the stay was great.i just didnt like being charged for fax service. this is a free service at most hotels

Large stain on floor as soon as we walk in. Hair dryer broken, sink stopper broken, towels and sheets smell heavy of bleach and were itchy.

The hotel was ok for a one night stay. The rooms were small and we had to walk outside in the cold to get to the indoor heated pool. Breakfast was not great but Cracker Barrel is next-door. Service was great. Location very convenient

We stayed overnight in Chattanooga with the intention of visiting Ruby Falls - great location for that purpose. Plus, it's not far off the freeway and was relatively easy to find. The hotel itself is OK...I think a little pricey for the quality. Rooms were clean enough, but small and run down. It's a good place to stay if you're not looking for anything nicer than a place to sleep and shower.

Getting tired of being surprised by $15 per dog per night fees. These should be listed on your website.

The reason why we booked this hotel was because it had a 'heated' indoor pool, well it wasn't heated at all, so I was a little disappointed with that. However, overall for the price the hotel was nice enough.

The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was close to all the major attractions and close and easy access to downtown. My only complaint was the selling point for this hotel was the indoor "heated" pool. The pool was FREEZING. This was a HUGE disappointment to my 6-year-old little girl who loves swimming. We weren't even able to stay in the pool 30 minutes. It was so cold my daughter was shivering. When we return, we will most likely find another hotel with an indoor heated pool.

I was looking for an overnight stay place on way to Florida. It is close to highway so that was nice but as my son said "the place was sketchy" Room was not very clean and sheets on one bed needed to be changed. If I wasn't so tired and it wasn't so late I never would have stayed. "Limited" must refer to the amount of cleaning done!

The first room we got didn't have running water. Then everyday we had to go to the front desk for extra coffee. They then wanted us to switch rooms again but only if we stayed an extra day (at an addition fee). The parking was bad also as we had to park in an alley and the last night we stayed I needed to turn around to get out and there wasn't enough room. This caused damage to my truck. All in all I don't plan on ever staying at this hotel again

I read the reviews before I booked this hotel, and I got to say I agree with the majority, you get what you pay for. Don't get me wrong the hotel was ok, and the price was 1/2 then the Holiday Inn Express down the road. The service was good, the front desk person called me a few minutes after I checked in and asked if I had found the room ok, and if I had any concerns or questions, which I must say has never happened before at any hotel that I have stayed at, so I did appreciate that. My biggest problem was with the breakfast, it's too little of space and not enough tables.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very small and musty smelling and not what I expected. The pictures that are online are misleading. The breakfast room only has 2 tables and is very small so everyone is tripping all over each other when trying to get breakfast. The best thing about this hotel would be the staff...SUPER FRIENDLY!

It was ok, They leave u a card to lay on the bed if you want ur sheets changed well i laid it on the bed when we left and when we got back it was still there they didnt change the sheets they didnt even make our bed up! But everything else was cleaned. I was NOT happy about !

The hotel/motel was great for the money. The building is older, but the room looked to have been recently painted in nice colors, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfy, and the indoor pool was great after spending time in the car during the day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

This is not a 3 star hotel. I can't complain to much the room was clean, updated, and in working order. We were as close as you wanted to get to look out mountain, ruby falls and the incline rail. They had two buildings and I was in the one not attached to the main loby. The doors on the lower level opened up to the parking lot not a corador. The breakfast was minimal. The orange juice was watered down. Only 2 tables to eat at.. If I had a choice I would not stay at this hotel again. however, don't get me wrong the room was fine, just not what I usually get in a 3 star hotel.

This property's location was only 5 mins from Ruby Falls and 15 mins from Rock City. It is an older property (external room entrances) but is very well maintained. The rooms were small but extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property sits between a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel and is less than a mile from a Wal Mart Superstore. For an economy property, we were pleased to find the following amenities: Massage Shower Head, Indoor Heated Pool, Continental Breakfast, Microwave & Refrigerator in room. For the price, we believe it was a great value and will stay again when we visit Chattanooga.

The room was nice, bed was comfy, and the place was quiet. It's a really quick trip to downtown Chattanooga so it's ideal for those that want to save money. The only complaint I have is that there may be some mold lurking in that place as I am definitely allergic.

The room was clean which was very important and in a good location since we were traveling with kids. We were not there 5 minutes when someone complained about us making noise. It was 9pm and we were really trying to be quiet so that tells us that the walls were very thin. The location of the rooms were awkward since you had to go through the pool to get to the rooms. The stay was ok since we just needed a room for a few hours in order to get up early and keep driving, but we won't be staying at another Ramada again.

The rooms were very small. This Ramada has two buildings. I was disappointed that we were put in the back building on the second floor. I don't think they were that busy that we weren't put in the front building. The breakfast area is very small. But the location was nice and the view in the morning was amazing!!

Affordable room, totally worth it. Room was a little small, but I was traveling alone, so no big deal. Bathroom was tiny, but adequate. Room was non-smoking and had no odor of smoke. Bed comfy, room updated, flat screen tv. Large and clean pool. Staff nice. Good breakfast with some hot items (waffles, oatmeal). Staff nice. Plenty of parking.

Do all hotel rooms have to have the noisy fans in the washrooms?

Outside of the great rate and location of this hotel, it's fairly low-end. Small rooms, very dated, it's actually more of a Motel with several outside doors, the room smelled old and the bathroom was cramped. But we were just looking for a cheap overnight stay directly off the highway - so exactly what we paid for.

This was a nice hotel with friendly staff and an excellent indoor pool! Just not very convenient for the centre of Chatanooga, but good value

very nice place and helpful staff.

The room was nicer than expected for the price. Things like nice soap were a surprising extra. Two main disappointments were our non-smoking room was ruined by the extreme smokers in the next room, and the fact they had an argument after we went to sleep. Our check in was pleasant and although we didn't eat breakfast the set up was very nice.

Very clean, quiet and convenient. Will definitely stay here again. Bathroom was small but manageable. Pet friendly but showed no signs of smell or stains from pets. Well Pleased!

Great location if you are going to the attractions at Lookout Mt. Adequate room but with very small bathroom. Nice breakfast, flat screen t.v. and wireless internet.

The location was great and the views were lovely....close to everything we needed. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was nice and the pool was lovely being enclosed. I didn't like how the air conditioning would come on and off...the room would get stuffy than get cold....kept me up most of the first night. The bathroom was REALLY small and dark.....but we weren't there to stay in the hotel......the mountains were the place to be!!!!!

Our stay was pleasant and we had all comforts and necessities needed. A plus is the location next to all popular tourist sites. The room was clean, well equiped and the manager and staff were friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. Overall not bad if on a budget.

The location and hotel staff was very good. The hotel was very clean and has been maintained well. The water in the pool seemed a little cloudy to me though. I would stay at this location again for the price paid.

Lovely hotel, value for money, Lookout mountain, Ruby falls and incline railway, within 5 miles, must visit.

The location was great! It was very simple to get to the major attractions. The hotel itself is not fancy, definitely no bells and whistles. It did smell a bit musty and the toilet ran all night, but if you are simply looking for a place to sleep for a low price it's okay.

The room was clean, the price was good, the indoor pool was nice, my only complaint was the breakfast, there was no juice and the cereal was stale.

For the price it was a pleasant little room. Bathrooms were a little cramped and the beds take up most of the room. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This place is out of date! Very weird set up and room decor and no elevators. Unfriendly staff, front desk employee was rude and interrupted when i asked questions. Turned on my heat in the room and the unit set off the smoke detector. There are several better hotels in the area!

I initially book a room on the second floor smoking room but upon arrival I asked for a ground floor room due to a medical condition and the receptionist on duty was more than accommodating. The room was a smoker room which is what I needed and it was a little stuffy but we put on the air contitioner and it was fine. We did not eat the breakfast there but it looked ok if you needed something quick. I would definietely recommend this hotel..for the price it was worth it!!
