Check in was a snap, everyone was friendly & helpful. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Seemed to be a quiet area of town. We thought it was a bargain.

the hotel was very nice, breakfast was good, coffee was great. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from near by and shopping. We were there for a business weekend so only slept and tried a midnight dinner at the awful Ihop down the street. But the room was comfortable, the beds were outstanding. the bathroom could have been cleaner.

First it was much smaller than the photo. The AC woke me up with its loudness. The guests were so loud and doors kept slamming. Not relaxing.

Checked in late around 1am. Long drive to addison,tx. Key cards didnt work had to go back to front desk to get it scanned. Its frustrating when it's 1am in the morning from a 4hr drive. The key Was not scanned in the first place. Got in my room. Took a shower. Shower door broken, came off the rail.Called front desk asked if i wanted to move, i told them i will move the next day. The next day nobody even bothered to see or fix the shower door. To add to that they charged my card for something that they didnt even tell me about. It showed up as an add on my statement.

I really liked the hotel overall, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which is hugely important when you're flying in late for a long work day the next day. My only complaint, and it may seem like an odd one, is that room had a large, walk in shower, but no tub. That meant there was no where to plop my leg up to shave in the morning. Seems silly, I know, but I thought at the time if I were a man, this would be the perfect place to stay, but I'm not...

Clean, good breakfast

Great service, incredible location, and a good breakfast. The room was cozy and clean. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the area is not too busy. My only complaint is that the air conditioner unit in the room could not keep up and it got hot during the night.

Hotel was nice and the breakfast was above average. The only thing was the horrible customer service from the staff.!!!!!!!! Dont waist your time just spend your money else were and get treated hopefully better.

I was very satisfied with the room nice & clean and you couldn't ask for anything better staff. Very professional.

Its a little bit on the high side of pricing but every now and then i can catch something on line that lowers it to where its better fit to my price range. However I jump on it everytime i do catch one. i have only encountered extremely kind employees at this location. never a problem and always done in a timely fashion. The rooms are always exceptionally nice and as soon as I hit the bed I'm out like a baby. the only thing I could suggest is making a weekly rate to curve that pricing and have every room equipped with a refrigerator. I noticed only a couple Ive been have had them others not. but either way its a nice time and have enjoyed each stay. oh yeah and the breakfast is always nice as well. and a wonderful staff

Did not care for the pillows.

The front desk was wonderful, she was respetful and even offered an extra hour if I needed it, due to checking in so late. The hotel was a little hard to find. Once I found it, we were fine.

Friendly staff. Hotel poorly built. Lacked hot water. Air conditioning ran continously in hallway even though it was snowing outside. Doors slid open on dresser. Lights installed unevenly on wall. With hot water and an improved HVAC system will be a nice place to stay. Because of our experiences we would probably choose the hotel next door the next time we go visit.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and awesome neighborhood! I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will be back for sure!

Always love Hampton; they are always consistent across the board. Our only drawback for this stay was my husband is paralyzed and the handicap room was horrible to maneuver in with a wheelchair. The room was very cramped and crowded for disabled persons but we managed and everything else was very nice.

The front desk clerk was very courteous and accommodating. The room, while small was well stocked. The beds were super comfy. Completely worth it! Would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location. You had just about anything you wanted within minutes of the hotel. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Breakfast was average but I don't stay at a hotel for the breakfast.

nice room, clean and close to restraunts ... Definitely returning

We were very pleased. We come to the area once a year to visit our son and daughter in law. It is nice to have a clean, comfortable place to stay while we are there.

I am a person who cant stay at a raggety hotel so i hope my review helps. The location of this hotel in Addison was awesome. Around the corners from what it seemed like hundreds of places to eat!!! The hotel room it self was nice only complaint that may bother someone is that the coffee maker is in the bathroom next to te toilet. So yeah the restroom was a tad bit small. My MAJOR complaint is breakfast. It is a small room where they put out the food and there was ONE waffle maker that everyone wanted to use and per waffle its 3 minutes so 8 people in front of me times 3.... Means I had to wait 24 mins in line for a waffle. Then when 10 o'clock came around the corner the hotel immediately started packing up breakfast right there in your face while others are still trying to serve themselves. I thought that was poor of them!! Over all I was pleased with everything and outside of the snatching of breakfast as people were making plates I would say it was a great stay.

I found Hampton Inn Dallas-Addison to be excellent. The rooms seem really clean and not that superficial once-over that you can tell most hotel rooms get. The rooms do not have that weird smell hotel rooms typically have. The duvet covers get washed after each guest, and the beds are very comfortable. I like that the Hampton is environmentally aware. A very pleasant surprise was the well-lit bathroom - I didn't have to guess about putting make-up on and getting ready - also a nice full-length mirror in the room. A lovely woodwork desk and wardrobe closet - the woodwork there and on the headboard was clean and polished. Sound insulation between rooms is good. I stayed both during the week and weekend and noise was not a problem at any time. Location is great -you can walk to several restaurants and drive less than a block to your choice of great food. Staff at the front desk was great. The breakfast was amazing - selection of food great, area clean, and the lady staffing it was always pleasant and helpful. And that smell of baking cookies through the hotel every day is wonderful! I am a woman traveling alone and this hotel turned out to be a perfect choice. Way better than the pricier ones around. When I return in 2 months I will choose the Hampton. You won't be sorry!
