I have stayed at several different Hyatt Place Hotels and have always been satisfied

The level of service at this Hyatt Place was OUTSTANDING! We were greeted by Phil at the front desk who was very personable. When we went to bring our luggage in, a luggage cart was not available. Phil immediately stepped-up and helped run all of our luggage back and forth to our room. He gave suggestions for dining in the area, as well as wonderful attractions. In the morning we were greeted as a friend, as we attended breakfast. The breakfast bar offers a nice assortment of breakfast sandwiches, fruits, oatmeal, cereals, bagels and breads, and muffins. It certainly pleased all in our party! When in the area, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again! I cannot recommend this location enough!

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would stay there again.

We love this area. It is within 15 minutes of most anywhere yet it is not overwhelming with traffic or noise. Everything was great!

Overall, this was a great, modern hotel. It was small and didn't have all of the amenities of a larger hotel, but the room was as nice or nicer than in pricier hotels, and the decor was chic. When we checked in, the desk staff was great (I wish I could remember their names -- they were a young man and young women who were very friendly). When we checked out, the person at the desk was different (Lauren) and rather brusque to both of us on the phone, the only real problem we had there.

This hotel is very clean, nice and new. My stay was pleasant. The rooms are large with a sofa and small refrigerator. The rooms still have the large heating and cooling units that fit under the window, even though the unit is very easy to use it is a bit loud.

Clean, spacious rooms, very good breakfast by the standard of comparable hotels. Would get a 5, but noisy ventilation fan was bothersome when time to sleep. Also, all kids channels are pay per view, stingy compared to a lot of hotels.

Hotels.com price was $40 less than price hotel quoted over the phone. Great deal for this hotel

Close to most restaurants, bathroom was small, but room was nice.

The Hyatt was terrific. No problems at all. Wouls stay there agian.

The hotel was situated in a great location, close to Ohio State University and shopping !!

You could get just as much at a holiday inn or best western,which is right across the street. Beds were so uncomfortable,and the comp.breakfast was ho-hum.the warm sandwiches were awefull,and the pre made pancakes were dried out on the edges.Deff. not enough seatting,we had to stand up a couple times,esp.on the weekends when they are busy.They need exhaust fans in the rest room.

We stayed only one night to get rest up for our cross country road trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a very good rest here. Breakfast was very good, services was excellent. I am a vegetarian couldn't eat the breakfast sandwiches they had there, The lady who was in charge of the breakfast made me something I can eat. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when travel.

It was Ok commensurate with the star rating of 3 stars & recommendable . Much room for improvement of breakfast Could put a safe in room otherwise quite suitable as it is economic rate suitable for the quality & service presented

The hotel accommodated our family once again. I couldn't ask for a nicer staff. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast offered had more items to select than most hotels. The food was healthy and tasty. The location has easy access. We were very pleased with the staff. Hats off to Hyatt/Vantage Drive :)

The hotel was good, over sized room is nice, especially if you have a family, this was a business trip and it worked out well but the breakfest was terrible; especially for a Hyatt.

Our room and the service was wonderful! We walked into our room and saw a king size bed, huge flat screen TV, and a large wrap around sofa that pulls out into a bed. The room was very large and clean with plenty of towels and blankets. There was breakfast provided in the morning and it was lovely! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and will plan on staying at Hyatt hotels in the future!

Overall really enjoyed stay but would make a few suggestions. Toilet area/shower room way too small. Unclog shower drain, have low light setting or offer nightlights for guests to borrow for children, get more help for breakfast preps & improve pool area...

Very nice facility, the only disapointment was being short staffed & not having any complimentary shuttle service. Would definetly stay there again, and recommend it. Very clean room, pleasant atmosphere, nice outdoor pool & Surroundings.

The room was very nice ...the bathroom was way too tight..you could hardly fit in the tub/stool area. A large person couldn't have maundered in that small of space. It was hard to shut the door.

Overall too crowded, not relaxing and displeased by quality of hotel and staff. Will not be back.

Staff was excellent and room was clean except for a few spots on the carpet. Overall experience was good and I would stay there again.

excellent breakfast

If you are staying for a whole weekend please stay somewhere else. For the price of this hotel there were no drawers to put your clothes, just a closet and very small. There was no vending machines and you had to go downstairs for everything, even to get something to eat. I have stayed in nicer hotels that have drawer space and vending machines and even room service.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hyatt. They accommodated our family's needs and we were very appreciative. I have only one recommendation and this does not only apply to the Hyatt. We have traveled more this summer than those of the the past. I noticed dust accumulation behind the desk and lamps. The surface area of the furniture in the room was very clean. Not sure if you are interested in this comment, but thought I would put it out there. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again. Thank you!

Great place for a family! Room was very nice, bathroom was just big enough, shower pressure was great. Would definitely go back next time I'm in the area

Breakfast was above excellent and served on real dishes. Starbucks in the lobby a real plus. Comfortable king suite with great extras and a nice TV. Only downside; very dirty pool water and hair missed behind the bathroom door.

We were very satisfied with the Cleanliness of room/hotel,Quality of service, Hotel amenities (Although it needs an indoor pool). The breakfast was awesome, and the service of the staff was really good. I would recommend everyone to stay at this location, and enjoy. Kids loved it. I would stay here again.

The Hyatt Place Worthington proved to be a good choice for us three adults and two kids. The staff was helpful, the room, lobby, dining, and fitness areas clean, and a quiet atmosphere. (We saw no bugs as in some other situations.) The maids never seemed to quite get the correct number of towels needed, but that's easily corrected. We did wish that there'd been a microwave in the room, but we survived. After staying several days, we learned that the compimentary breakfast menu remained unchanged, altho' it contained a healthy variety of choices--(but, after all, at home we eat basically the same breakfast every day, too!). Good location for sight-seeing and easy interstate access.
