got a bathroom that really worked. Lady at desk was nice but a dits whrn it came to proublem solving. Giant dung beetle in room. Bathroom smelt of sewer gas. Hotel nexdoor was just as bad. O' and yes it did have a very nice pool that was closed!

The room appeared to have water damage in the ceiling and the tv flipped and buzzed so badly that we turned it off. The tub was dirty looking, as was the sink but I think it was just stained. I will say that the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and the bed clothes appeared (and smelled) clean. The lady in the resturant spoke very little english and when I asked for scrambled eggs..she turned around and started cleaning the dinning area. All in all the room/hotel was fairly clean and I would stay there again.

Was not happy at all,the room had a bad smell to it,hand to take my car air freshener to put in room...no coffee maker in my room and when i ask for one i was told the cleaning lady would get it for me and I still never recieved it,no remote for tv,and pillows where to hard. swimming pool was not working. I would not recommend to anyone.

We actually didn't stay here - upon arriving and realizing the poor state of the rooms and yes - complete with roaches we backed out and found other accommodations. I would recommend that Hotel.com doesn't even list this property.

I would of like to known that the pool wasn't open yet. Also I was charged a higer rate than other members in my group. Not cool.

I commute frequently from Mt. Pleasant and when I need to stay in town, this is where I stay. I pick up breakfast at the McDonalds next door and head to my job at L-3 just 2 miles down the road.

I stayed here on a business and expected the absolute worst because my boss insisted on booking the cheapest place I could find. The room was clean, comforteable, well-maintained and the staff were lovely. If by chance, I ever find myself in Greenville agin, I will return.

When I pulled up, I didn't think the hotel was open for business. It looked like the plants were dead and the covering was falling apart. The lobby was nice so it gave me hope. Staff was friendly. Apparently there was a family dinner inside the hotel that night. So every parking space filled up as I was getting my bags out. They were sitting on cars and partying in the parking lot for hours. The room wasn't bad. It was big and was cleaner than I thought. The only problem was a sewage smell throught the whole hotel.

This hotel does not live up to the headquarters' standards. The first room we were given had not even been cleaned. The second room had crickets - some dead and some still alive. Carpet was not as clean as it could have been.

The front desk manager was asleep when we came in to check in at about 4:30am. I had to stand in there and ring the bell for about 15 minutes. It was very unprofessional.
