The room was in excellent condition great value for money, if i were to stay there again however i would not pay for the original language channel more fool me i only managed half an hour of an English movie. The other channels you got for the pay per view were adult which wwas not really appropriate for my company.

I'll com out saying we normally stay at Disney Resorts so we could have a biased opinion. This hotel is right on international drive, only a few blocks away from Universal Studious, so as far as a map is concerned, this is a great location. However, directly across the street is a small fun park, with a few loud attractions, one being go-karts. To make matters worse, we were placed directly on the front of the building, facing international drive. I thought it wouldn't be so bad and that the fun park probably closed around 11pm, yet there I was, awake in bed at 12:30am listening to the sound of go-karts and some referee blaring a whistle every 10 seconds. Aside from that, the hotel was mediocre. The carpet felt as if someone had shampooed it and left it to dry without vacuuming and the shower had this awesome feature that let you turn the knob to hot water and it would come out cold, it was just neat. All in all, don't try to save a few bucks with this hotel, especially if you enjoy sleeping :D

It was cheap and has very good location, walking distance to various restaurants and minor attractions. Close to Universal and Wet n Wild. The rooms were clean, but the overall appeareance is not that good. I guess this is what I get for doing it at the very last minute. I've stayed at better/newer hotels for the nearly the same price. My small daugher (little diva) did not like it a bit...

The hotel stay is not worth it. The beds are small and uncomfortable said queen but seems like full. The service was not good. You have to pay extra for microwave use. Not one in room. Not enough towels given when asked. Paid in advance then got to hotel had to pay extra fees not aware of in advance. Business center is ridicules. You pay $.25 per minute for computer and $.75 for each paper printed. Room service comes knocking at door last day of stay am hour before and tells us we have one hour hurry up in Spanish like we didn't know what she was saying. I will not return my experience was not good at the hotel.

It would be perfect if the hotel provides breakfast and also a microwave in the room. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's in the center of the international drive, close to many restaurants and shops.

we were in orlando 3 nights and we didnt find this hotel till the last night... comfortable and close to universal... easy to get to it... close to all kinds of food places and shoping... great value

if you are looking for a cheap hotel stay close to universal this is a good hotel. we had a corner room by the staircase, kind of noisy in that spot so recommend getting an inside room away from the staircase. Room was clean though and worked well for a quick weekend getaway.

This hotel was great! Friendly service, great location my family loved it. Will visit again in future.

Decent place in the heart of International Drive. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. But for the price it was fine for a short stay.

This is a clean, affordable hotel right in the middle of tourist-central. My room was big and clean. The pool is a bit small. There is a free shuttle to Universal.

Close to Universal Studios (1/2hr+ walk), Pool(s) look in good condition, was a bit cold to use them yet. Room was in working order, enough towels for 2 persons, only wish check in was earlier then 3pm, but they have a locked room to store luggage. Not far from airport, and close to eateries and pharmaceys, did not see one bank on International drive. Do not go to the Bass Pro mall, unless you are going to Bass Pro or the theatre, its an empty mall. Trolley is the way to go for getting to both Prime Outlet Malls on International drive. Get the day passes so you don't have to have exact change every time. Less then 1/2hr to DisneyWorld.

Great room for the money, besides the old school TV lol

I think they gave us a room on the front of the motel because we used hotels.com. An amusement park is across the street with screaming and go carts. The hotel was only about one quarter filled we could have been put further from noise.

We were only there for one night after a day at Universal. The first room smelled of bleach and we noticed the mirror was off the wall and the wall where it had been was moldy and icky. We were immediately moved to another room which was fine. It was clean for an older motel room and there were no problems. There was a go cart place across the street which was very noisy so you might want to ask for a side room, not on the front. I would stay there again for a night if on a tight budget like we were this time. There were no problems with the second room.

Very nice place for a last minute over night stay. Exactly what we were looking for.

Its a great place to stay. Universal studios & International drive mins away. A lot of places to choose from all depending on what you like.

good and cheap = perfect!

Good value. Clean. Easy to find. I was happy with it.

other then the shuttle to the parks being an hour after the park opens and 2 hours after the park closes it was great

We thought everything was paid for come to find out we had to some extra taxes are fees that was not aware of until we got there and we had to pay to use a microwave and coffee

Better than some more expensive hotels. Front desk people are great and the cleaning crew are great. Cannot go wrong by staying at this hotel for what I needed. I would highly recommend it.

Located in a good part of town, close to attractions. The rooms are being upgraded, I did get a newly redone room. Staff was great.

Stayed at travelodge and I must say it was a horrible experience! Rooms smelled they were muggy and humid. Weird noises coming from everywhere. Saw 2 men peeing outside the rooms and women who looked like hookers! Never again.

for the price, this hotel is excellent. It is at the same standard as other, more expensive hotels on international drive that we have stayed in. If your going here to go to the parks, you are hardly in you room so unless you particulary want 5*, i would definatley go here. Room is big with all you need. Easy parking. Staff are v.helpful and the location is excellent for universal studios and getting on the i4 to disney. In the past we have paid more thinking they will be better but in reality they are all the same and so although cheap, the standard is excellent. We would stay here next time.

We had a non-smoking one queen bedroom. The furnishing was nice and up to date. The bldg is old, but the room was nice. The bathroom was clean and there was no smell as some previous people have put.. We used it stay the night after going to holloween horror nights. This place turned out to be a great one night stay, it was close to many resturants & other smaller activity places. It was also very clost to universal studios, but we drove instead of walking, because of the time, otherwise we would have saved on gas too, lol. overall nice place.

For the rate, it's a good deal. Stayes already 4 times in the last month alone. Location is good and overall, nice.
