Old musty facility will drab old furnishings. I will not be staying here again.

Perfect location by Interstate and restaurants.Nice breakfast in the morning. Also there is a gas convience store right next door

We were in town for a wedding, hotel is close to main roads and the highway, surprised at the selection on the hot breakfast, rooms were satisfactory, hitting the price point

Everything was very clean, and some of the fixtures in the room were obviously new. I had no problems connecting to the free internet, the breakfast was good (I think those scrambled eggs were *real* eggs), and the staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, this is as good as it gets!

Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Free breakfast was very good with waffles, pancakes, sausages, biscuits, eggs, and cereals. Even had almond and soy milk for the lactose-intolerant amongst us.

Room was very small but breakfast was amazing!

We stay in this hotel when we visit our son in college. The staff is always pleasant and the rooms have always been perfect.

Very clean and the hosts were kind and helpful. Was a very convenient location as an overnight stay for our roadtrip.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best on our trip. Rate was reasonable and close to the highway. Hated to leave.

The hotel was not bad, but needs some updating. It was clean. Nice staff.

Motel was clean, and close to many shopping and eating establishments. Personnel were friendly.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was very large. Very quiet. Looked new. Right off I-44 and on Restaurant Row. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Overall the hotel was great. Comfortable bed and very clean.

it was a nice room but was a little dark. breakfast was good not real hot.

The room was exactly what I expected for the price. Clean and basic. The only drawback was the overwhelming smell of commercial cleaner in both the hallway and the room. In fact, we even sprayed the room with Febreeze because the smell was overpowering. The floor in the bathroom was sticky from someone not diluting the cleaner enough. Other than that, it was a convenient location to where our conference was and close to several restaurants. Lobby was clean, halls and room were clean. Not much in the way of blankets on the bed and no extra ones in the room so if you like having more than a sheet and a thin blanket, bring your own.

Great place, clean & very comfy bed! After a hard day @ the hospital this was a wonderful way to end the day. I had no personal items with me, they had it all! And breakfast was hot & tasty. My only vice: maid knocked on my door @ 9am insisting she needed to clean my room. I think she could've waited till I checked out.

Comfortable and convenient.

The clerk gave other guest our room key. The bathroom floor was sticky, not clean. No liners in trash cans. Plumbing from room upstairs poured water through the ceiling in our bathroom when they showered. Tile under the sink broken and exposed holes in the wall. Breakfast was poor.

Absolutely no issues. Wifi signal was a little weak. Plenty of great eating places nearby, plus right next to highway. A 4-star motel for a 3-star price. Well worth the money and then some.

It was great.

The staff was kind and friendly. The place had been updated but the bathroom needed a little TLC. It was clean and fresh. I would stay here again. The breakfast was great and very well presented.

I was there on business and it was in a good location, close to restaurants. Would stay there again

I was very surprised when I went into this room and was greeted with a very clean and comfortable room. We will definitely chose to stay here again if we stay in Joplin.

need eleveators

Nice comfortable room @ a good price & the king beds were absolutely heavenly in comfort! Breakfast was good, but nothing more than the free continental breakfast offered w/ most hotel rooms. (Alot of pork, which unfortunately wasn't for us, as we don't do pork)! All in all we would "definitely" stay again!

Clean, comfortable room, close to all the events we needed to go to.

Overall, the hotel was good. Especially if you have a pet. Its pet friendly and has a big area for pet relief. The bed was great and the shower was great. The big knock on this place is location and people.some questionable characters around there and on a very busy street.

We stayed in the hotel on our way through Missouri. It was convenient being right off the highway. The hotel was newly remodeled and the rooms were very nice and comfy. the bathrooms were a little old fashioned, but everything still worked and was nice. overall it was a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

This was a good place. Nothing outstanding either way. Got a good night's sleep after a good shower.

This Joplin motel is located in the thick of the city's restaurants and shops. The lobby is very nice. To get to my room I had to go out without a sidewalk and go in through a separate door. Renovated sink and bedroom areas are very nice but shower was in a sad state with old grout, stains on the shower head. Shampoo/conditioner seal was broken, evidence that it may not have been checked by hotel staff- just because it is in the same place you leave it, doesn't mean the last occupant hasn't messed with it. Continental breakfast is typical of so many chain hotels- this one is owned by Day's Inn. The signage does not say Joplin Days Inn as is titled at Hotels.com, it is the Day's Inn logo instead. Swimming pool not attractive due to exposed pool equipment:waterpump and the like; it is also behind a separate chainlink fence- but no wonder they did that, it helps protect children that may wander away from their rooms. Lower level rooms have access to the pool without having to walk through hotel hallways- making the fence a necessary eyesore. The remaining space around the pool could be utilized for a basketball court, or other family-friendly use. I recommend a propane grill, picnic tables.

Nothing fancy here but the hot breakfast was great and everything was nice including the price.

Disappointing pool. Feel like you're in a prison yard. Stay was overall as good as you would expect from a days inn.

Overall nice hotel. One of the keys didn't work for our room door and the outlet in the bathroom was coming out of the wall so nothing would stay plugged into it. It was very clean though and the beds were really comfortable. For the price we would definitely stay here again.

Good. Rooms could have been bigger

Overall, great stay, hot breakfast was wonderful. Staff was exceptional. We are smokers and expect smoking rooms to have somewhat of an odor. This one was especially strong. Room was not cooled when we arrived.

Did not like being locked out each night when returning to motel. The bath door needs shaved off at the bottom, we could not open the door all the way, and repeatedly ran into the door, due to too long for the place it was hanging. Not very happy with the customer service answers about being locked out, the motel staff didn't seem to care at all.
