Hampton Inn Pittsburgh/Cranberry - Cranberry Township

in very late, so short stay. but, front desk very friendly/hospitable even at that hour. comfortable room/mattress. would for sure stay there again.

I will definitely be back to this hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful the room was very clean and the area it's in great very close to shopping and dining

Best hotel to stay at near Wexford and Pittsburgh.

Room was clean, staff were very polite and helpful. Very good breakfast selection.

I was very satisfied. I know they are remodeling the lobby and that is good. They are doing their best during the remodeling .Food is still hot and to myy satisfaction. Should be done by my next visit and I cant wait to see it done.

We knew the hotel was doing renovations.... Wow, construction wokers laying tile at breakfast time in the lobby... When you got off of elevator you have to "JUMP" over the tile thay were laying... I think this could have been done afternoon as the hotel does not offer lunch. 2 Coffe containers were set on 2 tables with a table cloth covering. I poor my coffee set cup on table to put creamer in and the table were uneven so my cup of coffee spilled all over table cloth and onto fresh laid tile. Person behind desk offered napkins and I poceeded to clean floor with no assistance from the staff... Room very nice, walls are paper thin we could hear TV and their conversations.

I'm typically a big advocate of Hampton Inns b/c of the comfortable beds and friendly staff. This time was a little different. The hotel is going through some renovations and the lobby is a mess. The staff wasn't all that friendly when I checked in, but made up for it when they had to move my room b/c the heat was not working properly. They also put my room right by the construction zone which made for an early morning and not so relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable and the comfort of the bed did not let me down.

The hotel is close to everything. It is under renovation so the breakfast area was very small and the lobby area was gone. The rooms were very clean & nice. Comfortable beds, pillows & linens. The price was a little high for the inconvenience of the lobby and dining area but we will definitely stay again next time. Hopefully it will be completed.

Main Lobby, eatery and lounge under major renovations, 50% completed when we stayed. Our room had pretty big water marks in the ceiling. Good Breakfast, nowhere to properly eat because of renovations which was inconvenient to customers. Staff friendly and helpful. Otherwise this hotel is better than average with comfortable rooms in good condition, great location for shopping,

Stayed here for 2 nights with wife and 2 kids as we came up to watch a steelers game and had never been before. The Friday night when we arrived late we were helped right away when we got to our room there was a loud bday party going on and I went and requested a room change , the lady at front was very accommodating even said she will look into the matter herself . Hotel was right in middle of outlet mall and Heinz field so great location. Would stay again

Usual Hampton Inn but w/a much smaller room, very crowded and inconvenient breakfast area. Pool and spa were good for kids. Front desk staff not very welcoming or friendly. Maids were though. We wont go there again.

great stay. staff anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations.

Overall, this was a good value. The price was fair. We chose this location for a night away from work/kids/etc. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was very clean. I chose this particular hotel because it had a hot tub. I was disappointed that we were not able to use it because their hours were limited (closed at 10pm) and when we tried to use it, is was full of other guests. The breakfast was decent. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would stay here again.

nice hotel close to the main Hwy. Small bathroom and too noisy AC unit. Breakfast was average. Friendly staff.

Just wish that your extensive buffet breakfast included WHOLE milk, Whole Fat yogurt, Real maple syrup and Real butter. There is a growing number of us who desire REAL FOOD that is healthier and tastes much better than the adulterated foods.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good except my waffle was a little chewy. Good variety. Nice hot tub and pool. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Hotel is good but room is musty..smells like backed up toilet.

Conveniently located to both downtown and Grove City outlet mall. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and cookies in the afternoon!

If you're looking for a nice-ish place in Cranberry than this is place isn't bad. It's a clean hotel, free wi-fi, free breakfast, free happy hour beers and a pool area that was nice. It's not great if you are looking to access places by walking but by car it seemed pretty easy to get around.

Modern and comfortable.

Highly recommend for all the amenities & location. Would've liked a bit larger room for 4 people (not enough room for 4 suitcases), but overall an excellent stay!

This is my third stay at a Hampton Inn Hotel chain. My family and I like the Hampton Inn because of the buffet breakfast, pool and refrigerator/microwave. These things helped especially if you have a young family. The Hampton Inn at Cranberry was well located. It was off the main roads yet close to everything we needed ( family restaurants, shopping, etc.). We used the Hampton Inn as our homebase for trips into Pittsburgh. It was 20 mins to Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh gets really busy when there is a game going on. The only hiccup to our stay at the Hampton Inn was that I requested online a refrigerator and microwave but it was not in our room when we arrived. I talked to the front desk about it and they rectified the problem right away. Overall good stay.

Overall nice hotel for the price. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and updated in most aspects. Complementary breakfast had a good variety and the food was good. Friendly service. Location has easy access to the main highway and both main roads in the area - 228 or 19.

This place was between Grove City and Down town Pittsburg. There are shops like Walmart and Marshalls close by. There is a movie theatre as well if you do not want to wander too far from the hotel. On the whole it is conveniently located.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. We checked into our room and immediately could tell smokers had violated the policy. The staff acted immediately and even brought us the new room keys. At 11:00 the same night when noisy neighbors continued arguing about shampoo bottles, (We could hear the "conversation" through the shared door!) the staff moved us again, without hesitation. In spite of this, we managed to get some sleep! We aren't usually "high maintenance," but when we needed help, we got it. We appreciated the breakfast being included, too. That seems to be harder to find these days.

Very customer service oriented, staff friendly and very accommodating.I checked in very late in the evening and they had everything ready for me so I did not have to spend a lot of time checking in after a long day of flying cross country. Morning breakfast had a different items every day with many choices, very tasty. Printed out boarding passes in the dining/TV/computer area where several guests were watching sports and playing cards and having a nice evening. Convenient to shopping, food and a beautiful area of Pennsylvania. If I come this way again, I would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel surprised us! The room was very comfortable and clean. All of the little details were covered, right down to having a night light. Loved having a refrigerator, too! The full breakfast was amazing, which included freshly made waffles, eggs, meats, muffins, toast, bagels, cinnamon rolls, cereal, oatmeal and many drink choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. We would definitely stay there again!

Really nice hotel! Was bummed that the pool and hot tub were closed, but they did give us the option of going to the Radisson pool.
