Days Inn Downtown - Riverwalk Area - סן אנטוניו

Breakfast: awfully stingy. Air conditioning, faulty at times.

The hotel was horrible, there was hair all over the blankets and sheets. The AC didn't get cool, and the bathroom had bugs.....this was the worst hotel we EVER stayed in.

My stay was ok. The room appeared clean for the most part, however, I saw that back behind the bed's headboard, there were crumbs of some sort, the drain could have used some drano as it drained very slowly, and underneath the toilet, the cleaning was less than adequate for my taste in cleanliness. It also appeared that the carpets needed a steam cleaning. The front desk clerks were awesome to work with and very accommodating. The location was not near the River Walk and didn't have much but a McDonalds, Wendys, Eddies Mexican Restaurant nearby, plus a gas station. It is close to I35 which does render a lot of noise, so bring your ear plugs. The continental breakfast is nice which offers waffels, bagels, toast, cold cereal, fruit & fruit juice plus coffee.

Service good. Staff very nice. Location is poor. Too far to walk o the riverwalk and wouldnt think of walking at night. Scary area

The blankets were dirty and had hair on them. The floors were dusty like they never vacuum and the shower and toilet had hair on them!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was not very clean, carpet was filthy, no top sheet on beds. Staff was nice.

Aweful. Lot my reservations. Bad neighborhood.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms where clean and had great air conditioning. The beds where a little hard for my taste but my grandson slept like a log. Free breakfast in the morning that was suppose to end at 9 but was still available when we checked out at 10. Overall great stay. Thanks.

Wish there were refrigerators in the room...the rooms were very clean, but were showing their age. Trains run through the night. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my car during my trip away. This was a tremendous help.

When we arrived the front desk said they were out of king beds even though I reserved a king bed. The t.v remotewas out of batteries and the T.V began to buzz after ten minutes of watching.... When we woke up around 9 I began to see when breakfast was over. Unfortunately it is only served from 8-9. Fortunately a McDonald's was right across the street.

The manager at Days Inn downtown is one of the most gracious and attentive that I have ever met, confirmed also by other guests. INN was clean with modest amenities and good continental breakfast. Need to be attentive to the surroundings. Absolutely no issues. Comfort and access without excessive costs-five minutes to tourist attractions.

hotel had paper thin walls with families living in it. right next to noisy train track. beds were paper thin. ended up finding another hotel and fortified our money. shame on us for trusting the title stating it was by the river walk.

I was very unhappy with customer service they opened our door trying to give our room to someone else they did not knock. I requested more blankets before I left to go out they said they would put some in our room I returned in the evening no blankets. When I went to front desk they said oops we forgot and now we don't have any extra . They would not give us extra towels. They said please use them hang them and reuse. They offered continental breakfast yet did not have everything avaliable. I would not stay there again. Or even recommend.

This was the worst booking ever made on hotel.com The staff was not very helpful. Internet did not work. Breakfast was awful. The only good thing was the location. Close to the Riverwalk. NOT on the Rivwerwalk

I stayed here for one night before a conference. The service was fine, but the room was filthy. I didn't want to touch the shower, and I kept my shoes on the whole time. It's a convenient location for getting into San Antonio fast, but I'm glad I only had to spend a few hours there. It is right next to a highway, so don't expect a good neighborhood. At least the sheets were clean.

Dowtown Riverwalk Area is false advertising. It's a mile or more away from the river. Room was infested with bed bug. Traffic and trains will keep you up all night. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are just absolutely desperate.

Price was very reasonable. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful with any questions. However the location its in is not the best but overall it was a good stay for the price.

The staff was friendly, but the building could use some TLC.

For a last minute cheap hotel for 1 night, it was perfect. Hotel manager on duty was very helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay as well as my friends, it was comfy, clean and well lit. Breakfast was also very good. Friendly staff, helpful!!

Not a safe area for kids. There was fighting, and loud cursing. The bedding was dirty. Sheets had hair and dirt on them pillows were stained.

everything bad, dirty rooms, noisy with trains and cars, they did not clean our room the first night, even for the price it is noy worth for the amount you pay i do not recommend this hotel at all, the worst experience in our entire life, we have 30 years traveling around the world, the worst hotel

Upon arriving at desk, was not treated like a guest. The two reps working were talking amongst themselves, I did not feel safe at this hotel, but it worked for the time being. you get what you pay for.

Carpet needs to be steamed, heater put out a strong bad odir when turned on. Close to riverwalk though.

The king-sized bed wasn't very comfortable at all, along with the pillows. The air-conditioning unit was very noisy, and kept us awake. Everytime we got fresh towels, there always seemed to be black hairs on them; my guess would be from the maid or other people who stayed there. The continental breakfast was ok- but would've liked to have more fruit than just bananas. The hotel was right off Hwy I-35 North and wasn't very convenient to get to.

The stay was the most uncomfortable I have EVER had at any establishment. The TV remote did not work, the TV was about to fall off it's stand, the AC did not have a temperature knob and the outside was dirty. The service was bad and no one cared if we cared or not. I am tempted to never stay at a Day's Inn EVER again

This hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms need to be completely renovated. The service is lacking/ The breakfast was awful.

Price too high for the stay

I did not get to sleep well. I did not get shower when I got there because the water at the hotel was not working "they were repairing a water line" yet I did not see any workers on site...

The room itself was decent, a bit out dated but price was good!

Booked a non smoking king got 2 dbl beds. The mattresses were awful.
