Who pays for Internet these days it felt like you have to pay to breath in there. You pay for parking, Internet, breakfast and dinner.

I was told the where holding my card in case of any charges. I was not told they would be mputting a 100.00 hold on my card.

Only complaint about my stay was that they charge $9.99 for EACH DEVICE you connect to the Internet. I specifically asked about Internet charges at check in and this was not disclosed to me.

That's really my only complaint. Everything else was great.

You'd think it would be superior, but it is a bit run down and not well maintained.

Everything was great about the room except the noise. There were people moving between rooms late into the night and you could hear them talking like they were in our room. Otherwise the location and room were great especially for the rate.

Even after the facilities guy came up the room was still hot all night - nice folks tried to make it right but the damage was done - you get a hotel room to sleep, i didn't get any sleep...

a good stay. breakfast the following morning in the restaurant was very good. room was on the club lounge floor and there was a very nice happy hour from 5:30 - 7:30pm.

No free Internet of any kind, the A/C had two settings on or off and no heat . The remote for the TV didn't work and the lamp on the desk had a short. The sugar for the complimentary coffee in the room was liquified when opened. This is not a preferred hotel for the money and would not consider staying there again unless it was my only option.

The hotel was great! I will be refering all of my out of town guest to this all hotel. It is a great location, close to alot of resturants. Rooms we clean, bed slept great, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a short stay, but was very nice and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and relaxing!! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Location was very good, and it has the class and style of Inter-Continental hotel.

I have stayed at three star hotels with better service and cleaner rooms.

The hotel staff was unable to handle a power outage. They made false statements to guests, were not apologetic for the impact to guests (no hot water, no internet, no lights, etc.). They were not aware of or how fire shutter doors operate. We would not have a bad taste if hotel staff tried to help. They only denied that they had any responsibility.

I will not stay here again. We were here for an event so had no choice but it was no where near what I expected. The rooms were not very clean and have an odor. There was trash in our trash cans in our room when we checked in. The A/C didn't work well, never got above about 73 the whole time we were there (4 days) and was way too warm to sleep. We had to go to the store and buy a fan. The elevators were terrible, only 2 of the six they have were in order and the wait was over 10 m inutes to get a ride. We took the stairs most of the time to the 5th floor. Was not a very nice place at all considering that is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Do not recommend.

The InterContinental is a favorite if I need to stay in the Addison/Galleria area of town. The room was nice for the most part and as expected. However there were two issues. Arrived at 5:30 with a 6:30 Wedding rehearsal to attend and the room is not ready. They give us another room to get ready in and move our belongings to our room while we are out. The other was most unusual. The air conditioning had no traditional thermostat but just a multi-position switch. On was super cold and while I prefer it cool to hot, I was definitely under the blanket all night. I recommend this hotel and hope that this review will keep them ontop of their game in a very competitive market.

The hotel was very accommodating in extending extra courtesies to my friends on their wedding night. The gave them free champagne and fruits. Many thanks!

I was very disappointed that I reserved a king bed but when I checked in, there were no king available. The website should have what is actually available and no could be available.

The hotel staff was very courtious and willing to help. I needed a needle and thread and called the front dest. I had it in less than 5 minutes. Room was quiet and the event I attended was in a beautiful ballroom. The food and service was outstanding which is very unusual foe an event with more than 1000 people.

InterContinental Dallas service was top notch, the staff is very accomodating. We found our room extremely confortable, clean and top quality. The price for this quality is very reasonable. We were staying for a convention and the staff servicing the convention was just as accomodating.

My husband and I stayed here for our 21st anniversary. We loved the room, the staff, the location to beltline in addison.

We only stayed one night as it was a surprise party in Addison for my boyfriend! Went off without a hitch and was sooo nice to come back to our great room to relax and sleep!!! Thanks so much!

Excellent breakfast buffet. Worth the extra costs included in the options.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the room as pictured on the website. While it is true that the TV was not a flat screen, if your purpose was to stay at the hotel and watch TV then you will need to stay somewhere else. There was only one trash can (which was inconvenient) and there was no Wi-Fi – only Ethernet connection – doesn’t work for my iPhone. Parking would normally be $10 (every time you exit the garage) but was free due to the large amount of weddings going on at the hotel. We were there for the Murder Mystery Dinner. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

The InterContinental has always been one of my favorite brands of hotels. After this trip, I will never stay there again. My room had a substantial leak in the ceiling, that the maintenance staff couldn’t fix. They moved me to several rooms, during the 3 night stay. The bedding was dirty and the mattress was so old it was like a sink hole. It was extremely disappointing stay. The lobby was recently renovated and looks great, but the rooms are still stuck in the eighties!

This is a little older hotel, but it is still quite nice. The rooms are good sized, and it was very clean. No flat screen TV, and the channel selection is pretty limited, but the room was comfortable and quiet. I did notice that there was a small hole in the top sheet, but it wasn't a big deal.

Wild Goose Chase...The Hotel was under going renovation...We asked the front desk where the bar was located and they said the 15th floor...on the 15th floor they said it was on the lobby level..The same thing happened with breakfast..we booked the room with an upgrade and a full breakfast for two in the Monte Carlo resturant..upon check in the gave us a voucher for breakfast and sain the resturant was on the Lobby level..in the morning we went down for breakfast and there was no resturant..they said breakfast would be served on the 15th floor ( where the so called bar was the night before)...we went up to the 15th floor and a continental breakfast was going on..they sent us back to our room and told us to order room service if we wanted full breakfast...what a mess...so if you are looking for a hotel with a resturant and a nightclub or a bar..this is not the one.

We had an excellent stay! The fireworks on the 4th of July were absolutely wonderful from the roof of the parking garage. Breakfast was superb! Staff was outstanding. Hotel is kid freindly but not to the point of being annoying. Children were well be haved and not allowed in the bar/lounge area. We will definitely be back again.
