I would have rated this location higher if it had wifi. There was only a Ethernet cable available for Internet. Unfortunately none of my devices had an Ethernet connection.

Place was just fine, easy access to highway and close to downtown Naperville. I'd stay there again. Half the cost of high end hotels.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was very clean, well appointed in the rooms with a dorm size refrigerator and a small microwave and a coffee maker. All in good shape and working. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and information!! Arranged a taxi to the airport for me with a coupon. Breakfast was your typical complementary with a waffle maker, good variety and well stocked. Will stay here again!!

thin walls - noisy neighbors

Breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but everything else was good for the cost.

Although the room was nice and a convenient location, breakfast was a downer.

Very convenient and cheap. Room was so quiet at night I couldn't believe I was near Chicago. surrounded by commerce: restaurants, drug stores, etc...You can get on Ogden road and drive right into the city--if you like driving as much as I do. (That road takes you through every type of neighborhood, BTW) You can also get on the interstate and get downtown within half the time if traffic isnt bad. My double room was spacious and cozy. I had a few minor problems. Wireless Internet was spotty (3rd floor room). Sometimes it was at 1.0 MBPS and sometimes it was at 48. And sometimes it was at 0. There was a cable for a wired connection, but mine did not work. When I called the desk to tell them about it, the maintenance guy was knocking on my door before I hung up. Still couldn't get it working, but the wireless started working again, so I was good. Also had a slow flushing toilet. But apparently none of this really bothered me, because I stayed an extra night. I prefer to stay in the heart of the city if the price is right, but if I can't do that I'll definitely stay here again.

This is perhaps the third review I have given for the BW Naperville. It is one of my favorite spots in the area. Great location, nice rooms, reasonable price.

we had a great time and will definitely go back again. The only thing I would like is an iphone docking station(so many hotels have them now, I expect to see them, they are a great plus and very convient). Also, the plug had been removed from the bath tub....not sure why.

Very nice, no problems. Good price for the service. Friendly staff, very accommodating.

I have been traveling back and forth from Midway Airport Chicago to Iowa and have stayed at this hotel many times on my way back. It is very clean, and a real price value. It is in a very convenient location, close to the interstate and with many, many restaurants and other activities in the area. I will be staying there again this week

This hotel is definitely well run---clean, good service, and everything one could want for an overnight stay at a reasonable rate. Quiet, great TV with lots of channels, comfortable bed. Definitely a great place to stay!

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. There was almost nothing that wasn't nice about the room.

Friendly, helpful reception; very clean; extremely limited breakfast but adequate for my needs (limited time, easily satisfied)

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times on my way to take an early morning flight out of Midway. Very convenient and an excellent price. Try Mullens down the street for the great big band music and brews on Thursday nights.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly.

My stay is more comfortable.

It was extremely pleasant and comfortable. Reception staff were great and offered wonderful directions!

The staff at the Best Western Naperville were superb. The hotel became our home away from home and a place where my children could come and visit and just hangout.

Definitely older hotel. Needs more outlets or accessibility to outlets. We travel with phones, iPads, E-readers and other devices that need charging. Many older hotels have started to re-wire rooms to be less power-challenging for the guest. Otherwise a nice place for the money. Very clean.

The rooms are recently updated. New TV, bedding and heaters. But not all rooms so be sure to ask. We stayed 2 nights and were comfortable enough to come back later in the week and stay 2 more. On our first stay the room was fully updated and very comfortable. On our second stay the room was "mostly" updated. the heater was the only part that was old. It worked very well, especially considering it was well below 0 outside. But it never turned off on its own. had to get up during the night to turn it off cause it was too hot then on again in the morning cause too cold. The first room the heater was new and had digital control. I will stay here again but I will ask for a fully updated room. Everything else was great from the breakfast to the staff.

One of the better free breakfasts we've had. Mario at the front desk is a credit to his profession!

We stayed here one night for a business/pleasure trip. The staff was very friendly and the room was plain but large and clean. We had no problems with noise.Naperville is a cute town and saving money on the room allowed us to indulge ourselves elsewhere.

I'm satisfied

Hotel was clean and staff helpful for meals and directions. Continental breakfast nothing to write about, but I got what I expected for a 2-3 star hotel. Nothing to complain about what I didn't expect and would stay again.

It is a nice hotel at a reasonable price. Nice people too.

A lot of other reviews state that this place is older, perhaps a little run down, but clean. I found the place to be in excellent condition. It's not a five star hotel, but they don't lead you to believe that either. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, VERY AFFORDABLE! The staff is very kind and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is great. I thought the coffee was excellent! I have nothing bad to say about our stay there. I will definitely book there again!!

the rooms were very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, shower water was nice and hot and the people working the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. i would refer this hotel to anybody. Thank you so much.

This hotel was very well kept, and the staff was very friendly. I arrived pretty late to check in but they still had my room. There was no problem with the reservations that I had placed online. In the lobby they had a computer that you could use to access the internet and they even had a printer so you could print out anything you need free of charge while on your trip. The breakfast in the morning had a plethora of choices and was free of charge as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I was ever in the chicagoland area again. It was an overall wonderful experience and refreshing to go to a hotel where I didn't have any problems whatsoever.
