Little Rock Marriott - ליטל רוק

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. easy access to restaurants and highways... one thing coming from Boston, it would be nice to have startbucks in it .. or near it - the closest one is about 10 blocks! but that is just being picky... Always stay here during my business trips.

Exceeded expectations. Keep up with the excellent staff service.

The location was great. Close to everything in downtown. Lots of food choices. My only suggestion would be for parking. For the price of the hotel there should be courtesy valet for guests or discounted valet. Over all the 4 day stay was great and everyone was very helpful. I gave it a 3 overall because of the valet and the lack of the hotel pool. It seems like a hotel of this quality should have a pool.

Nice hotel. Formerly the Little Rock Peabody. NO POOL. That was the only downer. Lobby Bar was good, breakfast buffet was excellent, comfortable room and the temperature was perfect. Very close to restaurants and bars. Safe location.

Everything was good except we received housekeeping only one day out of the 3 days we stayed.

Everything about my stay was top quality except the valet service. The valet service was incredibly disorganized and lost our reservations twice. They were polite about it. I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every staff interaction was positive.

only problem was we were booked at peabody and were looking for peabody and was not informed that the name had changed to marriott since the booking took place ... this was a waste of time to me ... ended up having to call the hotel and found out that the name change took effect one week before my stay ... should have been informed of this

We were quite surprised to find that this hotel had been taken over by the Marriott the day before we arrived. It made finding the hotel a little tricky, but also meant we were subjected to just about everything being in the process of changing. The person at the front desk didn't know the new Marriott system and needed help, they couldn't find our reservations due to the system change, the rooms didn't have menus or books because they were changing (but hospitality would send up the old menus/books), etc. That list goes on. Overall the hotel was nice and I'm sure you won't have these issues.

Staff was courteous. Loved the duck march! Nothing bad to say about our overnight stay.

Mostly satisfactory. We had business directly across the street with an over the street walk way from the hotel lobby.

It was nice to take trolley over to the Verizon arena. The only problem was there was it was not worth the price. You can get more for your money at comfort suites.

I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the Peabody. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would stay there again without a doubt.

Not a bad hotel. But, does not live up to the Peabody name. I was disappointed.

My wife and I went to Little Rock for a getaway weekend and spent the night at the Peabody. There is nothing bad we can say about our experience. The valet parking was nice and the people were all courteous. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the first time that we got to see the duck march. It is definitely an experience we won't soon forget. The concierge service was very hospitable bringing toiletries to our room as we had forgotten to pack a couple of things

Very Nice Hotel. Great lobby and Rooms

It is a nice hotel in the heart of downtown Little Rock. Nice lobby, comfortable beds. The parade of marching ducks is a nice tradition. Only complaint was breakfast in the lobby, they were understaffed and our waitress was forced to wait on too many tables. Wish the hotel had an indoor pool. But for a one-night leisure stay, it was fine.

All of the employees were polite and greeted you with a smile.

The Peabody was very a very nice stay. We felt welcome and comfortable. Only negative was fee for parking.

This hotel was nice or at least you could tell it used to be. Stains on the lobby chairs and couches were kind of weird. The room was nice enough and clean. We thought it was close to things we could walk to until they told us not to walk at night. That didn't made you not want to walk during the day either. The Clinton museum was the best thing downtown.

Great location from what I needed and not far from the airport. I landed, claimed luggage, rented a car, checked in at the Peabody, and walked three blocks to the flying Saucer for dinner and beer in 45 minutes. Ate breakfast at the hotel. It was good, but over priced. The beds were awesome. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the Peabody. Sad to know they are changing flags and will no longer be the Peabody.

Add $20 for parking and $17.95 for a hotel movie on a standard definition tv with a hum. A little snooty check- in clerk . Doubt I'll be back. Resturant food was good and waiter was great. $138.00 for 2 people without any beverage. Just too pricey for what you get.

Everything was great except for one thing. We were put on the 6th floor and there was a noise of some sort above us that sounded like some kind of machine and it was constant and all night long. It kept us awake and was very annoying. I would stay again but not on the 6th floor.

I was not happy at all. First we had to wait at least an hour to get checked in. We were going to a fundraising events and check in took so long that we had to leave or bags behind the front desk,go to our event and then they called us and told us that our room was ready. Then my husband had to leave our fundraiser go back and get the key to check in. And all they gave us was a free breakfast. The bathtub stopper didn't work, I couldn't take a bath. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Very disappointed in this 5 star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Peabody very much. It was very convenient for the convention we were working. Everyone at the hotel was very professional and was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely try to stay there again in the future.

The Peabody did not have the room available that we had reserved, so they upgraded me to a better room without any additional charge.

The staff is very friendly loved the capricio grill!

The Peabody was very nice. However once we tried to check in on a Saturday, there was only one person working, causing us to wait in line for about 20 min. Then, when the phone operator came to assist us she didn't know how to make a key causing our wait to be even longer. When we got up to the room, our key did not work. The hotel is very nice and besides the check in mishap it was a great stay.

Location was great! We had a very short walk to downtown and took advantage! The place was very clean and the lobby/bar area was very nice in appearance! However, the room we stayed in was not what we were expecting. It was definitely a far cry from cheaper hotels, but I did not see where the extra money went. (We paid for the deluxe room) no mini fridge (only upon request), no pens for jotting notes about a plan for the night, the room was tiny, the tv was cheap and did not come with the "gaming console" that was listed in the description, AND on top of all that we made the mistake of opening the bar menu... $109 for a liter of crown! $96 for a case of cheap domestic beer! Holy cow! We went downstairs to check out the bar while we waited on some friends and even there the drinks were completely overpriced. We ended up finding a liquor and saved hundreds of dollars that way. The only complaint I had about service was about the bar. The female bartender had a sour attitude after I had to interrupt her and, whom I assume was, her boss bickering about something, just so we could get drinks. Overall, not the experience we hoped (or paid) for, but not a complete loss. Next time I will try another hotel in the same area.
