We was surprised with the quality and the facilities also has amazing breakfast service.

we were visiting relatives in the area, location good for us, and easy on/off the highway. Very crowded at breakfast, but nice pool and bar area, beds comfortable. Maid asked us to leave room to make it up, but when we came back an hour later she had not been there yet. Otherwise very pleasant.

Great location and very nice room (suite). Outstanding breakfast included.

Great stay, the only disappointment was that the breakfast buffet did not have bacon (it was sausage day) or waffles (it was pancake day) which seems to me should be easy to fix by serving all options all the time.

I love this hotel since it is like living in a one bedroom apartment. The bed is great, although the couch isn't as comfortable. It is a very pretty hotel and conveniently located to Brandeis, Newton, Wellesley, Etc. I was a bit disappointed that dirty dishes were left in my room upon check in. The hotel was totally sold out due to graduation weekend and the buffet was packed. I will stay there again as it is still such a good value. I also love the bar and the bartenders couldn't be nicer. Great staff!!!

Very nice hotel but I didn't give it an overall rating of 5 because there was not free wifi service. We are so used to having the service available that I didn't think to check before we made our reservation. It's definitely a must-have for our family.

Housekeeping did not clean the room the first day of our stay. We were very tired after an all day hot commencement celebration and arrived after 10pm that night. We were not happy!

The building both inside and out was well kept, clean and looked relatively new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that there were only two luggage carts and both were occupied when we went to leave in the AM. There is not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants or things to do, but it is easily accessible right off the highway exit. They also provided an evening snack and buffet breakfast.

It was perfect for my reunion at Regis College.

It was top notch. We stayed overnight here after clearing out my daughter's college dorm room before a long drive home. It was a little difficult to get to the hotel from BC, but I have a difficult time getting anywhere in Boston by car.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The sofa in the seating area was nice for my teenage daughter who wanted to stay up later than we did. The breakfast was wonderful and the complementary evening snacks were a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and the hotel was easy to find.

The suite was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant had excellent food and attentive service.

Great room. Busy hotel. EXCELLENT price for the Boston area. Only issue was slow bar service as it was quite busy(though food was EXCELLENT) and room smelled of TOO much air freshener. Otherwise WILL NOT find better in Boston area for the price.

We have stayed at this hotel before and will continue to go back. The two room suites are great for families and you cant beat the breakfast in the morning

Last minute booking on hotels.com for $103.00 including brkfst. My son & I went to meet friends for an overnight get a way. Pool is nice w/jacuzzi. Rooms are very nice w/separate living area. I'm very picky w/cleanliness & room was very clean. We've stayed here many times in the past when hotel was Dbl tree. We always looked forward to and enjoyed the breakfast. So much that we have gone there just for breakfast if in the area. This time, under Embassy name, the breakfast definitely didn't live up to what we had in the past. It's still cook to order but the hot food is nasty. Don't expect to get a full on hot breakfast that's edible. I did enjoy the fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee & danish. I'd go back, because its still a good value. If you want a great brkfst go to Main St to Joseph's Two. Oh, and no more warm complimentary choc chip cookies the Dbl Tree was known for.

Liked the free snacks in the afternoon and free made to order breakfast! Nice workout room and pool! Hotel was very clean and well kept. Bathrooms were very nice. Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable and the sheets were itchy. It was also in a convenient location- right off of the highway.

Great hotel. Room was big and reasonable. Easy to get in and out of Boston on the T. Breakfast included and staff was great. Only issue was that you had to pay for internet.

Had a personal issue with some printing of documents. Front desk assistant manager was extremely helpful!

Overall we had a great stay. The positives: Great location, updated ameneties, comfortable bed, larger rooms, updated bathrooms, front desk was exceptional, great price! The negatives: The spare sheet for the pull out bed appeared to have a strange stain on it. My parents were staying at the same hotel so I just grabbed theirs. The living room area had an indent in the floor that ran from one side of the room to the other that was just carpeted over. It caused my kids to lose balance a few times. We didn't say anything as it didn't really bother us too much. I would most likely stay there again.

It is always my first choice for hotels. Suite style hotels are the best. And the breakfast is great. The only bad thing is that your have to pay for wi-fi

Restaurant not up to standard of rest of hotel. Would stay again

We went with our two children & the hotel itself is very nice, PROS : Very Spacious Room, Nice Staff, Quiet hotel. CONS: Indoor pool was VERY cold ! Kids were disappointed , we went to so they could swim & figured an indoor pool would have a decent temp, Nope freezing. Thankfully the Hot tub was fine, so the kids could go in that. Restaurant room service food very pricey- so if you have a family of four dinner will run you close to $80 :(
