Free coffee and tea at checkin was nice. We good diner recommendations from the person at the front desk, who also called our room to make sure al was well and to see if we needed anything. he continental breakfast was better an most, with fresh fruit and things a glutenfree person can eat. It's walkable to many restaurants.

Despite the hotels convenient location and decent customer service, the lack of comfort of the bed and linens is a big deterrent. Bring your own pillows and blankets when you come here! No joke!

We chose this hotel for the location and affordability. Nice restaurants, coffee shop, wine store in easy walking distance. Noise from the street was louder than I prefer. New carpet had just been installed in our room and the odor was pretty strong. Staff very helpful and attentive.

The thing that I appreciate most is the expert staff. They do all to make it a great experience.

Hotel location is perfect for Occidental College visits. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean.

I thought it was great. The staff was very polite, even when I locked myself out of my room right after I checked in.

Was every bit as I had expected and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was big and quiet. The WiFi was slow and unstable but the wired connection for my laptop worked just fine.

about right. I should have picked a closer location, nearer to Pasadena.

The room was a 4 star, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, great resturants in the area, close to everything. But don't expect TV or internet.. The staff could not fax for me and did not let me know that it did not go through. They use a bad cable co. so not much to watch and not good reception.

We booked this hotel out of desperation. We were at another hotel in a neighboring town and we didn't feel safe at all - the view from the window was a homeless man laying on the sidewalk. I called this Comfort Inn and spoke with an angel of a woman who took great care assuring us that we would be taken care of. When we arrived we were very pleased with the appearance of the establishment. Upon entrance, the hotel lobby is beautiful! The same person I spoke with on the phone helped us at check in (Charliece). She was very kind and helpful. Once we were in the room and settled, she called down to make sure everything was acceptable. We felt welcomed and very comfortable. This is a hotel I have referred my friends to and will definitely be using in the future. Thank you Comfort Inn!

The concern I had was at night, about 9;00PM when apparently no hotel employees were around cars came and parked in the lot. Outside my door was a man full of tatoos taking to people in another car. Later the man left and the car left, however they were not guests. I would recommend possibly a security quard or other employee watching to see that only guests are in the lot.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn near Old Town Pasadena - Eagle Rock and were very satisfied with our stay. We needed to stay in an area that provided easy access to three different locations and the Comfort Inn provided just that. Front desk personnel were surperb.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and responsive.

Colorado street on a Saturday night is very noisey. Hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly.

It was just fine for what my husband needed

This is a value hotel. Really a Motel. This needs to be clear right at the start. The price reflects this. It is a really great location, with so much so close. It is well staffed, and clean. I enjoyed the hot tub, and the breakfast. The free internet is really nice. My rental property is just down the street, so every time I need to be in Eagle Rock, I stay here.

From all the reviews we had read, it lived up to expectations. The staff was very amenable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient, but simple. but for the price, you can' ask for more. Only downside, free wifi is not compatible with all tablets and e-readers. I also reccommend, that as a starting point for sightseeing, a CAR is a must. have already reccommended it to friends going out there soon.

The Comfort Inn offers very good value for money and exceeded all expectations. Well recommended for a short stay.

The outside of the inn does not reflect the cleanliness & comfort of the inside of room. It was quite but I can see the some of the rooms facing directly toward the street would be louder than ours (we were inside facing the breakfast room). Breakfast was a nice touch; not fancy but met our needs. The surrounding area is older but not loud; we were able to access the freeway easily.

Easy to get around, clean, free wireless internet, free breakfast. It was a good thing!

Very convenient and well-run basic hotel but very nice.

The location is on a busy street. but close to the freeway. our room was very clean. the bed was very comfortable and had about 5 pillows to a bed. the room was pretty good size. looks like the rooms were renovated. the bathrooms were clean as well. AC worked well, you had full control of the temp. The lobby was clean. the staff is very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great. free breakfast, free wifi. Awesome waffles.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn-Eagle Rock for three nights. The location is pretty good, right near Pasadena. Most of LA is easily accessible from this location. The hotel is an older property, but well maintained. Front desk was staffed by a nice, competent clerk. Got the exact room type we reserved. Parking was ample, but i think every space was used up each night. Rooms were comfortable and pretty spacious. I had a king bed room. Bed was good, furnishings were pretty standard. Wi Fi was reall strong. Breakfast was pretty basic, but life sustaining. Overall, this hotel is pretty good and a really good value for this area. I would recommend the Comfort Inn-Eagle Rock

The hotel was just about everything I normally want or need in a hotel with amenities for traveling such as a mini-fridge, microwave, and ironing board. I didn't try out the breakfast, so can't speak for that. The only drawback was the nightlight in the vanity area. It was way too bright, and reflected off the wardrobe and vanity mirrors to make it worse. I had to cover it up because I couldn't remove it. I understand the desire to provide a little safety light in a strange place, but this was way too much--especially for anyone who needs it dark to sleep (like me). There really is no need because enough light comes through the edges of the drapes.
