Hyatt North Houston - יוסטון

The front desk staff was rather rude when we checked in. There was a loud wedding going on and the staff was much more interested in watching the attendants than helping the guests checking in. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and they provided plenty of clean towels for us. I would stay there again.

When I first walked in the lobby was very nice and the person that checked me in was really friendly. The room was very nice and clean the bed was big and Veerrrrryyyy comfortable and the pillows oh my so soft! The only down side was when we arrived back later about 10 Saturday night parking was hard to find because there was a wedding going on. But on my next trip I look forward to staying there again!

It was a family weekend with the kids and it was a great choice. Lots of space clean room and a wonderful breakfast that the kids just loved. We even enjoyed the pool while we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, staff was very polite, room was set up very good love the iPod dock, like the way tv was set up the bed was just right. We will be back,was very pleased with every thing.

Rooms are smaller than expected for a Hyatt. Front desk and service very efficient and quick. However, had to call maintenance 3 times to get our room working properly after we checked in.

Great Hotel...

It was a nice hotel. The only draw back was everything cost something! A lot of places include Internet, continental breakfast.. It felt like nothing was included! For a first time stay, it was good. Probably wont stay there again though :/

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Our stay started out very rough. We had NUMEROUS problems the first few days. I finally emailed their corporate guest relations office on our 3rd day to let them know how absolutely horrible things had been. Apparently they forwarded my email to the executive manager of the hotel. She apologized profusely and upgraded our room to the Presidential Suite! They also comped all of our extra charges up to that day, AND gave us a free dinner in their very nice restaurant. We were highly impressed with the staff's desire to make things better. Now for some of the more useful info.... the cleanliness of the room and hotel was impeccable. Very serene and relaxing, which is quite a feat considering its proximity to Houston/ IAH. The service was exceptional.. The hot tub was really nice, but the pool was dirty and the lights in the pool were never on. The restaurant/bar was very good, though pricey. They have a Starbucks kiosk. Convenience wise the location is excellent. Especially if you are there for Well Control School or the airport. The neighborhood though is kind of rough. I was too nervous to walk anywhere outside of the grounds alone. The grounds them-self though are very reassuring. They only have one entrance that is continuously watched by a security guard, and the entire thing is enclosed by a wrought iron fence. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asked!

It was a good hotel and the room was very nice looking. The only bad thing is you could hear the air conditioner.

The hotel overall was good, it was very nicely set up but the only problem I had was a $25 charge credited to my account upon checking in that I wasn't acknowledged to.

This hotel is 10x better than how it looks online. Very modern and clean! The bed. . . . Unbeliable! Such a comfort bed! The only thing I did not like was the location and that I think I was given a room in smoking floor because that certain level had a smell as soon as the elevator open.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hyatt. I felt comfortable and very well received. Thank you for making my family feel so welcomed.

This hotel is newly remodeled (2012) and visually appealing. Checkin and checkout can be done by kiosk and customer service is friendly. There are a few essential creature comforts missing (no mini fridge, TV has limited lineup and even some of those channels did not come in well in my room TV) but the bed, towels, and wireless service were great. Location is kinda lame, just industry with few restaurants or fun places within walking distance. Also there is a central atrium which all the rooms look into, and there was a prom with loud music until midnight. Probably wouldn't have booked if I had known that.

Stayed here with my wife on Friday night. We were in town to see Dave Matthews at Woodlands Pavillion. Decent hotel with nice, clean room. Good service. Not the most comfortable bed ever, but not bad either. Only one elevator was working, which was a little inconvenient, however, the staff informed us of the problem and they were working on it. We did not eat here, so I can't comment on food. Overall, a good stay and would stay again if I needed to be in this area.

This facility was awesome. Kimberly, at the front desk set the tone for the entire weekend. She and the rest of the staff made us feel as though we were long time friends visiting them at their homes. They were engaging and informative. The hotel was hosting a high school prom the weekend of our visit. The event was extremely loud but managed well. They had extra police and hotwl security to keep things in check. Also they gave the kids a beautiful setting and the event ended at a respectful time. The only low marks for this hotel Is it's location, though convenient to 45 and 59, the area directly around the hotel was somewhat seedy. The staff at this Hyatt set the standard high.

I would recommend and would visit again

The only thing that I didnt like was the fact that there wasnt a frig in the room that I stayed in. Other than that the hotel is nice, and very comfortable.

Loved everything about it! Location, service, the room was clean and it smelled nice! Will def come back when I'm in houston :)

Not bad at all. Pretty impressed with the security guard walking the parking lot at all times. Very nice and clean hotel. The air conditioner in my room did not blow cold air but wasn't unbearable so I didn't call to get it fixed. Only stayed one night. Overall, satisfactory.

Very confusing getting to and from hotel... got on toll road when I shouldn't have... The employees were great...and hotel very nice. The a/c didn't cool down as it should have but was okay. The buffet was somewhat pricey. I would stay again....

I stayed in the Hyatt for one night (prior to my USMLE exam) and it was fantatic. From the shuttle driver who picked me up at the airport (20 minute wait) to the receptionist to the very sweet bartender, I had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean, the lobby spacious and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. FYI the testing centre is less than a 5 minute walk - incredibly convenient.

Very nice hotel. Two problems, heater in room did not work, a little cool. If you have an early flight at 6, shuttle doesn't start until 5 a.m.

There are a lot of stairs to go up just to get to the lobby. the pool was outdoor and the water was very cold.I did not get any robes.But the food was excellent.
