Hilton Dallas Fort Worth Lakes Executive Conference Center - גרייבפיין

We stayed only one night so we'd be close to the airport for an early morning flight - room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. When we arrived in Dallas earlier in the week we stayed at another, less expensive hotel nearby and it was horrible. We were happy to pay a few extra $$ to have a clean, quiet room.

Apart from the ATM not working & not being informed about how to make out going phone calls from my room....it was a 4.5! The concerige, the night of my stay, was OUTSTANDING!

It was very good. The outside Pool wasn't open yet and if you are wanting food after 10:00pm your might as well go out and get it.

Beautiful property; very attentive staff; server in Bonnie & Clyde's bent over backwards to accommodate. I forgot my toothbrush..... front desk offered to send one up. I "lost" my water bottle on the shuttle. Every effort was made to return it to me. Superior level of care"

The room service and food were great! The bed was stiff, pillows went flat, and I didn't sleep well at all. The "blackout" curtains wouln't shut all the way, leaving a light from the hotel across the street streaming in all night, right in my eyes. The room was hot, and there was air conditioner controls on the wall that looked like they had been there since 1980. With a little updating, I could see giving a 4 or a 5 rating, but the most I can say for now is a 3.5. Embassy Suites (across the street) is probably a better value for the money, since it includes breakfast, and it's still in the Hilton family.

We enjoyed our stay and they even had an Easter Bunny for the kids.

Our experience at this hotel was one of the worse, my family and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone..

I got the hotel room for my daughter's 17th birthday so that we could have a mother/daughter getaway. When I checked in I told the woman that it was my daughter's birthday so she sent up cookies with a note wishing my daughter (by name) a happy birthday. That was extremely nice and I was very surprised. I am not used to good customer service anymore and this hotel pleasantly surprised me. I will definitely stay here again. The facility was excellent. My only complaint if you could call it that was that the indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was too hot. But still an excellent hotel.

Housekeeping started knocking at 9:10 on Sunday morning. We were disturbed thee times prior to 11. Hotel is nothing special, people were friendly, but there is no excuse for being rushed out of the room on a Sunday morning. Will not return, and will think twice about using Hilton properties in the future for business or pleasure. I travel extensively (100+) nights per year for business.

This hotel is a great value for the quality. It's got everything you need,it's extremely nice, the staff is great, and it's fairly central to all things dallas. No need to spend 3 times as much to stay downtown.

I stayed here twice before my flight at DFW left very early the next morning after Thanksgiving and then again after Christmas... and will definitely stay here again. It's convenient to the airport and has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Food at the restaurant (or at room service, as I had it) was very good, although a bit pricey. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens, and the room rate was very reasonable considering how nice Hilton Hotels are. Only a couple minor things keep me from giving it 5 stars instead of 4. The phone buttons didn't work so you couldn't go directly to room service or check out. One of the meals was fantastic; the other one was just mediocre. I never got a checkout bill under the door in the morning.

Hotel was very well kept and rooms very nice. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay again for this location.

Everything about the hotel was great except the shower head. It sprayed in strong streams very hard. Very uncomfortable taking a shower.

We were stuck at DFW airport on Christmas night with no luggage. I called hotels.com for a reasonable hotel with shuttle service at midnight. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Staff was so accommodating and room was great. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly, service, & room rate both outstanding! I will definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel! Definitely lives up to the Hilton name! Staff was great! Was a busy weekend for me, but did get to take the kids to the pool, and they loved it! Grapevine Mills mall was within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at this Hilton. It is an older hotel but it seems to have always been a Hilton, instead of a different hotel that they bought and tried to refurbish. I love the walking path and small lake behind the hotel. Parking is free. The food is excellent. There is a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet every day - omelets made to order, etc. Good coffee. Very nice place to stay.

Fantastic facility and staff. I brought a 9 and 7 year old to Grapevine to go over to legoland and was more than pleased with the hotel. The swimming pool and back area behind the hotel was over the top. Thanks for such a great experience.

Room and service were great. Clean and friendly. Lobby could use some help. It's not inviting. Not a gathering spot; just a pass through.

Honestly me and my buddy honestly thought when we walked in that we weren't worthy of being in that hotel. But the staff was so friendly and made us feel like royalty. The beds and pillows were super soft, everything was almost too good to ask for more. I will most defiantly be back!

Everyone was very nice from the front door to the front desk. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was Extremely Accommodating. I will return very soon.

Staff super nice and helpful!!!! I will use in the near future and recomend to friends and family.

I have had nicer rooms at much cheaper hotels. It was nice, clean, and quiet.....but i wouldn't spend that much again when i can get a much nicer room at half the price. This is definitely a situation when you are paying for the name not the quality.

Five of us went to a conference in Dallas area and stayed at this Hotel in Grapevine. The location is great (10 minutes from the airport). Some nice tennis courts there. An indoor and outdoor pool (indoor pool stays open until midnight). A gym (which opens at 5:30am but closes at 10pm). Very clean and modern rooms. Our only gripe was with the internet access. Unlike many other Hilton hotels where it's complimentary, this one had a daily fee.

everyone was really nice and helpful. except that getting a shuttle from the airport wasn't easy

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Was nice to have hotel personnel at the front doors. Great location. Wife and daughters took the shuttle to the Grapevine Mills Mall. Minutes away from some great restaurants on Hwy 114 and to DFW airport. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time here. Our visit was for 2 short nights and wish it could have been longer! We will definitely be returning customers. The hotel staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful! They were great with suggesting places to eat. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the location, accomodations, and staff.
