Nice Hotel and very efficient friendly staff. The only negative thing I would say is that the on-site restaurants close too early. Food very good, very good service otherwise. Room pretty clean and not abused. Boat shuttle great!

Upon arrival so many people greet you...they are so friendly..my parents had a room with a blocked view of the lagoon and they switched them right away...the food was great too....the breakfast buffet at the beach club could have been healthier.....or healthier options.

We absolutely love the Yacht Club- best pool on Disney property. Outstanding service, as always.

Nice room, good location. Generally staff attempt to be accommodating but seem shackled by 'systems' . Stupid queueing system for breakfast where plenty of seating available, & this is for hotel residents.Very very expensive breakfast.............not good value.

We loved the view from the room, the large size of the room was exceptional and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were literally in the centre of everything (walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios if we didn't feel like taking the ferry). Wonderfully quiet accomodations. This was a definite "10"!

My partner and I stayed at this resort for 7 nights as part of our Florida holiday. The location to EPCOT was amazing and from our room balcony each night we had a clear view of the fireworks. The room was of a decent size with quality fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was a little small but there was a separate vanity area with double sinks. The beds were very comfortable, which was a relief as some of the other resorts we have stayed at have been less so. The pool area was beautiful and the general theme of the hotel was upscale and more adult than some of the other hotels, which are clearly aimed at the younger guests. All in all a very nice hotel and one I would very much recommend.

Hotel was very nice and in great location. Only problem was one call to room service took over an hour and a half and then they called and said they were out of the beer we wanted. It was not the only food/beverage that they were out of which is not acceptable to me. Staff was nice but not all very knowledgeable about the area. Also, water could be provided in the rooms each day, even for a fee.

Perfect location. Short walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Wonderful pool(s) and activities for children AND adults.

Loved the yacht club!

Very, very nice. Staff was exceptional. Grounds were nice. View from room was gorgeous looking out on the Boardwalk. Only complaint was that there were signs in the bathroom about being "green", but the process is completely ignored by the housekeeping staff. We followed the procedure but each day towels were replaced and they threw out perfectly good rolls of toilet paper to replace them with new ones. Not very environmentally friendly.

Our stay @ the Disney Yacht Club was excellent.Close to all the Disney resorts.Excellent transport service.Epcot within walking distance.Good food outlets.Hotel was quite and clean.Rooms are spacious and well maintained.Staff were friendly and helpful.Hot water in bathroom could have been hotter.Efficient check-in.Hotel does have an airport shuttle and valet parking.Laundry facilities on site.

Awesome pool with slide. Kids had a blast.

I have stayed at the Yacht Club before and was extremely happy with the service I received. This time however I was disappointed with the lack of effort from the hotel staff to even accommodate the simplest request. I do not think I will be back.

As in a previous visit, the Yacht Club was excellent in its rooms and facilities. The service was world class, courteous, punctual, and helpful. All of the employees that we encountered were outstanding!

I recommend staying in the park grounds where you can just walk out the back of the property, as with this hotel. It was a very hectic weekend with a half and full marathon and things still went smoothly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had a room with 2 queen beds by the pool. The hotel is pretty quiet and the room gets nice and dark with the blackout curtains. Room service came at 6:25 am and toasted my daughter's bagel in our room. Very good service.

We really like the convenience of the shuttle/boat and walking option to Epcot. The pool area (shared with beach club) is the reason to stay here, it was really nice and relaxing. Kiddo loved the water slide start started from the shipwreck to the pool. The views were incredible. But I guess because we started off at the Boardwalk Inn for the first half of our trip then moved to Yatch Club, somehow the Boardwalk just appealed to us more and had that special something about it. Maybe it was just a timing thing. Cause when we were walking to our room, the hallway smelled ...lot of room service left overs left outside the rooms - just wasn't very appealing. Our room had that smell too for the first two days. Though the staff did a good job cleaning the room each day. I guess sometimes, leftover food smell in the room just takes time to dissipate. Maybe just because of timing we never had that at the Boardwalk. The staff were very nice though. The best thing though, was when we got ice cream after coming back from the park...kiddo who was dead tired spun around and ended up with an ice cream mishap since it was top heavy. Kiddo was so deflated, I told her I would get her another one. The lady serving ice cream saw what happened and kindly gave us another one free of charge. The staff at the pool were very nice as well. THe checkout was a breeze with airline and baggage check in at the hotel - the whole magic express is a great great idea especially for first timers.

Loved the Yacht Club and the pool was awesome. Sandy bottom was very cool. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded from standard to a garden-view and looked over wedding gazebo and we could see the water. Only negatives - all Deluxe hotels at Disney should have free Wi-Fi and turn down service with fresh towels.

very nice hotel great swimming pool the room was very large and comfortable balcony was very small The overall cleaniness was not as good as i would have expected for a disney hotel the concierge staff could of been more friendly overall a nice hotel but have stayed in other disney hotels which were more friendly and cleaner the swimming pool was the best part of this hotel

We have stayed here a number of times and each time has been wonderful! The hotel and its dining options are incredible! It has the BEST pool area in all of Disney World and you must be a guest of this hotel or the adjoining Beach Club Resort to use it (most Disney Hotel pools are open to anyone staying at ANY Disney World Hotel). Location is spectacular and very convenient to all of WDW and especially Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Boat travel to these two parts of the "World" is fast and efficient and right out the front of the hotel at the end of the dock. You cannot go wrong with the choice to stay at the Yacht Club Resort. Best Disney property in all of WDW!

This hotel has all the classic Disney attributes, very clean, extremely friendly staff. The proximity to Epcot was my main reason for selecting the Yacht Club property. Not overly fond of the Captains Table restaurant, very noisy and the menu was limited. For a quick breakfast, eat at the small bar off the lobby instead of the buffet.

Once again we stayed at the Yacht Club and what a wonderful hotel it is. First class all the way. Very informative staff and rooms very clean and more than most people will belive (beds...WOW) Would highly recommend to get your great prices on hotels.com and enjoy this first class hotel..Out the back door,down the walkway and your in Epcot...We just love it espically during the holidays...Our #1 PICK

What a great hotel! Had a room on the first floor right past the gift shop and patio overlooked tennis courts. Comfy beds, plush towels, housekeeping made towel animals for the kids. We all loved the pool area- it is great. About an 8 minute walk to EPCOT. Or you can take the boat. Have stayed at the Beach Club too and I think if we return, I will stay at Beach Club only because it is closer to EPCOT ( by a couple minutes!), and the gift shop has the refillable mug station and quick food to grab whereas Yacht Club doesn't have that. Absolutely loved it and glad we stayed there.

Yacht Club- Orlando FL was a wonderful experience. Fast check-in. Beautiful view. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Helpful employees. Fast check-out! Very close to Epcot & the other beautiful hotels. Boat to MGM. Bus to Magic Kingdom. Did no driving what-so-ever once there! & the pool there is amazing! Enjoyed so very much- would go back in a heartbeat!

今回、ヨットクラブ、アニマルキングダム、ポリネシアンリゾートの3ホテルに宿泊したが、ヨットクラブが、もっとも快適だと感じた。（特に立地、部屋の清潔さ、スタッフの親切さ）

Ótima localização porém não compensa pelo atendimento ruim e frio de seus funcionários. Não tem o espírito alegre e divertido da Disney nem tampouco estão dispostos a quererem ajudar. Horário de check out sem nenhuma tolerância , no entanto tivemos que tolerar 40 minutos para buscarem as malas do quarto. Gran Floridian da mesma categoria de luxo vale muito mais a pena.

Rien à dire sur la chambre. Sur le service en revanche c'est très moyen; au restaurant notamment. De plus, les deux restaurants refusent des clients à partir de 21 heures... je n'avais encore jamais vu ça dans un 5 étoiles... Le nettoyage des parties communes est limite. Une plante dont les feuilles étaient tombées dans le couloir sont restées 2 jours sans être aspirées; non admissible dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.
