Quality Inn Shelburne - שלבורן

I was in an end room with a king, the room was enormous (if I had air mattresses I could have fit 10 people in that room). It was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable, rate was very fair. The street is a little busy, but there are some decent food choices nearby (I went for Panera). Overall great stop.

There are a lot of hotels/motels in the area but this hotel was a pleasure finding, Conveniently located, very friendly and courteous service and that whirlpool was so nice!! Finally a hot whirlpool!! The pool was nice also, the breakfast was nice but a bit early for us because we arrived late the night before, but the choice was good. Everything you need in a hotel for a short stay and a very reasonable price. The only negative thing we could think of is that my partner would of liked to have some curtains that keep the sunshine out in the morning

Liked it except for hot tub being out

The room was the best part; the hot tub worked one night, not the next; breakfast was unappealing. Good location & comfortable sleeping.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. My girlfriend and I took advantage of the hot tub and pool. The location of the hotel was convenient to downtown Burlington. No ESPN.

This was a great bargain. Close to Burlington, lake Champlain and the neighborhood is terrific. Room was very large. Bathroom had granite upgrades. A really nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

For sub $100, this hotel is great. Although the exterior seems like it needs some maintenance, rooms are clean and the beds (Queens) are great. Overall the hotel is very clean and the pool & spa is very nice (spa was too hot). The only recommendation I would say it book on the 2nd floor because on the 1st floor (where we were), you hear floors squeaking when some walk above your room. Breakfast was real nice and the kept refilling everything (bacon, eggs, bread, etc.). Employees at this location were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel anytime!!!

The Quality Inn Shelbourne was a very pleasant surprise. The price point was so good, I had to wonder what might be wrong. But I am happy to say that nothing was wrong. The room was a nice size and clean. The pool was a nice size. The hot tub was actually hot (not always the case at hotels) . The weight room was well equipped. Sauna worked. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast area was well stocked. We will definitely stay again when we come down to ski. For information: Sugar Bush - 45 min: Stowe 1 hr and Killington 1.5h drive

We enjoyed our stay but thought that the complimentary breakfast should have been served later, 9:00 am deadline during week days did not give us much time. People working there are very kind.

Very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I did not expect the breakfast to have so many choices. Your staff was very friendly too.

Huge room was nice.

pictures of the hotel and room where somewhat misleading but decided to stay anyways because of the pool and hot tub. The next day hot tub not working because had to be cleaned?made no sense like i told the manager could of been done overnight but did not answer my question, asked if would be ready for the night and responded maybe ,,so told him i would not stay if not working and was one of the reasons chose the hotel, He told me fine and would only charge me for one room and left for the Holiday Inn,,,,all i can say is should of stayed at the Holiday from the start....Will never stay at the Quality Inn and im not a difficult nor my family in any way for hotels as long as the beds are comfortable were happy.

Room was clean and spacious. Entrance to our room and hallway were run down. Soundproofing in our room was non existant. Guests in the room above us were up at 5:00 in the morning, stomping all over the place. Noises could be heard so loud in our room that we couldn't sleep. Definitely would not stay here again.

The only flaw to our stay was that our rooms door that went to the outside was broken and we had to go through the hotel to get out. Other then that it was a good place to stay

They spray the carpets with a very strong scented spray, had to sleep with the balcony doors open. will not stay there again.

Seems like QI corporate bought a late 40's early 50's motel, threw some granite at the bathroom and considered it upgraded...not! Access to rooms from an EXTERIOR corridor (remember those?) and the stairs creaked as you ascended and descended. NO elevator access to my room so lifting my heavy suitcase was a real thrill (I am AARP qualified). Friendly lady at front desk but I seemed to be only one of two guests; all others appeared to be down-on-their-luck full-time residents. Eerie!

The location near the Shelburne Museum and Burlington was a real plus. The folks behind the registration desk were helpful in directing us to good restaurants and sights we should see while in the area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a first floor room and suffered through the sound of slamming exterior doors 'til after midnight and running laundry machines even later. Worst of all was the softest and most uncomfortable bed we've ever encountered. It was not a good experience. Beyond that, some new carpet and a decent shower head wouldn't hurt.

Very hard bed and hard worn towels, but good on wifi, free breakfast, upholstered chair, TV, and shower. No elevator to 2nd floor. Not enough parking to park right outside your room. Door opens to outdoors. Good location for us. Rooms available 6 weeks in advance when all others were sold out (holiday).

The receptionist when I checked in was not that friendly but the check-out staff were. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of good choices (you could make waffles, breakfast sandwiches, toast, instant oatmeal or have muffins, fruit and mini eclairs). The bed was very comfortable, and the only thing I wanted that I didn't get were more channels on the TV.

Average. Good value for the money. Noisy parking lot.

It was a one night stay on our way to Quebec, perfectly situated on our route. We had breakfast at Shelburne Inn on Shelburne Farms. Very nice. Unexpected treat recommended by family member.

We enjoyed it---we particularly appreciated Sam the manager's help sorting out our complicated reservations for many relatives.

The guest service was excellent. Since we are canadians I liked that the manager could talk in French. She was very nice. The only thing that I thought would need to be restored is the pool. We didn't feel like going in it as the lining was kind of old. Everything else was wonderful.. Thank you!!!!

Our stay at Quality Inn, Burlington was average at best. We enjoyed the room which was well kept and comfortable. However the desk was empty with a "Back in Five minutes" sign as we checked in. The clerk was efficient but not overly friendly. Breakfast was just average with tasteless bacon and over cooked eggs. The wastebasket was overflowing with paper plates and uneaten food as we left. We asked for an extra night and were quoted a price that did not match the services, so we passed and moved to a great B & B that cost much less and had an outstanding breakfast that included real maple syrup and homemade bacon. A much fairer deal.

Good basic room, clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stay was exactly as you would expect from this type of hotel. Room however was on ground floor and we looked out on our car. Kept the curtains closed so room was always dark and a little stuffy. My main issue was that the wifi didn't reach our room!

We've been staying in multiple hotels during this trip, and the beds here were not as comfortable/new as some others in the same "range". The staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were very spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good, too. The only down side was the older/less comfortable beds.

Had a satisfying stay here. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, air conditioner was just a little noisy. I would stay here again.

Nice room. Would stay again. AC worked, but not well. Unit was wall mounted with thermostat onboard unit. With drapes and curtains hanging over it, it fooled its self into thinking the room was at target. This left the room uncomfortably too warm even though the thing was turned max cool. Problem got worse once the sun went down. Next time I'll push all the curtains out of the way and hope that works. I prefer a room with a thermostat wall mounted for this reason.

We felt that the hotel was a good value for the money. Breakfast was very adequate. The location was perfect. We would definitely return for another visit.

This hotel was nice, outside of busy Burlington, but close enough for visits to town. It was clean, but they must have either cleaned the carpet or sprayed some deodorizer on the carpet because the scent was strong, too strong. Breakfast was nice with some variety of hot foods and breakfast favorites like cereal and oatmeal.

bed wasn't comfortable and A/C had to be shut off as it was far too loud
