This is the second time we stayed here and it was great. The only thing was we weren't able to take anything from the breakfast back to the room, to eat while we were getting ready to go.

The hotel met all my needs for a quick overnight prior to a morning meeting. As stated in previous reviews, the property is in need of some updating as compared to other chain hotels (TV and bed firmness). The room is small but OK for up to two people. Front desk service was outstanding. Continental breakfast was sub-par with no coffee and out of service juice machine. Appreciate getting the USA Today.

Everything was great....except the bathroom sink in Rm 243 did not drain. Front desk notified when I checked out.

It was a place to sleep. I read the reviews and it to be pretty much accurate--the pillows were small,the space between the bed and the very old TV was about the 14 inches another reviewer said. Breakfast was waffles,cold cereal,toast,orange slices,bananas. Also,the hotel didn't allow you to take your food back to your room. Unfriendly.But,would I stay here again? I might.

The staff was very nice, the hotel is a little outdated, when we were there they were putting new mattresses in the rooms and the TV's are really old. I think they are working on updating. Nice continental breakfast. Good location for shopping, lots of nice places to eat and a safe neighborhood. If you're not super picky this place is worth it and a good price.

IT WAS OKAY. ROOM WAS NOT VERY CLEAN ESPECIALLY BATHROOM. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WASN'T VERY GOOD.

only good thing to say is that the bed was comfortable

AVerage stay. Ok value for price.

Staff is friendly, room was clean, but the hotel is great need of renovation and updating. We have stayed here many times over the past 20 years but will not stay here again.

Everything was awesome...

The room was clean for the most part. The bed was much too firm for me, I couldn't have stayed more than one night or else it would have killed my back even more...on the other hand the hot water was plentiful & room service was fairly quick.

very helpful staff.. Internet worked well. breakfast adequate.8 oz cups too small.byo. Room was clean. difficult to find site to recharge phone without unplugging light or clock.travel with extension cord.

continental breakfast needs to include Gluten Free Products

The room was small and no where to hang you things.But for the money it was great. The room was clean and close to everything we wanted to do. I will go back to this motel. It is a old Hotel and so if you do not mind small and old tjhis is a great place. The workers were nice and we saw the New Year come in together that was nice.It was nice and peachful.

Had to stay an extra night but ok it was cheaper at the nightly rate

Overall our stay was great. This hotel is close to shopping and great restaurants. The staff was very helpful and very courteous. Breakfast was typical of most hotels. We were on the 3rd floor and the room was very quiet- no traffic noise or loud people. The window did not have a screen which would have been nice but not a big deal, at least it opened.

good for the price - front desk very attendant very helpful

Pillow were half size but fluffly. The towels were very small and very well used.. TV did not work when we got there but was quickly fixed. Ok stay for the price

the beds were extremely hard. I ended up sleeping on the floor. The housekeeping staff was laughing and carrying on at 730 in the morning. Will not be staying here again.

Inexpensive and convenient to the hospital where I spent most of my time during and after husband's surgery. Needed my own pillow, but otherwise the room was comfortable enough for what I needed. It's an older property, but clean. The outdoor pool was already closed even though the weather was still warm in early fall.

I needed a quick crash pad while parent in hospital. It worked. Staff great. Hotel worn but effective and rates are very fair for what you get. Solo women should not stay ground level probably.

Hotel needs updating. Staff was very nice and the location is good for a business traveler. Small room but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not much, if you like a good breakfast you'll need to go to a restaurant. I wouldn't take my family to this motel. Rate it two stars.

It's sort of a pain to get into the parking lot. If you miss the turn you may have to get on the highway, which if you just take the first exit you can double back on a side road easily. For the price I paid, I certainly can not complain. TV sucked, but the room had a fridge and microwave so that was nice.

Very clean, comfortable room. Small, but had all the amenities we needed. The wi-fi was rather spotty. The room was pretty quiet, considering how close it is to the freeway. Directions on the hotel website said go south on 205 if you're coming north via I-5. if I didn't know the area, I would have gotten lost. Also, getting to the location requires multiple turns right and left onto streets that appear to be identically named. You can see the hotel from the offramp, though, which does help, and one of the left turns is actually into a parking lot, but it gets you there anyway.

Hotel smells bad in hallways and garbage overflowing in all public areas. Hotel desk staff is great.

overall good stay but tv didnt work and after reporting it they didnt make an effort to fix it also room cleaning service lacked efficiency not replacing used items

The suit is totally not worth the extra cost. Dirty. Miss matched furniture. Regular rooms a little betters. House keeping. Maintenance and property cleanliness poor.

Prices are high for what you get. Would not recommend for more than a night or two.

Night clerk didn't wasn't attentive. He was in a hurry and misinformed us about breakfast times. We missed it. He told us it was over at 10. It was over at 9.

We got a good rate. The continental breakfast was good, a nice variety of foods to choose from and the dining area was roomy and clean. However, we couldn't get the TV to work the first night and they didn't have anyone available to look at it until 4:00pm the next day. The room and bathroom were cramped, there was about 14" between the foot of the bed and the dresser. The night stand on one side of the bed blocked the closet. Minimal space by the sink to set anything down. We probably won't stay at this hotel again, I'll pay more for a different hotel.

I have been staying here about 12 weeks now. Always try to get same room so I know what im in for. I always reclean room when I check in. Maid service is terrible. Hotel hallway's and especially the lobby is always extremely hot. Hotel staff is great. Ashley is a real cutie and really friendly...

Location very hard to get to (access) in Portland. The beds very like sleeping lon a board. Won't stay there again.

It was a place to sleep, but smallest room ive ever seen.

Overall, not too bad, not too flashy. Pretty basic. Next to Clackamas Town Center for you shoppers :-). Air conditioner inside the room is old and noisy. Bed was ok. Furniture was adequate. Breakfast was average for this price range; had waffle maker, fruit, juice, cereal and was clean. Front desk personnel were friendly. I'd stay here again.
