Very nice accommodation. Staff were very helpful. Location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. Hotel conference area was good Need to offer free wifi

The Hyatt Regency in Bellevue was a great place for my fiance and I to stay, for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, the staff was very courteous and it was convenient to Bellevue Square across the street, as well as choices of great restaurants in the area. We will definitely be staying there again for our next local weekend getaway!

I enjoyed the Hyatt (have stayed there several times). This time we stayed in the Olympic section. The smell of the hypoallergenic cleaners was unpleasant. We found it overbearing when walking through the hotel room (16th floor). Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the change made to our room from beside the ice machine to another location (we had requested a quiet room).

From the moment I walked in the door the Hyatt staff was exceptional. Although I prefer to stay at "boutique" hotels, I chose the Hyatt for location and the fact I was traveling with several family members. I never had to wait for an elevator, the Tullly's (coffee) in the main lobby was so nice for my East Coast jet lag and early rise. The work out room was excellent AND the breakfast in the AM (restaurant on site) was to die for. I've never seen Tiramisu pancakes before and my son thought they were amazing (hello, Instagram!). I'd stay at this Hyatt again in a shot. Oh and don't miss Daniel's restaurant (up top)...expensive but well worth it.

We had a group stay and some of them had to share a king bed even though we reserved two doubles - very awkward!

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Close to shopping and restaurants. I will stay there again.

We we're very pleased with our stay here. Our room was spotless, the staff was friendly and the location worked well for us. It was close enough to downtown for easy access by car, and we ended up taking advantage of the bars and restaurants in Bellevue within walking distance that were open late (till 2am on the weekends).

Mattress needs to be replaced

All great - however I wish they would have told me they put a $50 Credit card hold on your credit card for incidentals! After checking my bank statement I could not figure out what this charge was and had to call the hotel! Slightly scary at the time. Balance of review all very good!

Had combination of business & leisure, so this was the perfect hotel. Nice accommodations and the location was perfect. Personnel was terrific - very helpful and pleasant. Room rate from Hotels.com was good - parking at this hotel is quite expensive.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Bellevue. Location was great (right in the center of downtown with easy access to restaurants, shopping and office). The room could do with some renovation, main downside was the bathroom which had stains on the ceiling, bathtub that was too shallow and did not keep the water for too long. And yes, for this category of hotel, I expected to have control of the shower pressure AND temperature separately ... maybe I expected too much ;-)

Although the Hyatt Bellevue is clean, comfortable and is in a good location, I was stunned by its Internet fees--an amount per day for "standard" Internet and a ridiculous amount for "premium" Internet. I had to upload something for work and had to use the "premium" Internet. On top of that, the hotel charged me a significant parking fee although I entered the lot when parking was free. I just cannot recommend this hotel as a result and will not stay there again.

Hotel was in a great spot in bellevue. Joeys across the road is an excellent steak and beer. Staff courteous and friendly. Rooms clean and modern. Breakfast superb. Highly recommended.

It was a very nice hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly. It is connected to the mall so that was nice. But it was a little confusing to navigate through this huge hotel that was connected to so many things. Other then that it was wonderful.

I usually stay at the Westin across the street but thought I would give the Hyatt a try: our room was not clean with much dust, stains on the furniture and rug which made me want to run across the street to a cleaner hotel. I will not be back.

We had a really nice stay. However, the hotel seems to be cutting cost on the toiletries since they don't give us all the necessary items, and I only get one bottle of lotion when asking for it. The bathroom and the carpet were not entirely cleaned on the daily basis as I would like, and the bed wasn't as comfy. But the location and the hotel atmosphere made up for it.

My stay was good in the hotel. The staff was very freindly and very much helpful and ready to assist me all the time. The in room dining needs to be improved since the choices is very limited.

Hotel was beautiful, only downsize was that the mattress in our room was awful! Really enjoyed our breakfast...great food and service.

We were warmly welcomed, offered a room on a higher floor with a better view. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely finished. It was dissappointing that internet use was an extra fee. The hotel is right in the heart of the shopping and entertainment area with lots of restaurants also near by

We were just getting n our room when the guy knocks n says our room n another room were being too loud??? So my husband said I'm talking what should I do whisper?? Not a good experience at all. Especially for nye

Adjoining doors between rooms offer little sound proofing from the neighboring room.

Perfect place to stay if you intend to so some shopping in Bellevue. However both I and some friends on a different floor found the fan for the air circulation is noisy at night even at the lowest setting so you may near earplugs if ever you're a light sleeper.

Nice Hotel, in a great location for shopping, friendly staff, very good house keeping staff. Overall we give it a 4 1/2 star.

I loved the location and hotel in general. Staff was very helpful. Eggs Benedict ordered from room service was less than expected but not horrible. Room service fees seemed a bit more than usual. Why not disclose this up front? Also, the drain in our room was making LOUD gurgling noises nearly ALL NIGHT and kept waking us. Every time a toilet flushed we could clearly hear it. I wish there was something to alleviate this issue as I am generally not a light sleeper and would imagine anyone who is would have an even harder time sleeping...

Have stayed at this hotel a few times, always very comfortable and fantastic staff service. Located right beside great shopping and restaurants.
