Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa - אגם בואנה ויסטה

Our bags were brought to our room only after we requested they be sent up. Our lagoon view was blocked by a tree. The concierge had all sorts of trouble booking our dinner at Disney. Then when we arrived at the restaurant, they didn't have our reservation. No one would help us get to the self-parking lot. Had to walk.

Wow. Fabulous. All employees were wonderful.

Great hotel. Just an average room for the price, but top shelf in every other aspect. Pool construction noisy -- check before you go!

This hotel property is beautiful and well maintained. There is quite a bit of construction currently underway which can be a bit distracting when at the pool but it didn't spoil our stay. The location is great. The staff is abundant and available to address your needs. We had been at the Magic Kingdom on the Sunday before President's Day and the crowds were obnoxious. I am not sure how anyone could enjoy Disney World with the overcrowding we experienced. When we arrived back at the Grand Floridian, the staff asked how our day was and when we shared that it was less than optimal, they were awesome. One random note is that the staff in the main floor dining room that serve breakfast could use a makeover in their "costumes." They look very dumpy and the clothing is not very flattering. The lobby of this hotel is beautiful. The flowers on the grounds were also amazing.

Best Hotel to stay when visiting Walt Disney World, Orlando.

We were upgraded to a spectacular suite, which made our stay memorable and an outstanding experience. This was despite ongoing construction at the hotel resport/spa (inner courtyard swimming pool and nearby new building construction). The level of service was superb as well and the hotel provides a number of local restaurants to choose from. A friendly and high quality club service that ranges from morning continental breakfast to evening cordials and desert made for a nice amenity. The hotel is also conveniently located to nearby DisneyWorld attractions.

Greeted right away in Disney style. Check in with Penny was a dream. She went out of her way to find us a room that was satifactory in location. The room was beautiful. Getting to the monorail was easy. We would recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean, location and monorail access very convenient. A little pricey, but an experience worth the cost. Magical Express was the way to go...just check the bags and see them in your room. Staff always helpful and kind. Very nicely decorated for Christmas in lobby. Lots of extra touches such as chocolates and turn-down service. Would stay again.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained. We were impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and quality of service in the restaurants and shops.

Rooms and food are average, but the location and service is great. Pool was wonderful for young kids.

Terrible. Extremely far from front of hotel to room. Very small old room. poor lightning. Very expensive. Never again will we stay at a Disney hotel!

hotel was beautiful, the meals were expensve but overall excellent

It was my second very good experience at Grand Floridian. My first was five years ago and hope to come back.

The grounds and lobby are beautiful. We were a little disappointed with the room. Nothing very special for the amount of money you pay. The cafe food was not good, we had to send back the food two times before we got our money back.

The hotel beautiful and the staff was excellent We stayed in club level, which was nice but for the price thwy shoukd offer a kittle more food chiicws such as eggs in the morning and maybe prepared finger sandwiches or salad. I am used to Ritz Carlton club and they do an excellent job with variety.

We arrived early expecting to store our bags and then join our grandchildren in going to the Magic Kingdom. When we arrived at the gate we were promptly given a pass, we then parked under the veranda and went into the lottery where the conceirge immediately asked us if she could help us and gave us a room, escorted us to it and made sure everything was first class. Things just went up from their.

The Grand Floridian Hotel and Spa in Orlando was not what I expected. Making dinner reservations was a nightmare, even calling room service was difficult. The staff was Disney happy all the time but not helpful when you needed something. Also, although the name says "spa" in it, the spa is closed for another two years. You have to pay to use the spa in another Disney hotel that is off the premises.

The luxury and convenience to the Magic Kingdom was a big plus. The view of the nightly fireworks over Cinderella's castle was amazing as we had a two year old with us and were back in the room by that time. We will be back.

For the amount of money you pay to stay at the Grand Floridian, the only true quality and benefit is the convenience of being so close to the magic kingdom. To start out, I called to ask some questions about the park hopper to the conceige desk before our trip. Because i booked through hotels.com and not directly through them they were not able to pull my reservation nor would they connect me to the club level conceige desk. We stayed 3 nights at the club level. We were not able to eat dinner once on the property nor were the club level conceiges very helpful in finding a place to eat. It took 40 minutes for the bell service to pick up luggage at check out. very, very disappointed:( I would rather stay farther away and have better service especially for what they charge..... Not sure it's worth it!

Wonderul hotel! Would highly recommend. First class service and beautiful grounds. Room was lovely. Restaurants were excellent! Not one negative comment about this hotel. 5 stars!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Grand Floridian hotel. Everyone was very helpful. We definitely plan on going back. You will not be disappointed.

I booked a room on the club level in June 2011 and checked in to the hotel around noon. The room wasn't ready so we checked our luggage and went to see the concierge. We bought 3 day park passes for 3 people from the concierge and we proceeded to go to the parkl. We returned to the hotel around 8 PM and went to the concierge to get our room key. They told us they couldn't find out reservation. They "lost our reservation" even though we had already checked in earlier. They later told us that they cancelled our room by mistake and they needed to find another room for us. We had a tired and cranky 5 year old with us that needed to go to bed. This was ridiculous! We waited over 45 minutes and they still couldn't get us into a room. After much complaining they finally got us a room . In this hotel, your room key is like a credit card which you can use all over Disney. You can use it in any of the restaurants, attractions, gift stores, etc. I tried to use it in the hotel restaurant to pay for dinner and I was told I could not charge anything on it because they forgot to put my credit card info on the new room key. How embarrasing! I had to go back to my room to get my personal credit card to pay for the meal. The next morning, I spoke with the concierge to make sure our Disney passes were on the room key so we could go to the park. She told me they weren't because they forgot to put them on when they issued the new keys. She proceeded to put them on and then we left for the park. When we got to the park,. only 2 of us could get into the park. The third park pass was never put on the card! After waiting on line for over 40 minutes on the guest services line, we finally got in! We were very late for a reservation that we had made previously. This is totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel,. It's been one mistake after another. The manager gave us a few freebies as compensation but these mistakes really stressed us out on our vacation. All I heard was apologies from the staf

Disney Grand Floridian is a very beautiful hotel. We just wish we had more time in USA to enjoy the stay and participate in the activities!!!

traveling with a 5 year old was easy at this hotel. they have activities all day at pool in water, out of water, prizes, it was great. the water slide in the pool was great, too, and they have plenty of options for food.

Overall, Grand Floridian offers a great experience. The staff is polite, the grounds are beautful and clean, and all attractions are easy to reach by either boats, monorail (the stop is on the second floor of the resort), or buses. No need to drive anywhere. The restaurants on the property are superb and there is a pool bar. The concierge was disappointing. I used the service merely to buy park-hopper tickets. They actually messed it up, charged me an arm and a leg and made me wait forever. It would have been better to order online or to buy directly at the park. The rest of the stay was flawless. We booked a boat ride for our private party one night and enjoyed the most charming water aprade of ilghts right on the lake and then the fireworks display from the magic kingdom. It was a neat and informative tour, we went all over in that boat and it was very entertaining. The rest of the services in the hotel work like a clock. Even if you end up with minor trouble like I did, it is still worth it - the overall experience is great. I would stay there again

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and worth the money! Super friendly staff. Entire hotel grounds are immaculate. Would live to stay again and would recommend thus hotel to anyone!
