Great hotel! Very clean, comfy beds, beautiful view!

Beds were clean and fresh...very comfortable. The overall stay was pleasing and the accommodations were fabulous!

I would stay at this hotel again and I would reccomend it to everybody. The desk clerk named Will was great very helpful. I requested a room with a balcony and upon arrival they had given it away but Will found me a room with one even though it was on the 14th floor it was great, beautiful view of the bay and Nasa was right across the street... The Hilton is the place to stay!!!! The room was very clean the quality of service was excellent and the location was perfect..

NO BIBLE, NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO TV GUIDE. ALL FOOD EXTRA. MOST HOTELS FURNISH AT LEASE A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GOOD BUT AT THE PRICE TO STAY AT THE HILTON COULD INCLUDE BREAKFAST. NO DESK TO ASK ABOUT AREA AND LEAFLETS WANT YOU TO CALL OR LOOK ON COMPUTER. STUPPI MOST HOTELS HAVE ALL KINDS OF LEAFLETS IN THE LOBBY WITH THINGS TO DO AND ALL ABOUT IT. NOT SOME BOOK WITH MINIMUM INFO. ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE VIEW AND THE CLEANLINESS.

not family friendly, rooms too small, outdated elevators, food overpriced at the hotel restaurant, housekeeping awesome though, front desk admission at checkout not very friendly, check in was fine...

Hotel and the room was very nice although we found a empty bag of potato chips on the bed which caused us to inspect the rest of the room but found it to be clean. However their fancy shower curtain did not do a good job of keeping the water from the shower inside the tub, we had a pretty good size puddle on the bathroom floor.

This hotel is almost right across the street from the Johnson Space Center and just 5 miles from Kemah Boardwalk. We had a room with a water view, and it was great! The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was great and just what I was looking for.

I will not ever stay at this hotel again, service was bad, room was worse, holes in the chair, should not get clean linen, etc

The hotel was priced exactly right for its quality. The room was a great size and the only thing lacking was a nice big bathroom. The bathroom was standard with no bells or whistles and left me wanting something more. The service was superb. When I arrived I asked for a room overlooking the lake and they did me one better and put us in a corner room as well. They were very friendly throughout our stay and made our micro vacation absolutely wonderful.

A nice Hotel that is very clean with a friendly staff. Only problem was the shower. I could not get the shower to turn on so I went downstairs to complain. The front desk said you need to pull the handle very hard for it to work. I went back upstairs and pulled the knob out of the wall. When leaving I went back to the front desk to warn them to fix the shower before the next guest arrives. There only comment was they were sorry for the problem. A hot shower before leaving would have made this a GREAT visit.

It was a block away from my dads house. I drove in from Louisiana for my dads surprise b-day party and the location made it extremely easy to surprise the heck out of him. Thanks for being so accommendating to the rest of my family too.

i realy enjoyed staying there, the staff was great

The staff seems well meaning but slightly inept - Our room was not ready for our 3:00 check-in until nearly 2 hours later. They comped drinks at the bar for our trouble (our bartender was fabulous!) but 2 hours was a little much. And to add to that, housekeeping showed up an hour an a half before (9:30!) checkout (11:00) the next morning.... Strange. Other than those hiccups it was good value for the $ - The breakfast bar was well stocked & tasty as well. Hotel could use an update on the inside though - it was soooo 2001 (the movie, not the year!)... Maybe they're trying to reflect NASA's glory days...

Very clean. The caulking in the shower needed another touch up. The shower pressure and hot water were plentiful. Great restaurant. Ask for the burger menu if you are not looking for a full meal. The bar and staff were extremely accommodating Housekeeping extremely polite and accommodating.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great views by the water.

Great time at the Clear Lake Balloon Festival!! Friday was great, but the rest of the weekend got rained out.

The Hilton hotel room was clean comfortable and cozy. It was well worth the money. My only complaints were the single serving coffee maker and the cheap TV remote control, so that's quite a good review.

Room and hotel were fine, we just happened to be put on a floor with lots of party revelers around midnight until three...so it was not a happy, comfortable sleep

Hotel was not prepared for the amount of customers - there was excessive wait times for room service, the restaurant was out of a lot of the wines and the food tasted mass-produced & they did not carry cold sparkling water. Server was very pleasant & smiley but way overworked & overwhelmed. I had requested a quiet room but the child in the room next door was up early as was his entire family, and we could hear their entire conversation - did not get the sleep in as wished. Bathrooms were so very small & ancient. I typically prefer Hilton's over all other hotel chains but felt this one was definitely far beneath the average standards of the others I've visited.

Beds were hard, no comforters, bathroom was tiny, guy at the front desk was rude. I asked for a lake view room and they gave us a partial lake view room ( wanted to see the sunset but couldn't). Very unhappy

Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. As my husband and I stayed in our room all day Saturday with the do not disturb sign on the outside (not even housekeeping knocked on the door). As we started our evening our we didn't think about having our room cleaned as we would be back just to sleep. Upon our return our room was as if we had just checked in. I was so surprised. As I was reading all of the reviews I was scepticle of staying here, The hilton will ALWAYS have my business when planning another get a way.

Disappointed with the lack of TV stations and Premium Movie channels. Only local or nation stations are their policy at this Hilton Hotel.

I did not get the room I asked for and it ruined the stay. I left as quickly as I could after my work was finished because the room was NOT what I booked in reservations, nor what I confirmed it would be with the check in at the desk.

We arrived to find our room had not been serviced and that it did not have adequate beds for the 4 people on the reservation. The manager apologized and immediately upgraded us to a suite on the top floor for our stay. VERY impressed with the service and attitude of the employees there. My only complaint is that the hotel itself is getting a little long in the tooth and it is beginning to show.

For a Hilton hotel, we were disappointed with the beds; much too small for a family of 4. A couple has a hard time fitting into their double beds. Room were not picked up as expected. Also, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was mediocre at best and very expensive. Price did not match the quality of the food; disappointing for a Hilton property.

The hotel is great. The staff was friendly and the rooms are updated and clean. Would recommend for a family stay due to proximity to NASA and Kemah. We will be back next year.

Loved the hotel and the neighborhood was great.

Great Hotel. Lake view was amazing. Location was perfect.

Very cramped for three people....very small bathroom....no drain plug in tub so we could not take a bath :( The fridge was not working properly and there was way too much confusion on the extra night that I reserved before we got there....Basically we paid for the view which was great however, no balcony like it showed when booking....Oh well live and learn <
