My girlfriend and I choose this place, because we never heard of it before and it had great reviews. From the road you would never guess how beautiful this place is... the back location near the pool is great, and makes you feel as if you are in the middle of the mountains. We will definitely be staying there again!

The hotel is nice -- nicer than the typical traveler "motels" in the area. It does have a retro, kitchsy feeling about it. I thought our room could have been cleaner (i.e. stray hairs that weren't mine) in the bathroom; it didn't look liek the bath mat had been changed out between guests; the toilet paper roll barely had anything on it and should have been swapped out for a new one between guests. The doors going in/out of the buildings really needed to be clean, too. Whether it was late in the evening or first thing in the morning, the glass was full of handprints. The grounds, esp. out back, are quite lovely. In that respect, I wish we'd had more time to hike the trails.

On a cross country trip we booked a room for 3 persons at Little America. We appreciated the large room and extra sink. There was difficult access from parking lot as well as needing to roll our bags through 2 sets of manually opened doors. Would have liked free breakfast given the rather expensive price of this room. We did find a surprisingly good breakfast in an adjoining truck stop restaurant .

The grand dame still has it. Little America has been a fixture in Flag for many years but it is still a great "go to" hotel. If you are looking for a romantic place to stay or if you have a family and need a great place to entertain the kids, you can't beat this hotel.

Its not a bad place; hasn't changed much since I was in college a few decades ago (still has the 2 foot deep balconies!). Still, clean and comfortable. Restaurant ok with good service. However, if you have any problems walking beware - there are no elevators!! When we tried to get some help with our luggage up the steps we had to wait a while for someone to show up. Also this place is very spread out - if you are in building 4 you will have a very long walk to get to the lobby. Its also rather far from downtown. Its an ok place but don't think I'll be back.

Ideal place to relax in flag, pool , play area and lots of trail in the back. Kids love them

The best spot to stay in Flagstaff for access to everything. Clean, updated, nice gift store and pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at the 'Little America' at Flagstaff, the room blew our minds away. Fantastic views from room (staright into a pine wood) it was like waking up in a forest every morning. Beautiful furniture and comfort and was like a suite. Couldnt believe it. Well done 'Little America' for a beautiful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel made our holiday!!

Lovely place to stay in the Flagstaff area. Close to the old town and highways. Restaurant is okay.

The Little America is very quiet, very comfortable, and has an excellent trails complex that can be accessed right out the back door. The room décor is a little aged, but it is in perfect condition and perfectly clean. This is one of only two hotels in Flagstaff that I really enjoy staying at.

There's no getting around the dated décor. But what you get in exchange are very large rooms and a beautiful outdoor area. The updates in the rooms include comfy beds, towels and flat screen TVs. More than make up for the patterned wallpaper and 70's furniture. Overall a nice place to stay, especially for families.

The service is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly and helpful from the cleaning staff to restaurant servers and the check in staff. The décor could use updating.

Clean comfortable and excellent hospitality

This hotel is older and some things are dated but it has been meticulously maintained over the years and the grounds and landscaping and surrounding forest of pines were incredible. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. There was a very large outdoor pool which is heated, a small exercise room with a treadmill, elliptical and bike and a very nice, reasonably priced breakfast. The location is convenient to the Grand Canyon- only 1 1/2 hrs. away. Would stay again.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. I did not miss my own bed at all.

Great place right off the freeway, but feels worlds away.

We Love this hotel so much! We stay here every time we are in Flagstaff. We tried a few other hotels and they were so bad compared to Little America that at one point, we checked out of one right away, (even though we couldn't get our money back) and went straight to Little America. The only problem was that the room service at Little America is sometimes not so great. The food was cold and sometimes soggy and that was after waiting about an hour just to get room service to answer their phone. But the hotel manager was very nice and offered to bring us a new hot meal with extras or refund our money. Besides that, Little America is a sweet little piece of Heaven, nestled in the middle of the woods where the squirrels will come right up and eat out of your hand! We will continue to use this hotel and our "Go to" for Flagstaff!! :)

Nice time, but very short. In and out, didn't get to use any facilities. Husband would have liked some nice coffee in the lobby or café.

My room was very clean. I had problems with the coffee maker in the room. The people were very nice and the food was delicious.

This was our third stay here and it was as wonderful as each previous trip. Great location and staff. Very classic style rooms, which is a definite change of pace. Don't plan to stay anywhere else in Flagstaff.

Stayed in the past lovely place normally. Got a room in the fourth lodge that was ok but dwrk and gloomy compared to other rooms I have stayed in there. It was as comfortable and clean as the others though. Ate in restaurant which I remember as pretty good. Not this time! Service took ages the waiter had to come back and ask twice what we had ordered the veggie pasta had sausages in and we were charged for the wrong items. Normally I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel but will think twice about staying there again.

Always delivers.

Make sure you visit the observatory. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very pleasant.

Love a stay in the pine trees. Great food, clean and friendly

We intended to stay at this great hotel for 2 nights in April, but it was so good that we changed our travel plans to stay for a further night. Fantastic experience from the moment we checked in through to check out. Service excellent, breakfast and evening meals excellent and room was just perfect.. We loved it and would definitely return to hotel and Flagstaff .if we get the opportunity. Wow.

We always know we can depend on this hotel when we travel. Never any surprise . Great location excellent quality of rooms

Very spacious, a bit dated, but very comfortable and clean.

Not as nice as Salt Lake City hotel which I love. Fair at best but clean. No elevator to second floor. Fast food restaurant associated with hotel next door was ok and less expensive than the restaurant in the hotel. Could use an update...water faucets leaked in sink and tub, light bulbs burned out. Little things that should have been attended to.

We were going to the Grand Canyon for two days, and the lodging in Williams was overpriced and not well reviewed for the money. The location is just off Interstate 40. The hotel is broken into separate buildings. We had a room away from the Interstate and never heard a single road noise. The hotel is not new, but has been kept in wonderful condition. We had a single king mini-suite, and it is huge compared to newer lodgings. This included a full seating area (chair and sofa), large glass table and two chairs adjacent to the sleeping area. The bath area had an outside basin and sitting area outside the bathroom proper, so shared prep in the morning was handy. The bathroom itself was about twice the size of the normal bathroom, with a full-length counter, mirror, and single basin. The bath/shower combo was a princess size (4x6 oval) built-in tub. A small refrigerator in the bathroom, but no microwave. There was a one-cup coffee maker with coffee and tea (even a 'to-go' cup with lid). The television was a wall-hung flat panel unit. We did not check the WiFi as we have an air-card for the laptop. Room service is available. We ate at the dining room for one breakfast and one dinner. The food was good and the prices were in-line with a sit-down dining room of a normal restaurant.. Everyone of the staff was helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect... we went up there for a weekend visit. We really love the downtown Flagstaff areas, but we wanted to avoid the big chain hotels, so after a search, we came across this hotel. It looks beautiful in pictures AND in person. The rooms are so charming with antique-y looking touches. We were two miles away from our favorite little pizza place, and the walking trails out back helped us attempt to burn off the calories from the pizza place.. haha. We ate at the restaurant downstairs both mornings for breakfast, and the buffet was great. This was a good place for an adult couple, but it also seems like it'd be great to bring a family to. I will absolutely book again!

Big comfortable room. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful customer service

What a pleasure to arrive at an obviously very busy inn after a long day's drive and be confronted by cheerful people just waiting to help us relax! Beautiful grounds, a large room at a reasonable price, comfortable accommodations, and a great restaurant; all of this located conveniently off the interstate. Why stay at one of the generic sterile places with their styrofoam egg breakfasts and thin walls, when you could stay here for about the same cost?

Room was large and comfortable for our family of three. In addition to a table and two chairs, the extra two comfy chairs and end table provided a nice place to sit. And the extra "wet bar" sink gave my teenage daughter her own space.

Overall this is a great place. Furniture is a bit outdated, but the rooms are huge, service is wonderful, and the location very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A full service hotel with restaurant and bar was really convenient as well.

We stayed in Little America Flagstaff for three nights while exploring the north east AZ during our march break. The room and the bath were spacious and comfortable. It looks like the hotel had done some renovations in the past couple of years and everything, except the faucets and shower head looks new and were in like new condition. Only problem we had was with the controlling water temperature. The restaurant and in-room dining were very good, though some items in the menu were a bit pricey. The hotel is very close to a major highway. If you want to sleep well, you may want to ask for a room in the building away from the road.

I thought this is a motel off the highway, but the beatifully decorated rooms really surprised me. Very comfortable, better than many premium hotels I have stayed before.
